  • In this paper. we design and evaluate a cooperating model that increase problem solving ability by selecting proper cooperating partners under changing situation. In this model, to decide cooperation direction and extent, we have used a payoff function and then divided the group into two parts, cooperation part and non-cooperation part. To control these reconfigured groups at group level, group intention is used as a control media instead of existing data and goal. Group intention is abstractive and comprehensive and represents collection of strategies. Group intention is changed based on resources, information, and cooperation situation on group intention hierarchy. Two layered control is possible : first constraint with group intentions(group level) and then select a strategy under the constraint. These approaches are tested and evaluated on pursuit game testbed.

  • So far, the studies on the dissolution of relationship have regarded dissolution intention as the final consequence, therefore have not investigated phenomena after the formation of dissolution intention. This study is a seminal work which shows the mechanisms of deterioration of dissolution intention toward complete dissolution. So, this study has the scope from the formation of dissolution intention and to the right before of the complete dissolution. This study has investigated the consequences of dissolution intention(increasing opportunism, decreasing transaction specific investment, and decreasing cooperation) and the relationships of them empirically. As the result of hypotheses test using data collected from 179 newspaper branch office samples, all hypotheses are supported. Dissolution intention has the positive effect on opportunism and negative effect on transaction specific investment. Opportunism decrease transaction specific investment and cooperation. And, transaction specific investment has the positive effect on cooperation. Finally, the authors discussed the theoretical contributions, managerial implications, and limitations of this study and presented the future research directions.

  • This study examines social identity and self-identity as the antecedents of the theory of planned behavior (TPB) model in predicting purchase intention of certified coffee, whereas perceived trustworthiness (PT) is evaluated whether it directly affects intention and/or indirectly through attitude. In addition, ethics and luxury are investigated as the salient beliefs affecting attitude formation in this regard. A face-to-face survey was conducted with 727 coffee consumers in Thailand. Confirmatory factor analysis is applied to assess the adequacy of the model, followed by structural equation modeling to evaluate the hypotheses proposed for the relationships between constructs in an extended TPB model. The results confirm that self-identity is the most influential antecedent on attitude when compared to social identity, and attitude, in turn, is the strongest determinant in predicting purchase intention. PT has a direct positive effect on purchase intention, meanwhile, ethical, luxury beliefs, and PT are confirmed to portrait the attitude formation. As such the marketing campaigns can address manipulating consumers' beliefs on both ethical and luxury aspects as well as PT, along with consumers' social identity and self-identity to fortify a positive attitude toward certified coffee. Then the actual purchase behavior can be foreseen based on empirical evidence.

  • Purpose The purpose of this study is to examine what expectations and mediating factors are needed as variables necessary for the intention to use logistics hollowing out, and at the same time, what factors strengthen medical SCM competitiveness. In order to develop competitive competency variables for medical institutions that affect the intention to use logistics cavitation, we would like to examine the key success factors applying AHP model analysis. Design/methodology/approach For AMOS analysis, we conducted an online survey of four universities and analyzed 212 samples. The analysis method used SPSS, and AMOS. We proposed several factors categorized as reliability, SCM advance, and scalability. Findings The results showed that all proposed variables (competitive competencies for HSCM, expected performance) had a significant impact on intention of physical distribution cooperation. According to the measurement methods proposed in this study, key success factors for strengthening the capacity of HSCM can increase the need for physical distribution cooperation through expected performance.

  • This study was done to identify the relation among workplace bullying, burnout and turnover intention among nurses. The participants were 270 nurses from four general hospitals. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, pearson's correlation analysis, and stepwise multiple regression with the SPSS/PC 18.0 program. Workplace bullying (r=.35, p=.000) and burnout (r=.64, p=.000) had positive correlation with turnover intention. The predictors of turnover intention were person-related workplace bullying, work-related workplace bullying, emotional exhaustion and depersonalization. The results of the study could be used to develop a program for reducing nurses' turnover intention.

  • The aim of this study was to identify how job stress, burnout and nursing organizational culture affect the turnover intention of nurses. The participants were 198 nurses from two general hospitals. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation analysis, and stepwise multiple regression using the SPSS/PC 18.0 program. The turnover intention had a positive correlation with job stress (r=.59, p<.001), burnout (r=.64, p<.001), and a negative correlation with the nursing organizational culture (r= -34, p<.001). The predictors of the turnover intention were job demand, insufficient job control, interpersonal conflict, emotional exhaustion, and depersonalization. The results of the study can be used to develop a program for reducing nurses' turnover intention.

  • This study is purposed to make sure of the Effects of Enterprise Trust on Relation-Continuing Intention and the Mediation Effects of Relation-Continuing Intention in the effects of Enterprise Trust on Customer Citizenship Behavior. Enterprise Trust consists of two elements(Enterprise Sincerity, Enterprise Ability), Customer Citizenship Behavior is made up of two elements(Guest Preference, Guest Cooperation) and Relation-Continuing Intention has one element itself. As a result, two things have been found. First, Enterprise Trust has a partly positive impact on Customer Citizenship Behavior. In details, both of two elements of Enterprise Trust have positive influences on Guest Preference, one element of Customer Citizenship Behavior, on the other hand, Enterprise Sincerity, one element of Enterprise Trust has a positive influence on Guest Preference, one element of Customer Citizenship Behavior but Enterprise Ability, the other element of Enterprise Trust, has no meaningful impact on Guest Preference. Second, Relation-Continuing Intention has a mediating effect between Enterprise Trust and Customer Citizenship Behavior. In details, Relation-Continuing Intention has a partial mediating role between Enterprise Sincerity and Guest Preference, between Enterprise Ability and Guest Preference and between Enterprise Sincerity and Guest Cooperation. However Relation-Continuing Intention has a full mediating role between Enterprise Ability and Guest Cooperation.

  • The market of smartphone applications grows rapidly. We studied to evaluate empirically how personality variables related to personal attitudes(innovativeness and affinity) and information quality(interaction, content, and contextual) can affect use intention and customer loyalty in smartphone applications. The results of the study are as follows: Innovativeness, content quality and contextual quality were found to have a positive effect on intentions to use smartphone applications. However affinity and interactivity were found to have a negative effect on use intention. And use intention was found to have negative effect on customer loyalty for smartphone applications.

  • This study reviewed the previous research materials and made a positive investigation to identify the structural interrelation of caddies' emotional labor, job stress and turnover intention. Some analytical findings are as follows: First, the job stress increases in proportion as the emotional labor. Second, the turnover intention is not in proportion as the frequency of emotional display or the subordinate element of the emotional labor but the degree of the emotional expression and dissonance. Third, the turnover intention is in proportion as the job stress. In other words, the higher the emotional labor, the more the job stress and turnover intention. Consequently, the caddies should be highly qualified to express themselves according to their job conditions. Also, the stronger the caddies' job stress, the more their turnover intention. It is necessary to use the leadership to relieve the job stress and motivate the caddies to have the pride. My solution will have a positive effect on lessening the job stress and turnover intention.
