There was a negative correlation between high fatigue level and job satisfaction and colleagues of its subgroups (r=-0.29, p=.0214; r=-0.29, p=.0239), positive correlation it and turnover intention(r=0.33, p=.0089). Also there was a negative correlation between promotion and overall job satisfaction subgroup of job satisfaction and turnover intention(r=-0.17, p=.0268; r=-0.19, p=.0144). Therefore nurse managers are in need of applying the organizational management system which is considered the relationship with my colleagues at work, promotion and overall job satisfaction etc. to prevent and decrease fatigue induced factors and turnover intentions.

As for data analysis, the statistical package SPSS WIN 18.0 was employed to make a frequency analysis, and the reliability of the instrument used was checked. A factor analysis was made, and a correlation analysis was carried out to look for connections between the variables, and a multiple regression analysis was utilized. Concerning the general characteristics of the respondents, many of the respondents were female, in their 20s, unmarried and received junior-college or higher education. Self-regulation had a very close correlation to job satisfaction and turnover intention, and self-regulation affected the subfactors of job satisfaction. • Given the importance of ensuring continued residency and maintenance of the 1st Planned New Town, which is the first of more than 20 such projects, this study aims to identify the factors determining the residents' living intention. The results show that age, gender, length of stay, and occupancy type are significant factors influencing their living intention. Among the environmental factors, the educational environment and shopping environment are crucial. This means that in order to achieve the "Ageing in Place" concept, it is necessary to improve the educational environment, provide a variety of commercial facilities and expand the living facilities. While it has no direct influence on the pros and cons of building remodeling, the results showed that when the living intention is used as a parameter, the transportation, educational, and shopping environment have an indirect influence on the pros and cons of building remodeling.

  • This was a descriptive survey to determine the intention of users to use smartphone healthcare applications (SHAs) and to clarify factors that may influence such intention. The data were collected during the month of April in 2015, using a structured self-report questionnaire that was distributed to 300 participants aged 20 to 70 years; 285 complete copies were used for the final analysis. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and hierarchical multiple regression. First, according to the results, the average intention to use SHAs was 3.28 out of 5, which varied according to age, final education, economy level, vacation, current disease, total period of smartphone use, and etc. Second, significant correlations were shown by exercise behavior, dietary management behavior, stress management, satisfaction with smartphone use, and satisfaction with using SHAs. Third, the explanatory power of the predictive model involving all general, health-related, smartphone use-related, and SHA use-related factors was 45.5%; and the economic level, interest, status, and awareness satisfaction of patients using SHA were identified to be the main influential factors. The results indicate that SHA developers need to put efforts into improving consumers' app recognition and to develop plans in provoking consumers' interests to increase the use of SHAs.

  • This study investigated knowledge about the human papillomavirus (HPV), attitudes toward HPV vaccination, and intention to receive HPV vaccination among marriage-immigrant women, and identified factors associated with intention to receive HPV vaccination. The subjects of this study were 136 marriage-immigrant women in J Province. Data were collected from September 28 to December 21, 2017, and analyzed using SPSS for Windows version 24.0. The participants' knowledge of HPV was low (mean score, 2.74) and their attitude towards HPV vaccination was positive (mean score, 36.66). The factors affecting the intention to take the HPV vaccination included Vietnamese nationality (odds ratio [OR]=2.899, p=.048), desire for education about the HPV vaccine (OR=5.967, p<.001), and a positive attitude towards HPV vaccination (OR=1.083, p=.034). Therefore, educational programs about HPV vaccination targeting marriage-immigrant women are needed. It is also necessary to provide accurate information about the HPV vaccination using various methods, at health care facilities and through mass media.

  • This study is conducted to provide marketing implications for the growing pet-related market by identifying the impact of attachment to pets on the purchasing attributes of pet goods and the relationship between the purchasing attributes, satisfaction, and behavioral intention. The survey was conducted on 173 respondents among the pet owners who had purchased pet products (beauty/bathing goods). The confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis were conducted using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 21.0. This analysis results showed that attachment to a pet significantly influences the purchasing attributes of pet products: price appropriateness, quality, design, reputation and the sales environment. The relationship between the product purchasing attributes, satisfaction, and behavioral intention showed that price appropriateness, quality, and the sales environment of the product purchasing attributes had a significant impact on satisfaction, but the product's design and reputation do not. Satisfaction has a significant effect on behavioral intention. This study demonstrates that the pet product market should consider product quality, price appropriateness, use and an accessible sales environment based on the characteristics of pets rather than considering the design or reputation of the owner's preference of product.

  • Following the uprise of the Korean Wave, Korean big entertainment corporations, such as SM or YG, are selling cultural products through their subsidiaries. These cultural products or 'cultural goods' are using artists' images of the entertainments for various products including stationary, consumer electronics, cosmetics, snacks, etc, to produce significant profits. We focused on the level of marketing strategy that affects the intention of purchase of those cultural goods. Specifically, we classified three levels including product-level(quality and design), brand-level(price and brand name), and corporate-level(merchandising and sales methods) and investigated if consumer nationality has any effects on the relationship. Based on the survey results performed by 220 Korean and Chinese college students, we found that Chinese consumers generally have higher intention to purchase on Korean cultural goods. Especially, Chinese consumers showed that their purchase intention is affected by price and brand name strategies, thus we found that they are more sensitive to brand-level marketing strategies.

The subjects were 168 pre-service teachers attending a university located in a micropolitan city. Questionnaires, which required self-reporting by pre service teacher, were used to investigate teacher's empathic ability, teaching ethics and child abuse report intention. The collected data were analyzed by frequency, percent, Pearson's correlation coefficient analysis and stepwise-regression analysis. From the major study findings, first, pre-service teacher's empathic ability was positively correlated with teaching ethics and child abuse report intention. Pre-service teacher's "take perspective", "imagine" of the cognitive empathic ability's subfactor was positively correlated with teaching ethics. Especially, empathic interest was positively correlated with teaching ethics. Cognitive empathy ability showed the highest relationship with ethics for early child. Emotional empathy showed the highest relationship with ethics in society. Second, the pre-service teacher's teaching ethics were influenced by taking perspective, imagining, and empathic attention. These results demonstrate the need to incorporate perspectives in the development of programs to promote pre - service early childhood teacher ethics and child abuse reporting.
