오늘날 세계경제를 견인하는 국제무역의 약 98%는 해양을 통해 이루어지고 있다. 이러한 사실은 해양의 안보가 세계경제뿐만 아니라 세계의 안보에도 핵심적 요소가 되고 있음을 시사한다. 따라서 이제는 국제사회가 국제해양안보협력의 문제를 근본에서부터 평가하고 보다 발전시킬 때가 되었다. 그러나 해양안보협력의 문제는 각 국가들이 상이한 해양안보문제에 직면하고 있고 이러한 안보문제를 해결하기 위한 안보협력을 위해서는 많은 인력과 예산이 투입되어야 하기 때문에 그렇게 쉬운 일이 아니다. 따라서 본 논문은 소말리아와 말라카 해협 등 국제적 핵심해상교통로 상에서의 해적대응을 위한 해양안보협력현황을 평가하고 이 평가에 기초하여 보다 발전적인 해양안보협력방안을 제시하기 위한 목적으로 작성하였다.

Objectives : This study was aimed to assess the current educational environment of herbology and the possibility of collaborative learning of herbology with another discipline. This study will present information that can be used to find the direction of further researches and can be applied to the education of herbology. Methods : An online questionnaire was developed with and sent through SurveyMonkey to 242 korean medicine college students in Korea. The questionnaire comprised questions pertaining to herbology education in Korean Medicine universities and international healthcare cooperation education. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were evaluated, and Spearman's correlation coefficients for two types of questions were evaluated. Results : Among the questions about herbology education, those regarding the necessity of learning clinical cases using herbal medicines for preventing infectious diseases were scored the highest. Students were mostly interested in the effects and indications of herbal drugs. Even students answered they did not learn about official development assistance, 79.85% students answered that they were interested in careers related with the international cooperation or willing to participate in the international cooperation. Three types of correlations showed a statistically significant correlation. Conclusions : This study suggests that herbology education about its effects and indications needs further improvement for competency-based education. Furthermore, herbology can play a critical role in competency-based education for Korean medicine students if a well-designed career program is developed for them.

본 논문에서는 미래전 양상을 통해서 전력증강사업의 발전방향을 제시한다. 이는 국방획득체계의 변화상황과 국내외 체계분석, 전력증강사업의 현황 및 문제점을 통해서 가능하리라 판단하며, 향후 무인지상로봇, 무인기, 무인함정의 발전방향에 대한 연구에서 다양한 방향으로 응용연구가 가능할 것이라 판단된다. 한국의 무인체계의 발전방향을 제시함에 있어 벤치마킹의 효과가 있을 것을 사료된다.

Korean mobile communications industry has been a main locomotive of the drastic development of Korean IT industry and became one of core industries in national economy. To secure strong competitiveness of mobile communications industry, smooth cooperation should be reconsidered among government, universities, research institutions, and private companies. Future mobile communications technology will be evolved from IMT-2000 to system upgrade, 3.5G and 4G. And the goals of technology development are provision of mobile multimedia services based on better mobility and higher data speed rates. Therefore, Korea's technology development strategies of mobile communications should be focused on intensifying bondage of international cooperation, strengthening standardization activities, and enhancing core technology development capability to secure IPR.

본 연구는 사회복지의 영역에서 변화가 나타나고 있는 국제사회복지의 역량있는 인재를 육성하기 위한 교육과정을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 사회복지기관의 환경적 변화하는 국제사회복지에 대한 요구를 증가시켰고, 그로 인해 국제사회복지에 대한 교육의 필요성이 증가하였다. 본 연구는 국제사회복지직무에 필요로 하는 역량이 무엇인지를 살펴보고 이에 따른 역량중심의 국제사회복지 교육과정을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 현재 직무에 따른 교육과정을 사회복지 NCS직무와 사회복지교육, 국제개발협력기관의 업무와 사회복지NCS, 그리고 NCS와 국제사회복지교육과정을 비교분석하여 제안하였다. 기관홈페이지에 제시된 직무와 채용공고를 토대로 국제개발협력기관의 직무를 파악하고, 교육과정은 사회복지지침서에 제시된 사회복지의 교육과정을 중심으로 파악하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 국제사회복지의 직무역량을 강화시키는 교육과정의 핵심교과목은 다음과 같다; 인권과 사회복지, 국제사회복지, NGO와 국제개발협력, 북한지역개발, 제개발협력과 ODA, PCM(Project Cycle Management), 평가와 모니터링, 국제사회복지세미나, 국제사회복지실습, 국제사회복지인턴십, 지역사회복지론, 프로그램개발과 평가, 사회복지윤리와 철학, 사회복지실천기술론, 다문화 사회복지, 빈곤과 사회복지, 사회적 기업과 제3섹터, 사회문제론 등이다.

Singapore, a city state with less than 6 million population, has continued successful cooperative development and become one of the most successful Asian countries in exporting expertise in urban and real estate development. This research aims to analyze Singapore's cooperative development with socialist countries including China and Vietnam from Singapore's perspective as an investor. For cooperative development projects in China, Singapore adopted Singapore-style physical urban planning concepts as well as its own institutional and administrative systems. Singapore-Vietnam cooperative development managed to acquire profitable land and diversify its portfolio in terms of industry types and rents. This made Singapore's industrial parks more competitive than other parks in Vietnam. By showcasing successful project implementation in China and Vietnam, Singapore has proved that its model for industrial park and urban development is transferable. Singapore's success in cooperative development with socialist countries provides important implications for future cooperative development between South and North Korea. For example, phased development approaches starting from individual industrial parks expanding to mixed-use townships will be very useful to realize sustainable urban planning in North Korea and reduce financial risks. Singapore dominated development opportunities in advance when socialist countries opened their economy. To pattern ourselves after Singapore, we should not only improve our relationship with North Korea but also prepare with practical components such as financing and organizational structure.

This paper examines a significant example of accumulation of technology in post war Japan - the development process of the videocasstte recorder (VCR) for home use, and the dynamic evolution process of the mass market. The purpose of analyzing the Japanese home VCR industry is to clarify how and why only the Japanese makers had succeeded in developing home VCR and dominated. the global mass market and to make clear the dynamic process of industrial evolution. This study found out the following facts; 1) Japanese inter-firm interactions in the VCR have been carried out by the structure of "the competition and cooperation among the engaged players" form the initial stage, to growing, and maturing stage. 2) The process of competition and cooperation produced the revolutionary innovation through a continuous systematic development process in the R&D phase. 3) The process of competition and cooperation accelerated the speed of technological progress and the rapid growth of the industry in the growing and maturing stage.

This study examines the changing patterns of technological cooperation activities along technological development stages. Based on the longitudinal sample of 58 small and medium-sized companies in telecommunication equipment and device sectors, proposed hypotheses are tested using paired comparison t-test, ANOVA and multiple regression analysis. Major findings of this study are as follows. Along technological development stages, (1) patterns of technological cooperation activities differ in terms of the extent and diversity of use, partners, method, and motivation and (2) the impact of specific forms of technological cooperation activities on the firm's technological innovation varies. In addition, some managerial and policy implications are presented and future research directions are suggested.

This paper presents the operation technology and the remote monitoring system of distribution pole transformer. Especially, this system uses CDMA wireless data communication network as media which is serviced on a national scale. It has four major components such as sensor for measuring the secondary voltage and currents of distribution transformer, CDMA wireless modem for data modulating/demodulating, communication media for sending/receiving of data, and PC server for monitoring the results of sensing or computing information. This paper also describes the configuration of each component's functions with its development process.

Climate changes from global warming and reduction in agricultural land result in volatility of prices of agricultural products, causing a imbalance of food market in Korea. It is necessary to develop a transnational food industry cooperation system among Korea, China and Russia that directly or indirectly affect food industry in terms of the whole industrial network. This study analyzes the value chain and linkage in the agriculture, forestry and fisheries industries in three nations. The unit structure and the industrial patterns of three nations were derived using the World Input-output Table (WIOT) from 2004 to 2014 every five years. This paper is expected to contribute to develop food security cooperation in the northern part of the Korean peninsula and to promote the mutual growth of food industry through industry linkage and cooperation.
