The participants were 477 female college students who had the experience of heterosexual dating relationships, whose ages ranged from 17 to 29 (M=20.59, SD=1.44). The psychological tests used in this research included the following: Straus' Conflict Tactics Scale, Spielberger's State-Trait Anger Expression Inventory, Eysenck Personalty Inventory, and multidimensional Coping Scale. Results revealed that victims only were more likely to receive violence as well as sexual harassments from their dating partners than aggressive victims of dating violence. Aggressive victims of dating violence showed higher level of trait anger and anger-out, and difficulty in control their anger than victim only and women who had not experienced dating violence. In addition, they also revealed symptoms of paychoticism and addiction. And aggressive victims of dating violence showed less active coping and more active forgetting and renunciation than victims only and women who had not experienced dating violence. Victims only of dating violence more like to criticize themselves and pursue religious coping than aggressive victims. Researcher discussed these results with previous studies.

The clinical practice stress showed a negative correlation between the satisfaction level of major and the satisfaction level of clinical practice (p<0.01), and the more satisfaction they had in their major and clinical practice, the less stress during the clinical practice. 5. In the correlation between each subordinate factor of the stress in clinical practice and how to cope with it, interpersonal factor and emotion-oriented factor, the amount of BEPSI and wishful thinking showed a positive correlation (p<0.05). The retail industry has been coping with changes in the retail market environment for the past decade or so. Using a total of 14 companies, this study aims to reveal the effect of differences in sales channels and retail business styles on the management performance of retail companies. The financial statements of these companies were used to analyze the five key indicators of their management performance. As research variables, sales channels, retail business style and business period were used as factors affecting their management performance. ANOVA or MANOVA was performed to test differences in management performance between groups according to the number of factors. The effect of three factors on the management performance of retail companies was found to be significant. The multi-comparison test revealed significant differences among retail business styles in terms of the five key indicators. TV home-shopping performed better than others in terms of stability and profitability. Internet and mobile shopping companies performed poorly in terms of profitability compared to others and performed higher than department stores in terms of growth, activity, and productivity.
The purpose of this study is to present the effect of differences in individual coping and organizational homogeneity culture on information security compliance from an exploratory perspective. The study divided groups into individual coping (task-oriented, emotion-oriented) and organizational homogeneity culture (homogeneity, heterogeneity), confirms the difference in information security for each group through cross-design and presents a multiple mediation model between information security factors. As a result of the study, in the coping dimension, the average of the security compliance factors was higher in the emotion-oriented than the task-oriented, and in the homogeneity culture dimension, the average of the security compliance factors was higher in the homogeneity than the heterogeneity. Additionally, social influence and involvement had a multiple mediation effect on the relationship between information security awareness and compliance intention. The implications of this study were to confirm the difference in the effect of individual decision-making styles on security compliance according to the organizational culture differences. The results suggest the necessity of applying a customized information security compliance model for each organization and individual characteristics.
This study is a descriptive study to investigate the influence factors on smartphone overdependenceon in male middle school students. A questionnaire survey was conducted on 174 male middle school students about their smartphone overdependence, stress, ego - resilience, and use of smartphone by function. In results, 29.9% (potential risk group 23.6%, high risk group 6.3%) of the male middle school students were the smartphone overdependency risk group. A higher smartphone overdependency was associated with the higher the smartphone usage time per day, the higher the stress level, the higher the grade, and the lower the ego-resilience level. This requires the involvement of appropriate stress coping styles to overcome excessive stress situations. And the development and implementation of an intervention program that increases the level of ego-resilience can be expected to have an effect of controlling the smartphone use time as well as the intervention effect on stress coping.
The purpose of this study was to investigate conception of children's hospitalization stress and to make clear concepts, and to use Walker & Avant's concept analysis method. Children's hospitalization stress attributes were derived from physiological changes, individual-environmental interactions, cognitive and psychosocial developmental stage responses, and intrinsic and outward changes due to coping styles. The prerequisites for hospitalization stress of children were disease severity, biological factors, and support system, and the results were hospitalization adaptation, disease and health recovery, improvement of child development, and acquisition of coping skills. In order to solve the prerequisites for Hospitalization stress of children, it is necessary to be aware of the disease and to establish a support system of parent-family. Afterwards, we suggest more qualitative research on the hospitalization stress of children, the development of tools that reflect the characteristics of the hospitalization stress of children, and the development of programs to solve the Hospitalization stress.

After analysis of qualitative data based on Giorgi's(1985) method of phenomenological analysis, a total of 225 significant statements were found and those were grouped into 23 subcategories, which were then grouped again into 9 categories. Based on total 250 food & beverage employees obtained from empirical research, this study reviewed the reliability and fitness of the research model and verified a total of 2 hypotheses using the AMOS program. The hypothesized relationships in the model test simultaneously by using a structural equation model(SEM). The proposed model provided an adequate fit the data, ${\chi}^2$=252.876(p<0.001), df=143, CMIN/DF=1.768, GFI=0.914, AGFI=0.873, NFI=0.936, CFI=0.971, RMSEA=0.056. The model's fit, as indicated by these indexes, was deemed satisfactory, thus providing a good basis for testing the hypothesized paths. The SEM showed that the emotion oriented(${\beta}$=-.181, p<0.01) and avoidance oriented(${\beta}$=-.129, p<0.05) had a negative significant influence on job satisfaction. The multi-group analysis effects on division and status did. Also, job satisfaction(${\beta}$=.599, p<0.01) had a positive significant influence on customer orientation.
