The problems and the limits of outsourcing strategies are disclosure of the knowhow to someone and rapid confrontation of difficulties by a outsourcing-supply company, limitations of quality control and hold-up of quality. From the result of this study, we found that development of outsourcing strategies will be not vertical relationship between a outsourcing-supply company and a outsourcing-demand company but horizontal relationship (co-sourcing) between those supply and demand company. Especially, core-affairs, control of operating costs and costs reduction must have the precise purpose and carry out capacity and affairs of organization.

A large diameter sampler (KICT-type large diameter sampler) was developed to take undisturbed samples from not only soft ground but also sandy and weathered ground. The KICT-type large diameter sampler was manufactured with the principle of triple core barrel sampling. In this study, the applicability to offshore ground sampling of the KICT-type large diameter sampler was confirmed at Inchoen Port construction site. And, in order to compare the quality of samples taken by the sampler with that of the traditional piston sampler, a series of laboratory tests were performed. From the test results, the samples taken by the KICT-type large diameter sampler showed higher quality than the traditional thin-walled tube samples.

본 논문에서는 고주파 변압기 대신 무선 전력 전송 시스템을 적용해 양방향 전력 전송을 가능케 해주는 loosely coupled dual-active-bridge 컨버터에서, 코일 간 전송 효율을 높이기 위한 코일 형상 설계에 관한 연구를 진행하였다. 유한 요소법을 통해 여러 형태의 페라이트 코어에 대해 해석했다. 페라이트 코어 형태가 I-자 일 때 가장 높은 quality factor의 코일을 얻을 수 있었다. 또한, I-core의 ferrite plate의 크기에 따라 무선 전력 전송의 효율을 결정하는 코일의 coupling coefficient와 코일의 quality factor가 변하고 trade-off 관계가 있음을 확인하였다. 3cm의 air-gap에 대해 최대 효율을 가지는 코일 형상을 설계하여 시뮬레이션을 통해 97.8%의 코일간 전송효율을 얻었다.

Scientists planning research that involves the use of animals are required by international and/or national law to examine the possibilities for the implementation of Replacement, Reduction and/or Refinement (the Three Rs principles of Russell and Burch) in experiments for research, testing, and education. There are two Korean laws legislating humane use of animals and ethical review prior to animal experiments. This report reviews current practice of the literature search by the researchers and protocol review by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committees on the Replacement, Reduction and Refinement alternatives in Korea. The promotion and protection of the laboratory animals are one of the core competencies of investigators exploring the ethical conduct of research and good science.

Korean Quality Innovation Movement has achieved excellent results for the past 10 years as Hard Single PPM, the next step should be Smart Single PPM. In this new version of PPM, the systematic or structural problems found through thorough examination of past activities should be resolved, and this will yield benefits for both parent companies and subcontractors. And Smart Single PPM should be understood and promoted as the core business strategy today. Therefore, in this study, the possible scheme to strengthen large and small companies together based on Smart Single PPM will be suggested.

Steel FibreReinforced Shotcrete(SFRS) is one of the main tunnel support along with the rock bolt during the excavation and after the completion of the tunnel. In the standard qualification of the SFRS defined by Korea Highway Corporation, 28 day core specimen has to meet the compressive strength of 19.6 MPa and over 90 % fibre contents. Furthermore, for the 28 days brick shaped specimen made by shooting, flexural strength should be over 4.4 MPa and flexural toughness ratio which can be calculated from flexural toughness factor has to meet more than 68% of flexural strength. In shotcrete, accelerating agent is added for the rapid strength development. Silicate and aluminate type agents are known to develop shotcrete strength rapidly, however, has such problem to degrade the middle and long term strength. Hence, using poly carboxylic super plasticizer, it was aimed to enhance the quality of the shotcrete with the lower water-cement ratio and the same level of workability. The present paper shows the part of the field test result and its analysis.

ITR(Inne. Tie Rod) is one of the core parts in an automobile steering system. The front wheels are connected to the steering system, which are controlled by steering wheel through the ITR. Improvement of assembling ITR is needed f3r drivers' satisfaction. Therefore, the parameters influencing the rotational torque were studied and analyzed. The useful results can be obtained, and could be applied to manufacture ITR. Through these manufacturing technologies, high quality ITR have been manufactured with high productivity.

6시그마 프로세스는 정의(Define), 측정(Measure), 분석(Analyze), 개선(Improve), 관리(Control)라는 다섯 스텝을 통하여 문제를 해결하고 성과를 달성한다. 이 다섯 단계 중에서 정의 단계는 프로젝트를 선정하고, 고객을 정의하고 프로젝트의 핵심 요인을 파악하며, 팀을 구성하고, 일정을 수립하는 일련의 과정으로서, 6시그마 활동전체의 방향을 제시하는 동시에, 이 활동이 그 조직에 얼마나 효과성이 결정되는 단계로서 6시그마 전 활동을 통하여 가장 중요한 단계라 할 수 있다. 6시그마 활동 중 정의 단계의 4 Step인 Project의 선정, Project의 정의, CTQ의 도출 및 선정, Project의 실행 계획은 프로젝트의 성공과 실패를 좌우하는 중요한 요인이다. 본 연구는 F사에서 수행했던 프로젝트를 대상으로 정의 단계의 각 Step마다 적정한 Activity에 따라 수행되었는가를 분석하여 F사의 6시그마 활동의 문제점을 조사하여 향후 6시그마 활동의 방향을 제시하려한다.

In this paper, the relationships between code-share networks and performances in airline industry were analyzed by using Social Network Analysis (SNA). We first analyzed the schedule data from OAG (Official Airline Guide) to obtain core-share information of airline industries. SNA was, then, applied to the code-share information. Finally, statistical analysis was conducted to analyze the relationships between code-share social networks and performances. The result shows that the size and out-degree centrality have relatively significant effects on the performance of airline industries, while in-degree and betweenness centrality has less significant effects.

This study is concerned with the quantitative Quality of Service(QoS) of the Light Railway Transit(LRT) System. Generally, the QoS offered to passengers by the Operator of LRT system can be quantified in various ways. In this paper, we assumed that the QoS is a combination of both Train Delivery and Train Punctuality under considering LRT characteristics including core sub-systems such as, rolling stock, signalling, power-supply and PSD(platform screen door), etc. We also, provide a quantitative analysis method to evaluate the QoS related the reliability of LRT system.
