C-ITS is a system that uses bidirectional communication between two vehicles or infrastructures to control traffic more conveniently, and safely. If C-ITS security is not properly prepared, it can cause traffic congestions and fatal traffic accidents, and therefore can affect greatly on the driver's life. This paper proposes the prevention and response mechanisms based on the cyber attack scenarios that can be used to attack C-ITS.

DARPA 무인차 대회 우승과 구글 자율주행 자동차로 유명한 세바스찬 스런 스탠포드대 교수는 18살이 되던 해에 가장 친한 친구를 교통사고로 잃었고, 그것을 계기로 계기로 무인차 개발에 나서게 되었다고 한다. 현재 대부분의 교통사고는 운전자의 과실로 발생하며, 기계의 보조나 자동제어가 있다면 대부분 예방할 수 있다. 또한 자동으로 차선을 유지하고 차간거리를 유지하게 해준다면 도로의 교통 수용량을 2배 내지 3배로 높일 수 있으며, 도로에서 보내는 시간과 연료를 절약할 수 있다. 현재 지능형 자동차 및 도로 인프라 기술은 이러한 운전자의 안전성, 편의성, 교통 효율성, 에너지 절약을 달성하기 위한 자동차와 인프라 간의 협력형 ITS(C-ITS: cooperative ITS) 방향으로 기술개발이 이루어지고 있으며, 본 고에서는 이와 관련된 차량 자동유도 요소 기술 및 동향에 대해서 살펴본다.

Recently, the introduction of iPhone forced Korea to open its mobile market worldwide. The success of iPhone s open and cooperative code and the transition to the software-oriented paradigm also forces Korean mobile industry to greatly change according to the new trend for mobile market. Therefore, in this paper, to cope with such challenges, we investigate the effect of iPhone and then estimate its future prospect. Specifically, we focus on the effect on domestic mobile market, domestic software industry and individual's mobile life.

This is a retrospective, quantitative review of the English Teachers Association in Korea, namely the ETAK and its journals during the period of 18 years ever since the establishment in August 1994. It examines the history of the association, its domestic and international conferences, and most importantly, its articles. The purpose was to learn how it has emerged into a full-fledged organization, what the preferred language of the article has been, how the volume size has changed, and how many foreign scholars' articles have been contributed. It also looked into the number of authors each article was written by to examine the trend of cooperative work in the field of English education. Classification of the research topic was focused on the 4 skills of the language, grammar and vocabulary, literature, linguistics and all the rest areas were categorized into others. From the results of the study, suggestions for the future ETAK in the Korean English teaching were to be given.

Surveying and GIS have increasingly contributed to improve the quality of humane life through the development of its technology. While the surveying professions are now experiencing the crisis of identity. In this paper, we aim to study the concepts and presence of newly used terminologies, present state and future vision of surveying and GIS in Korea. To cope with various surveying consumers for expanding the market and their demands, enhancement of educational system, complement of laws legal system, construction of cooperative system in business are basically required.

In this paper, we consider cooperative games arising from integer total domination problem on graphs. We introduce two games, rigid integer total domination game and its relaxed game, and focus on their cores. We give characterizations of the cores and the relationship between them.

In order to conform to the needs of effective program production in multimedia era, we are studying Desk Top Program Production system. With the DTPP, users can easily produce multimedia program including video, sound, and ancillary data, and freely handle video images synthesizing video components retrieved from video database. This paper describes the new program production system, DTPP and its key technologies such as cooperative program production via multimedia network, indexing and utilization of attribute information of images, and image segmentation and spatio-temporal editing.

Each robot plays a role of its own behavior in dynamic robot-soccer environment. One of the most necessary conditions to win a game is control of robot movement. In this paper we suggest a win strategy using Cellular Neural Network to set optimal path and cooperative behavior, which divides a soccer ground into grid-cell based ground and has robots move a next grid-cell along the optimal path to approach the moving target.

Like other communication networks, the Internet is establishing and reinforcing connections between market participants. By adapting to these networks, market participants are able to obtain the power of network to create new benefits in on-line markets. In this paper, we develop three stage non-cooperative game models to analyze the community related business market in electronic commerce where network externalities are present. It is found that, regardless of its market share, individual firm in a market tends to favor a community network. The analysis also shows there exist some possibilities that these community networks can trap the market in an inferior state when better alternatives are available to yield greater social welfare.

The current network environment is composed of heterogeneous H/W and S/W resources. Integrating CSCW applications in such heterogeneous environments is highly complex. This paper describes the design and implementation of ASS (application sharing server) which supprot sharing of a single application between different operating systems. The ASS supports cooperative work among user group using its own window system (X-windwo or MS-windwos). We adopted improved managing heavy-weight data. ASS also provides development environment for vaious groupware application.
