This paper proposes coordinative control method between STATCOM installed within substation and other reactive power resources including Shunt Reactors and Shunt Capacitors and OLTC. Voltage/Reactive power control has various difficult aspects to control because of analysis and system dynamics error. This coordinative control method suggests practical algorithm regarding system voltage and reactive power status which is easy to implement in substation basis. In normal status, STATCOM-Shunts-OLTC are in operation. The proposed algorithm is tested and verified in EMTP/RV. And this is expected to be applied to control multiple reactive power devices combined with SCADA/EMS system.

A shop floor can be considered as and importand level to develop a Computer Integrated Manufacturing system (CIMs). The shop foor is a dynamic environment where unexpected events contrinuously occur, and impose changes to planned activities. The shop floor should adopt an appropriate control system that is responsible for scheduling coordination and moving the manufacturing material and information flow. In this paper, the architecture of the hybrid control model identifies three levels; i.e., the shop floor controller (SFC), the cell controller(CC) and the equipment controller (EC). The methodology for developing these controller is employ an object-oriented approach for static models and IDEF0 for function models for dispatching a job. SFC and CC are coordinated by employing a multi-factors bidding and an adapted Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) prove applicability of the suggested method. Test experiment has been conducted by with the shopfloor, consisting of six manufacturing cells.

This paper presents a mathematical approach to implementing distributed optimal power flow (OPF), wherein a regional decomposition technique is adopted to parallelize the OPF. Three mathematical decomposition coordination methods are introduced firs to implement the proposed distributed scheme: the Auxiliary Problem Principle (APP), the Predictor-Corrector Proximal Multiplier Method (PCPM), and the Alternating Direction Method (ADM). Then two alternative schemes for modeling distributed OPF are introduced; the Dummy Generator-Dummy Generator (DGDG) scheme and Dummy Generator-Dummy Load (DGDL) scheme. We present the mathematical analyses of the proposed approach, and demonstrate the approach on several test, systems, including IEEE Reliability Test Systems and parts of the ERCOT (Electric Reliability Council of Texas) system.

In modern fashion, accessories are recognized as indispensable articles for the completion of a look. Scarf and muffler has attained significance as a main fashion item. The purpose of study was to analyze the motifs of special material for muffler design on special material, and to seek unique and decorative effect using three dimensional method on the flat surfaced textile to give novelty. This study introduced technique of applying embroidery onto special materials such as fur and leather to achieve variety of texture effect. The results are as follows: Six designs were proposed. Each work has different detail and silhouette, and the unique motif design using embroidery with cotton, nylon, and bead on fur, leather, wool, and satin. This will be a method to develop value-added products in fashion and formative arts.

A literature study was progressed for oriental medical diagnosis and treatment for Jianwang(健忘) : forgetfulness(amnesia). In orental medicine, the reason of Jianwang(健忘) was congenital insufficiency(稟賦不足), meditational excessiveness(思慮過多), deficiency of heart(心虛), phlegm retention(痰飮), deficiency of kidney(腎裏), breakdown of the normal physiological coordination between the heart and the kidney(心腎不交), blood stasis(瘀血). The method of medical treatment was invigorating vital energy and enriching the blood(大補氣血), invigorating the heart and nourishing blood(補心養血), dissipating phlegm and relieving mental stress(化痰寧神), regulating the spleen corresponds to earth(理脾土), invigorating the heart and the kidney(補心腎), reinforcing the liver and the kidney(培肝腎), promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis(活血祛瘀) and etc. Herbal medication was followed as those method. The prescription was commonly used as Guibitang(歸脾湯), Insuksan(仁熟散), Chunwangbosimdan(天王補心丹), Susunghwan(壽星丸), Samjohwan(蔘棗丸) and etc.

Location management is very important in location-based services to provide services to the mobile users like banking, city guides and many more. Ubiquitous and mobile devices are the source of data in location management and its significant operations are update and search method. Some studies to improve these were presented by using optimal sequential paging, location area scheme and hierarchical database scheme. In addition, not all location services have the same access methods on data and it lead to difficulties of providing services. A proposed location management of multi-agent architecture is presented in this study. It shows the coordination of the agents on the distributed database of location-based services. The proposal focuses on the location management of the mobile object presented in a hierarchical search and update. Also, it uses a nearest neighbor technique for efficient search method of mobile objects.

With the spread of various kinds of cameras such as digital cameras and DSLR and a growing interest in high-definition and high-resolution images, a method that synthesizes multiple images is being studied among various methods. High Dynamic Range (HDR) images store light exposure with even wider range of number than normal digital images. Therefore, it can store the intensity of light inherent in specific scenes expressed by light sources in real life quite accurately. This study suggests feature points synthesis algorithm to improve the performance of HDR panorama recognition method (algorithm) at recognition and coordination level through classifying the feature points for image recognition using more than one multi frames.

Mutation consisted of abrupt and uncontrolled rises and falls in vocal pitch due to poor coordination of the laryngeal musculature associated with general bodily growth. The male voice drops about 10 semitones after mutation period but the female voice drops about 2 semitones. Symptoms of abnormal voice mutation are many variations in the voice. Sometimes the voice is a true falsetto, high and thin. The au thor experienced two male cases of prolonged mutation difficulty treated by pressure method. The result were excellent with simple maneuver. The author reported the result of treatment for two cases and reviewed the literatures.

On the other hand, various building techniques including Steel Stud method and highly prefabricated and industrialized Unit method are prevailing in developed countries like Japan. Steel stud and Unit Box have their own merits an demerits, but the more crucial aspect is that the constant design standard should be applied in each design procedure. It entails the necessity of industrial housing development on the Open System basis. In this study, the design standard for Unit house will be established coping with the established preparing standard for design specifications defined by Architectural Law and Promotion Law of Housing Construction. That is for design standard of industrialized private housing on the Open System basis.
