건강의식과 유희성이 체감형 피트니스 게임수용에 미치는 영향: 확장된 기술수용모델 (The Effect of Health Consciousness and Playfulness on Intention to Use Tangible Fitness Game: Extended TAM)

  • 이 연구는 체감형 피트니스 게임의 수용모델을 제안하기 위해 건강의식, 유희성이 기술수용모델의 선행변인으로서 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 구조방정식 모델을 통해서 검증하였다. 먼저 기술수용모델의 핵심변인인 지각된 유용성과 사용용이성이 체감형 피트니스 게임이용의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 체감형 피트니스 게임이용과정에서의 기술수용모델의 적용성을 확인하였다. 또한 건강에 대한 중요성, 신념, 관심을 의미하는 건강의식이 체감형 피트니스 게임에 대한 유용성과 정적인 관계를 보였으며 유용성을 매개로 하여 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 유희성은 유용성과 사용용이성을 매개로 하여 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구는 체감형 피트니스 게임의 이용의도에 영향을 주는 요인들을 기술수용의 확장모델을 통해 검증함으로써 이론적 설명력을 풍부하게 하는데 기여하고 있다.

의료기관 전자결제시스템 도입을 위한 Human-Technology Integration에 관한 연구 (Human-Technology Integration for Implementing Electronic Approval System in a Hospital)

  • The purpose of study is to understand human-technology integration mechanism by using the study model that takes the core concept and motivation assumptions of technology acceptance model(TAM) into account. This study identifies three motivation mechanisms in adopting or using computer mediated communication(CMC) tool for work. The mechanism comprises with extrinsic, extrinsic motivation, and subjective norm pressure. One hospital with 430 beds and 367 human power was identified and we administered the questionnaire during their work hours. There is 32.4% response rate. The fitting index of the study model surpass the acceptable level, GFI = .980 for none-users, GFI =.986 for users, NNFI = .973 for none-users, and NNFI = .989 for users. In the case of none-users, perceived ease of use determines perceived usefulness that explains behavioral intention to use. As a result, adotpers' usage motivation is based on extrinsic motivation that does not consider their affective factor, attitude, in use of CMC. Users considers their attitudes as the mediating factor of all behavioral beliefs for using CMC continually. Thus, users are likely to depend their adoption behaviors on their affective factor. Moreover, users' behavioral intention is subject to pressures of use from other persons who are important to them, such as supervisor, director, or boss. Achieving human-technology integration in a hospital may cause cost saving and work efficiency. However, the success of information system should base on a profound understanding of employees' adoption behaviors in rejecting, adopting, using, continually using of IT, and organization culture in using IT.

외상후 울분장애의 이해 (Understanding of Posttraumatic Embitterment Disorder (PTED))

  • Reactive disorder is a group of diagnosis with a definitely known etiology and whose etiological factor is essential to the diagnosis. In DSM system, such reactive disorders are listed as adjustment disorder, acute stress disorder, brief psychotic disorder with marked stressor and posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). However, a growing number of individuals is suffering from a prolonged feeling of embitterment after exceptional negative life events and this condition could be diagnosed neither PTSD nor adjustment disorder nor depressive disorder in the context of DSM-IV diagnostic system. This clinical condition can be described as 'posttraumatic embitterment disorder' (PTED). PTED is a reactive disorder triggered by exceptional, though normal negative life events such as conflict in the workplace, unemployment, death of a relative, divorce, severe illness, or experience of loss or separation. The common feature of such events is that they are experienced as unjust, as a personal insult, accompanied by psychological violation of basic beliefs and values. The central psychopathological response pattern in PTED is a prolonged feeling of embitterment. In particular, the core emotion of embitterment can lead to the rejection of treatment. Therefore, "wisdom therapy" as a new treatment approach specifically designed for PTED has been developed. It is assumed that many patients suffering from PTED are often misunderstood and misdiagnosed. This review would help to introduce PTED into the clinical field in psychiatry.

  • Nietzsche in the early 20th century, many Western thought came to China pushed the time, who want to reform the Chinese young intellectuals was a great welcome. 청년층 세대 비교로 살펴본 가족 건강성과 기능 요구도: 1차 및 2차 에코부머를 중심으로 (A generational comparison of young adults' needs for family strengths and functions : A study on 1st and 2nd echoboomers)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to compare the first echo boomer to second in the needs for family strengths and family functions, after controlling the sociodemographic characteristics. Method: For this study, a survey was conducted with 406 never-married young adults, which has 182 first echo boomers and 224 seconds echo boomers as using the same self-report questionnaire. Results: First, the two echo boomer groups exhibited similar patterns in their perception of the three family strengths, positive family values, pursuit of coexistence, and spiritual value, in that order. On the other hand, in regard to family functions, groups' perceived emotion entertainment leisure function as core functions of the family, but the second echo boomers, unlike the first echo boomers, expressed a higher need for economic functions rather than functions for children generation. Second, the analysis of this study indicated that, even in cases where first and second echo boomers had the same social-demographic characteristics, the latter in contrast with the former tended not to regard spiritual values such love for shared ethical values, compassion, and religious beliefs as a family strength, and did not require functions for children generation of the family. Conclusions: From these findings, the differences in the needs for family strengths and functions expressed by the two generations belonging to two different birth cohorts were influenced by various changes in Korean society occurring between the two generations, such as the social divergence in the functions of care and nurture, the increase in one-person and childless households, and the weakening of kinship-centered or communitarian forms of familism.

  • 虚拟社区(virtual community, VC)今年来发展迅速, 越来越多的人参与到虚拟社区中交换信息和分享观点. 虚拟社区是通过计算机布告板和网络进行非面对面的知识和语言交流的一种大众集合体. B2C电子商务网站虚拟社区则是商业性的虚拟社区, 通过培养信任环境来促进消费者在该网站的购买行为. B2CVC通过信息交流, 如推荐, 评论, 买者与卖者评级等, 来建立社会性的氛围. 目前, 虽然学术界已经认识到B2CVC的重要性, 但是关于社区成员的口碑传播行为的研究还不充分. 本研究提出了一个理论模型, 探讨在B2C网站社区中参与度, 满意度, 信任度, 粘度和口碑传播之间的关系. 本研究的目的有三个: 1, 通过整合信念, 态度和行为的测量来实证检验B2C网站社区模型; 2, 更好地理解各因素对口碑传播的影响关系; 3, 更好地理解B2C网站社区黏度在CRM营销中的作用. 研究模型包含以下要素: 1, 社区成员的信念变量, 通过参与度来测量; 2, 社区成员的态度变量, 通过满意度和信任度来测量; 以及3, 社区成员的行为变量, 通过网站黏度和口播传播意愿来测量. 参与度是消费者在虚拟社区的参与动机. 对于社区成员来说, 信息的查找和发布是他们参与到社区的主要目的. 满意度是成员对社区整体评价的重要指标, 反映了成员与社区的交互程度. 虚拟社区的形成与发展依靠成员分享信息和服务的自愿程度. 研究者已经发现信任是促进匿名交互的关键, 因此构建信任被看作是虚拟社区的重要研究课题. 此外, 虚拟社区的成功依靠成员的粘度来提高购买潜力. 社区成员间的观点交流和信息交换代表一种 "写作式" 的口碑传播. 因此口碑传播是推动B2C虚拟社区在互联网上扩散的主要因素之一. 研究模型及假设如图一所示. 本研究通过实证调查中国携程旅游网虚拟社区成员来验证模型. 数据收集过程中共发放243份问卷, 其中有效问卷204份. 通过实证数据验证了参与度, 满意度和信任度影响粘度和口碑传播之间的假设关系. 结构方程模型(SEM)方法用来进行数据分析. 模型的拟合指数结果为χ2/df 是2.76, NFI是 .904, IFI是 .931, CFI是 .930, 以及RMSEA是 .017. 结果表明, 参与度对满意度具有显著的影响(p<0.001, ${\beta}$=0.809). 参与度可以解释满意度的方差比例超过50%, 调整R2为0.654. 参与度对信任度具有显著影响(p<0.001, ${\beta}$=0.751), 解释率为57%, 调整R2为0.563. 此外, 满意度对黏度的影响显著(${\beta}$=0.514), 但是信任度对黏度的影响并不显著(p=0.231, t=1.197). 黏度对口碑传播的影响显著, 且解释率超过80%, 调整R2为 0.846. 总之, 研究结果支持了大部分的研究假设, 但是信任度显著影响粘度的假设没有得到支持. 本研究丰富了电子商务网站虚拟社区的学术研究成果, 深入探讨了在B2C电子商务环境下的用户信念, 态度和行为等因素. 研究成果有助于实践者进行更有针对性的资源开发和市场开拓. 网络营销人员可以针对B2C网站社区来有针对性地制定营销策略, 如对于国际旅游业务, 营销人员可以针对中国的B2C网站社区用户开展营销活动, 如为活跃的用户提供特殊折扣以及为早期参与者提高社区黏度定制营销计划等. 未来的研究应该拓展社区成员行为的研究, 并在不同的行业, 社区和文化背景下开展研究.

  • China is a country with large agricultural areas and subject to frequent calamities. Drought is the top of them. It has been a key problem for development of agriculture in the country. In the long struggle against drought, Chinese have accumulated many rational and irrational experiences. The Dragon Kings Belief, which is popular in North China and discussed in a thesis, is one of their irrational experiences. The belief was passed together with Buddhism from India to China in the Tang Dynasty. After it settled down, it was incorporated with the local five dragons belief and a set of beliefs in dragon kings came into existence. The emergence of the dragon kings belief ended the history that the title of rain got was not clear in China and Dragon kings finally got the status. Irrigation is the lifeblood of agriculture in China. In a Chinese mind, Dragon kings are the most important gods who take charge of rain and thus offer the lifeblood. In understanding the nature and characteristics of Chinese traditional culture, it is important for us to make clear the origin and evolution of the belief, find out its nature, function and operation. In the every year beginning of February of the Fanzhuang calendar in the people of Hebeisheng Zhaoxian, would all hold a festival to offer sacrifices to the $^{{\circ}TM}^{\prime}longpai$. Longpai was regarded as the core of the temple fair, thus the native sons came to call this festival; "longpaihui". In this region the'Fanzhuang longpaihui'developed into a well knownand grand temple fair. 유사의료/보완의료에 대한 보건의료정책학적 고찰 (A Critical Review on Complementary and Alternative Medicine/Pseudo-medicine/Quackery: Implication on Health Policy)

  • Nowadays, it is surely the quack which stands as one of the most controversial, problematic. the quack has been a consistent target of contested public protection strategies in the past few centuries in many countries. Recently, complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) is increasingly utilized and accepted by patients and providers throughout the health care system in the world, most accounts attribute this growing acceptability to the shortcomings of conventional medicine, the appeal of CAM's core beliefs, and the growing body of research indicating that CAM actually works. However, the governments of western countries have called for measures to ensure that the public are protected from incompetent and dangerous practitioners. Common to these controversies has been a suggestion to ban, exclude or limit the medical practice of those deemed to be damaging rather than improving the health of individuals as a measure of public protection. This article describes the experiences of western counties' health care system which is moving in a more pluralistic direction. By examining the ways in which regulatory efforts in the countries have come to address what is invariably described as a growing interest in CAM, this study show how the problem of CAM/quackery today is increasingly located in an ethical field of practitioner competency, qualifications, conduct, responsibility and personal professional development, regardless of the form of therapy in question. Many countries developed a series of measures and strategies to contain the acceptance of CAM groups, such as insisting on scientific evidence of safety and efficacy, resisting integration of CAM with conventional medicine and opposing government support for research and education. In a sense, those countries' movements serve to protect not only patients, but the dominant position of medicine and its allied professions, and to maintain existing jurisdictional boundaries within the healthcare system. The popular support for CAM will require that health professional stakeholders continue to address the challenges this poses, and at the same time protect their position at healthcare system. To cope with the quack, professional body, public sector and health authorities should consider the safety of consumers of healthcare and responding to the demands of the community for CAM therapies as well as the claims of the established healthcare professions. Finally, some implications for future health care were suggested.

'생각 바꾸기 프로그램'을 적용한 수학불안 치유 사례분석 (A Case analysis on the treatment of mathematics anxiety utilizing a program to change students' thought of mathematics)

  • 본 연구는 수학불안으로 인해 자신의 충분한 수학적 역량을 발휘 하지 못해 고민하는 일반계 고등학교 2학년 남학생 1명의 수학 불안 치유 사례연구이다. 본 연구에서 수철이(가명)는 수학시험과 관련해서 불안이 높게 나타났다. 이를 치유하기 위해 인지적 처치와 행동적 처치를 실시하였다. 첫째, 인지적 처치로서 자신의 문제 이해하기, 사고 기록지 작성하기, 중간 믿음 바꾸기, 핵심 믿음 바꾸기를 실시하였고 처치과정 속에서 어떠한 인지적 정의적 반응과 변화가 일어나는지 분석하였다. 둘째, 행동적 처치로서 분할노트 작성하기와 동료학습을 실시하였다. 분할노트 작성하기는 노트를 이용하여 나만의 문제를 찾아서 스스로 해결하게 하는 것으로서 이 과정 속에서 어떠한 인지적 정의적 반응과 변화가 일어나는지 분석하였다. 또한 수철이를 힘들게 하는 지나친 경쟁심과 승부욕이 동료학습을 하면서 어떻게 인지적 정의적으로 반응하고 변화하는지 살펴보았다. 연구결과, 수철이의 수학시험불안은 많이 감소되었고 그 밖의 다른 요인들도 감소하였다. 또한 어렵게 느껴지는 수학문제에 도전하여 해결함으로써 자신감을 회복하였고 지나친 승부욕과 경쟁심도 협동심과 배려심으로 승화한 것으로 나타났다.

해석적 관점을 중심으로 한 가정과교육 의생활 문화 영역의 교육과정안 개발 및 적용 (Home Economics Curriculum Development and Application of Clothing Life Culture Area Based on the Interpretive Perspective on Educational Curriculum)

  • 본 연구에서 해석적 관점이란 인간의 행동이나 신념, 역사적 문화적 결과물들에 대한 의미이해에 도달하기 위해서는 역사적 문화적 지식을 토대로 이야기를 나누는 과정이 중요하며 이를 통해 궁극적으로 자기이해에 도달하게 된다는 교육과정의 관점을 의미한다. 개발 교육 과정안은 교육목표, 내용체계, 수업지도안, 교수-학습 자료로 구성된 것을 말한다. 본 연구에서 해석적 관점을 중심으로 가정과교육 의생활 교육과 관련 있는 주요 개념들을 가정(假定)하고 역사 문화적 자료를 토대로 의생활 문화 영역의 교육내용을 구성함으로써 의생활교육 내용의 변화를 시도하였으며 시험적 수업 적용 결과도 긍정적인 것으로 나타났다. 개발한 교육과정안의 장점으로는 학생들은 전통문화를 인식하고 의생활을 통해 자신이 누구인지 어떤 존재인지에 대해 해답을 찾는데 도움이 되었고 교육내용이 새로운 지식으로 인식되었으며 학습 동기 유발에 도움이 되었고 해석적 관점을 중심으로 한 수업내용이 진정한 실천을 위한 반성, 진정한 인식의 도달을 위한 역할을 수행할 수 있다는 것이다. 반면 문제점으로는 가정과교사들 스스로 의생활의 역사적?문화적 자료에 대한 이해와 수업준비에 어려움을 느낄 수 있고 역사와 사회와 더 관련이 있다고 생각한다는 것과 내용체계의 주제에 담을 교수학습 자료에 대한 보다 많은 연구가 필요하다는 것이다.
