정부는 2008년에서 2012 과학기술 577전략을 발표하고 세계적인 과학 기술력을 가지기 위해 꾸준한 노력을 기울이고 있다. 하지만 공동연구 사업은 총 예산 중 전체 예산의 1.3% 만이 투입되었다. 특히 EU권과의 국제공동연구에 대한 성과는 정부의 노력에 비해 크지 않다. 본 논문에서는 우리나라 기업들이 국제 공동연구 참여전략 방안을 찾는데 연구의 목적을 둔다. 그 중에서 특히 EU권 EUREKA를 중심으로 살펴보았다. 본 논문은 6장으로 구성되어 있다. 제 2장에서는 우리나라 기업들의 국제 공동연구 참여현황을 살펴보았다. 이어서 제 3장은 국제공동연구에 대한 이론적 배경 그리고 제 4장에서는 연구방법 그리고 제 5장에서는 본 논문의 핵심인 EU의 EUREKA 공동연구 참여방안이 제시되었으며 제 6장에서는 결론 및 정책적 제안점을 도출하였다.

The Korean Society of Preventive Medicine has undergone continuous development, after overcoming the difficult early years, in the 59 years since its establishment in 1947. It has repeatedly upgraded its quality and quantity of research with the first journal edition in 1968 and the continuous increase in publication numbers, scientific articles, joint research projects, intra-field exchanges and participation in various international scientific activities. In the future, we should gather a more extensive collection of opinions regarding the introduction of clinical preventive medicine specialists and prepare for the establishment of a training program for clinical specialists into a preventive medicine residency course. Moreover, we should raise interest in the importance of protecting individual information and maintaining medicine ethics. It's impossible to develop academic activities without cooperation. We need such cooperation with basic medical approaches across a wide range of fields. Furthermore, we should strengthen our cooperation with aspects of clinical and drug epidemiology in many fields including public health, statistics, and dietetics. Finally, we should raise the level of international cooperation with many countries, including North Korea, to prevent diseases and promote health. Preventive medicine is a science in which practice is as important as theory. We must aim to nurture preventive medicine specialists who practice in many areas of society with the goal of preventing diseases, promoting health, improving fertility, and securing healthy elderly life for individuals and the entire population. To this end, we will endeavor to promote both theoretical and practical components of academic development.

This paper describes the derivation methodology of the working torque predictive model that can be used in the initial design stages of the impact hammer tool. The working torque control mechanism is designed, taking into account various factors, such as the force of the spring and friction. Firstly, the analysis dynamic model for working environments was modeled as an additional bush and spring, and verified by comparing the test results of the working torque. Secondly, the main performance parameters of the working torque were theoretically defined by analyzing the operating mechanism. The equation to predict the working torque was derived using the dynamic analysis results according to the value changes of the parameters. The prediction equation of the working torque was validated by comparing the predicted results with the experimental data. The error difference between the experimental data and the predictive model results was found to be 8.62%.

This study is intended for international cooperation in the field of LED were analyzed. The results, LED wide coverage areas, and a promising future is expected to grow fast enough to occupancy for a major national technology is a competitive situation. Chip Scale Package, including our country, such as LED manufacturing technology that might be competitive in parts, but new technologies such as renal substrate R&D and technology development still active preemption is not the situation. Renal substrate, particularly, large-diameter sapphire, large size/large LED manufacturers, such as a promising area for future research and development support will be needed. To do this, previous research in this area and the U.S., Japan cooperation in such studies also will need to expand. Bibliometrics way through this study, analytical techniques and analytical tools used in the integrated analysis of the usefulness and necessity of the system development were found.

In relation to a certification system recently, it is coming out complains about make a rule of thumb certification, problems of after-service and duplication with government certifications. Also there is confusion in operating certification system to lack of properly rule to international standard. These impose a heavy burden on company in terms of times and costs and enhance competitiveness. Nevertheless, the survey was not built yet for the status and problems of the cooperation group standards certification System. So, this study purposes that research on the actual condition and development of operational guide for cooperation group standards certification system. In addition it ultimately improve the certification system for reliability and international competitive power. For more detail on this study, it would be considered conformity assessment, domestic/international conformity assessment and certification criteria. Also comparing survey result on the actual condition with international standards, develop operational guidelines to meet international standards.

Purpose : With the proliferation of O2O platform services that combine offline and online services, many startups are fiercely competing to lead services in the O2O service market. While the prospects for growth in the O2O service market are optimistic because of the close convenience to life, startups can achieve corporate performance only through close cooperation and partnership with suppliers. The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of O2O-based startups' and suppliers' cooperation in supply chain management on SCM performance through supply chain partnerships and startup satisfaction with suppliers. Research design, data, methodology : Data were collected from O2O service-based startups and hypotheses were verified through frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, feasibility analysis, and structural equation path analysis. In addition, the mediating effects of supply chain partnerships and startup satisfaction on suppliers were verified. Results : As a result of this study, IT utilization of the O2O startup cooperation method affects the financial perspective of supply chain partnership and SCM performance. The contract implementation of the cooperation method had an impact on the financial and innovation growth perspectives of the SCM performance, and the communication of the cooperation method had an effect on the supply chain partnership, startup satisfaction in the supply chain, and the innovation growth perspective of the SCM performance. Supply chain partnerships had an impact on the financial, innovation growth, and customer perspectives of SCM performance and startup satisfaction within the supply chain had a significant effect on innovation growth and customer perspectives. Conclusions : The implications of this study identified the factors that can improve SCM performance through the cooperation method of O2O startup, supply chain partnership and startup satisfaction with suppliers, and it is significant that the causal relationship was identified by the structural model through the supply chain cooperation factors derived by characteristics. Based on the empirical results, as the services of O2O startups grow, it is expected that empirical research and practical activation of academia should be considered as important in the cooperation of the supply chain.

Nowadays, The function of telecommunication contributes to maintaining the peace of the world, and the international cooperation in the communication field can not be emphasized too much. The pioneers in telecommunication field dvoted their lives to the infinite love for humanity. However, the modern communication system in our country was initiated, in the later part of the Lee-Dynasty, not for the international cooperation but for the invasive avarices of the neighbouring nations such as Japan and China. The true international cooperation should be based on the love of humanity and the peace of the world such as the pioneers'. This paper proposes to resarch the historic process of initiation and development of the international organs relating to telecommunication as well as the international telecommunication network. Finally, I will make the following suggestions for the promotive direction of the true international cooperation. 1. Intensification of the radio administrative power. 2. Promotion of the international cooperation on the man-power and economy in telecommunication field. 3. Establishment and adjustment of research institutes of telecommunication. 4. Promotion of space communications. 5. Establishment of the world telecommunication network for world-wide peace.

Objective: The aim of this study was to achieve a qualitative understanding of childcare teachers' cooperation experiences with Nuri curriculum teaching assistants. Methods: The study adopted a qualitative research design. Participants comprised 23 childcare teachers working with Nuri curriculum teaching assistants. Focus group interviews were conducted to discuss their cooperation experience with the teaching assistants. Qualitative themes analyses were carried out following individual-level analyses, group-level analyses, and cross-group-comparisons. Results and Conclusion: The results showed that childcare teachers, at first, had low expectation for Nuri curriculum teaching assistants because they have ambiguous job descriptions. However, the teachers' actual interactions exhibited cooperation effects on improving the quality of childcare. Childcare teachers suggested the ways to promote cooperation between childcare teachers and Nuri curriculum teaching assistants at individual and systemic levels.

European integration is characterized by the development of a transnational European identity, which is considered an integral part of the process. Northeast Asia has no similar projects to address the common identity issue, although cooperation is highly valued there as well. Identity and cooperation both require interdisciplinary approaches combining social psychology, international relations theory and international economics. This article considers the problems of applying existing studies on cooperation and identity as well as the European experience (with the Baltic Sea example) to the case of Northeast Asia. Transnational identities promote cooperation beyond the limits of rationalistic game theory, if countries of the region can define their identities and interests, commit to common goals, create shared discourses and reach a balance between nationalism and internationalism. In view of proposed negotiations on the free trade area between China, Korea and Japan and ongoing discussions about a possibility of introducing a common currency (ACU) it can be crucial to consider the importance of identity building as early as possible, before regional integration meets a stumbling block of egoistic rationality that is a problem in any model of cooperation.
