산업 안전 서비스를 위한 셰퍼드 기반의 SIP 환경 (SIP Environment based on Shepherd for Industry Safety Service)

  • 본 논문은 산업 안전 서비스를 위하여 컴퓨터 지원 협동 작업의 하나의 환경을 제안한다. 산업 안전 환경의 좋은 예는 화약고이다. 본 논문에서는 산업안전 서비스를 위한 셰퍼드와 세션 초기 프로토콜 환경에서 실행되는 컴퓨터 기반의 멀티미디어 통합 환경에 대해서 제안하였다. 기존의 멀티미디어 프레임워크는 컴퓨터 기반의 멀티미디어 통합을 위한 세션 초기 프로토콜 환경에서 거의 없는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 세션을 잘 유지할 수 있게 하기 위하여 셰퍼드와 세션 초기 프로토콜 환경에서 실행되는 컴퓨터 기반의 멀티미디어 통합 환경을 기술하였다.

Populations of Fungi and Bacteria Associated with Samples of Stored Rice in Korea

  • Stored rice was collected from rice processing complexes of National Agricultural Cooperative Federation of 11 regions in Korea to evaluate the occurrence of fungi and bacteria and to identify the predominant fungi and bacteria to the genus levels. Most rice samples generally produced the higher levels of fungi and bacteria than white rice. The occurrence of fungi and bacteria varied in various locations of Korea. Among fungi observed, Aspergillus spp. and Penicillium spp. were dominant in the samples and Aspergillus spp. were observed more frequently than Penicillium spp. Predominant bacteria from rice and white rice samples tentatively belonged to the Genus Bacillus, Pectobacterium, Pantoea, and Microbacterium according to BIOLOG and FAME analyses. The results of this study showed that rice in Korea was contaminated in a relatively high level by two dominant storage fungi such as Aspergillus spp. and Penicillium spp. In addition, occurrence of mycotoxins in rice by the fungi could be possible and thus it is necessary to control the storage fungi.

  • 본 논문은 운송 안전 서비스를 위한 IP-USN 게이트웨이 소프트웨어 스택에서의 오류 동기화에 대한 내용을 기술한다. 이 시스템은 TS_EDA, TS_ESA로 구성되어 있다. TS_EDA는 IP-USN 게이트웨이 소프트웨어 스택 환경에서 멀티미디어 원격 제어를 위하여 오류를 감지하는 에이전트이다. TS_ESA는 IP-USN 게이트웨이 소프트웨어 스택 환경에서 멀티미디어 원격 제어를 위하여 오류를 동기화하는 에이전트이다. 운송 안전 서비스를 위한 IP-USN 게이트웨이 소프트웨어 스택에서의 멀티미디어 공동 작업 환경의 관점에서 오류 동기화는 협동 작업에 참가하는 참가자에게 상호작용적으로 오류를 동기화한다.

  • Device-to-device (D2D) communications underlaid cellular infrastructure is an competitive local area services technology to promote spectrum usage for next generation cellular networks. These potential can only be tap through efficient interference coordination. Previous works only concentrated on interference from D2D pairs whiles interference from CUs to D2D pairs were neglected. This work focus on solving uplink interference problem emanating from multiple CUs sharing its resource with multiple D2D pairs. The base station (BS) acting as a supervisor selfishly institute a pricing scheme to manage the interference it experience from D2D pairs based on its Quality of service (QoS) requirement. D2D pairs following the supervisor make power allocation decisions considering the price from the BS in a non-cooperative game fashion. In order for the D2D pairs to also meet their QoS requirement, they suggest a price to the BS called discount price which reflects the interference they receive from the CUs. Finally, we analyze the proposed approach.

  • 선형 네트워크 토폴로지에서 노드간 협력을 이용한 무선 전력공급 기반 멀티홉 전송 방식을 제안한다. 제안 프로토콜은 멀티홉 경로의 생존시간의 최대화를 목적으로 멀티홉 노드의 생존시간을 동일하게 맞추어 주도록 노드별 에너지 전송 시간을 결정한다. 각 노드의 생존시간을 동일하게 만들기 위하여 새떼가 동일 속도로 날아다니는 행동양식을 모방한 flocking 알고리즘을 적용하여 노드의 생존시간을 지역적으로 분산 평균화 시킨다. 시뮬레이션을 통하여 제안 알고리즘이 각 노드의 생존시간을 모두 동일하게 만들어 전체 경로의 생존시간을 최대화할 수 있음을 보여준다.

조산원 출산 여성의 '자연출산' 의미와 경험 - 페미니스트 접근 (Meaning of 'Natural Childbirth' and Experiences of Women Giving Birth using Midwifery - A Feminist Approach)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the meanings of 'Natural childbirth' from experiences of Korean women who gave birth to a baby in the midwifery using a feminist approach. Methods: This paper is a qualitative research study and applies a feminist epistemology and methodology to the experiences of women who gave birth in midwifery. The data were collected by individual in-depth interviews with eleven participants. Results: Two main themes emerged from the feminist content analyses and each main theme had three sub themes. A. transformation of control and knowledge on childbirth and the body 1) refusing coercive medicalization and building a new normality, 2) specific expectations about biological health and maternity rather than a return to nature, 3) the subject of pregnancy and childbirth, B. 'natural childbirth' practice as a new embodied discipline 1) helpers to support mothers, midwives, 2) helping the body to do 'natural childbirth', 3) from isolated labor to cooperative reproduction. Conclusion: These results indicate that women desired to practice being a subject, consultation with professionals, self-discipline and named actors except for women as 'other subjects' in childbirth.

유아교육용 로봇에 대한 유아의 인식 및 유아-로봇 간 상호작용의 특성 (Young Children's Perception of Intelligent Service Robots and Child-Robot Interactions)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine how children perceived the use of intelligent service robots in early childhood education and identifying the characteristics of the interaction between the children concerned and the robots. The subjects of this study were 49 kindergarten students from Girin Kindergarten in Gyeonggi-do. The results of this study suggested that the children personalized the robot and recognized it as their friend, regardless of their ages. In the interactions between the children and the robot, the children engaged in physical contact with the robot and occasionally tried to control its functions. In the child-robot interaction, the children searched their favorite functions and used them repeatedly, but also lost interest in those repeated functions. Regardless of their interest levels, however, the attendance or portfolio organization functions. With regard to the interaction between peers, there were frequent quarrels regarding the use of the robot at first, but these conflicts were resolved by the intervention of peers or teachers, and the children who were familiar with the use of the robot helped their friends; this was viewed as constituting cooperative behavior. Children usually used the robot with their friends. The robot was a medium for children to find new friends. Peer group activities were explored and new friendships were created as a result of the use of the robot.

  • Power electronics is an interdisciplinary area that is interstitial to all of the major disciplines of electrical engineering including power, electronics and control. Today, the covering field of power electronics has more widely spread out with the help of ever evolving microelectronics and computer science. Whereas, in Japan the tendency is becoming remarkable nowadays that science, especially "mathematics" and "hardware work", are falling into disfavor with the young people. For these reasons, it has become a very important problem to find out "what are the truest essentials of power electronics\ulcorner" and "How to give students incentives to learn power electronics\ulcorner " from an educational point of view In under-graduate and graduate courses in universities. On the other hand, the power electronics engineers in companies are always required to comply with the ever changing trend of global and open market. However, it takes long time to cultivate their skills. Against the background, "The Cooperative Research Committee on Education of Power Electronics" was established in the IEEJ Industry Applications Society during 2000-2001. The present status of the power electronics education in Japan is surveyed in this paper, and some problems with remedy are pointed out based on the discussions performed in the committee.sed on the discussions performed in the committee.

OneSAF를 이용한 원격조종 지상무인차량 체계효과분석 방법 (A Method of System Effectiveness Analysis for Remote-Operated Unmanned Ground Vehicles Using OneSAF)

  • Nowadays unmanned ground systems are used in supporting of surveillance and explosive ordnance disposal. Also, we expect that will be used to remarkably enhance combat capability through network-based cooperative operations with other combat systems. In order to effectively develop those unmanned systems, we needs a systematic method to analyze combat effectiveness and validate required operation capabilities. In this paper, we propose a practical approach to simulate remote-operated unmanned ground systems by using OneSAF, an US-Army simulation framework. First of all, we design a simulation model of unmanned system by integrating with core components for wireless communications and remote control of mobility and fire. Next, we extend OneSAF functionality to create communication links that connects a remote controller with an unmanned vehicle and define a simulated behavior to operate unmanned vehicles via the communication links. Finally, we demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed model within OneSAF and summarize system effectiveness analysis results.

3D 프린팅을 이용한 소형 무인기 설계·제작 교육 프로그램을 위한 수업자료 개발과 적용 (Development of Instructional Materials for Micro-UAV Design and Production Program using 3D Printers and Its Application)

  • This study introduces the development and application of instructional materials for a micro-UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle) design and manufacturing program in university education for freshman/sophomore students. The ADDIE methodology was applied to the development of educational materials, which consist of 15 lessons including the aircraft design theory, 3D CAD modeling, 3D printing production, and UAV flight control. The validity of the program was evaluated with 8 expert panels. A total of 82 participants from engineering and social science grouped the 16 teams for the creative UAV wing design and cooperative interactions. The results of overall program satisfaction survey was measured highly as the average 4.54 (out of 5), so that the students were content with the professional engineering knowledge, 3D digital tools, and the opportunity to design and manufacture airplanes on their own. In conclusion, it can be confirmed that the developed program is effective for UAV education for junior level college student.
