The purpose of this study is to develop a teaching-learning model of convergence project based on team teaching. Based on development research methodology which explored a university case, the teaching-learning model was developed including three phases such as preparation, planning, and implementation & evaluation. The preparation phase has three steps as follows: to organize team teaching faculty; to develop convergence projects cooperated by industry and university; and to design instructions based on supporting convergence projects. The last step of preparation phase consists of five design activities of: (1) instructions and teaching contents; (2) communication channel among faculty members; (3) feedback system on students' performance; (4) tools to support learners' activity; and (5) evaluation system. The planning phase has two steps to analyze learners and to introduce and modify instruction and themes of convergence projects. The implementation & evaluation phase includes five steps as bellow: (1) to organize project teams and match teams with faculty members; (2) to do team building and assign duties to students of a team; (3) to provide instruction and consulting to teams; (4) to help teams to conduct projects through creative problem solving; and (5) to design mid-term/final presentation and evaluation. Lastly, the research implications and limitations were discussed for future studies.

UAV(Unmanned Aerial Vehicle, 드론)는 재난재해, 유통, 물류 등 다양한 분야로의 활용가치가 증대되고 있으나, 관련 법규의 미비, 사생활 침해 등이 산업성장의 저해요소로 지적되고 있다. 이에 앞으로 전개될 UAV의 융합서비스에 대해 규제 프레임워크를 기반으로 규제방향성을 제시하였다. 기술관점에서는 아키텍쳐 설계에 대한 규제, 시장관점에서는 제한된 영역에서의 서비스 병행운영, 법적으로는 입법 예고된 영상정보보호법 하의 사전규제보다는 사후평가 중심, 사회규범 관점에서는 사회적 공감대 형성을 위한 노력을 통해 UAV기반 융합서비스 조기 정착에 기여할 것으로 생각한다.

Renewable energy generation cannot be consistently predicted or controlled. Therefore, it is currently not widely used in the electricity market, which requires dependable production. In this study, reliability- and variance-based controls of energy storage strategies are proposed to utilize renewable energy as a steady contributor to the electricity market. For reliability-based control, photovoltaic (PV) generation is assumed to be registered in the power generation plan. PV generation yields a reliable output using energy storage units to compensate for PV prediction errors. We also propose a runtime state-ofcharge management method for sustainable operations. With variance-based controls, changes in rapid power generation are limited through ramp rate control. This study introduces new reliability and variance indices as indicators for evaluating these strategies. The reliability index quantifies the degree to which the actual generation realizes the plan, and the variance index quantifies the degree of power change. The two strategies are verified based on simulations and experiments. The reliability index improved by 3.1 times on average over 21 days at a real power plant.

본 논문은 한밭대학교 융합교육 사례를 중심으로 주요 융합학문 분야의 특징과 국내 대학의 융합교육 현황에 관해 연구한 내용이다. 각 학문분야별로 융합교육을 실시하고 있는 대학들의 사례를 분석하였고 국내 대학에서 융합교육의 추진방향을 모색하였다. 이를 통해 향후 국내 대학의 융합교육의 효과적인 방향을 도출하였다. 학생들과 교수들의 융합교육의 의미와 필요성에 대한 절실함에서 출발하여, 학교와 산업구조의 성격을 고려한 융합교육의 창조, 그리고 융합의 전체적인 학교 틀에서 학생들 스스로 자치그룹형성과 이에 대한 물질적 제도적 지원이 우선적으로 필요하다는 결론에 도달하였다.

The 'convergence service' in NGN implies the integration of services in NGN with a unified manner to access each service in order to interwork with each service. This Recommendation defines the convergence model for NGN based on Web Services and provides a detailed scenario of each convergence model in form of Web Services.

Korea will face difficult social problems including population decline and climate change in the future. Artificial intelligence (AI)-powered ICT convergence services are expected to greatly help in overcoming these social challenges. Accordingly, we have derived key promising services (AI+x) in terms of individuals, industries, and countries and identified expectations and threats perceived by the general public. These findings provide policies and research directions for promising AI-based ICT convergence services for social goods.

본 연구의 목적은 소비자들이 IT 기반의 컨버전스 제품을 구매함에 있어서 지각하는 구매태도를 바탕으로 구매의사결정을 이론적 배경에 대한 검토를 바탕으로 가설을 설정하고 이들 가설을 검증하기 위하여 실증연구를 수행하였다. IT 컨버전스 제품에 있어서 효용성이 주는 소비자들이 제품이나 서비스를 채용하는데 있어서 매우 중요한 전략적 접근방법이다. 소비자들의 IT 컨버전스 제품을 구매하는데 있어 기업의 경쟁력 강화전략을 도출하는 것이 성공적인 시장진입에 대한 시사점임을 알 수 있다.

This study inquired about the convergence learning program for childhood based on Erikson's play theory and design education for children's behavior development. I analyzed the convergence learning programs of Summer Camps in the Pacific Science Center, Galileo Learning. The contents of the programs show the most used imaginary and symbolic contents that represent the real-world problems which are related design thinking process. The curriculums and structure of the programs are based on the design thinking method and K-12 theory. The visual thinking method and the applications are used for expressing their creativity and approaching the technical skills easily. The play concept theory is an affirmative way to strengthen the children's psychological and social development. Therefore, the convergence learning program should integrate the design thinking process and apply the play concept theory for supporting and developing the children's behavior.

Purpose This study examines the influence of product development competence and IT competence on new product development (NPD) performance in the context of Korean companies. To achieve this goal, this study presents and empirically tests a model of how NPD competence and IT competence can be exploited to positively influence NPD performance through convergence capabilities. Design/methodology/approach The NPD competence are based on the research construct developed by Zhang et al. (2013). IT competence is based on the research construct developed by Lu and Ramamurthy(2011) and the NPD performance are based on the performance construct developed by Sivadas and Dwyer (2000). To complete the investigation, we conducted a survey from Korean 1000 big companies, which enrolled in Korean stock market. Randomly contacted 171 Korean companies, including firms of all sizes and types. To test our hypotheses, structured equation model (SEM) with partial least squares (PLS) method was employed. Findings The findings indicate that NPD competence and IT competence are antecedent to convergence capabilities, while IT competence is higher influence than NPD competence. Also, convergence capabilities has very significant relationship with NPD performance. This study provides a better understanding of the relationship between NPD competence, IT competence, convergence capabilities, and NPD performance. So companies should focus on improving NPD and IT competence on NPD performance through convergence capabilities.

In this paper, a terrestrial digital multimedia broadcasting (T-DMB) multichannel audio broadcasting system based on spatial audio coding is presented. The proposed system provides realistic multichannel audio service via T-DMB with a small increase of data rate as well as backward compatibility with the conventional stereo-based T-DMB player. To reduce the data rate for additional multichannel audio signals, we compress the multichannel audio signals using the sound source location cue coding algorithm, which is an efficient parametric multichannel audio compression technique. For compatibility, we use the dependent property of an elementary stream descriptor, and this property should be ignored in a conventional T-DMB player. To verify the feasibility of the proposed system, we implement the T-DMB multichannel audio encoder and a prototype player. We perform a compatibility test using the T-DMB multichannel audio encoder and conventional T-DMB players. The test demonstrates that the proposed system is compatible with a conventional T-DMB player and that it can provide a promisingly rich audio service.
