Real-Time Visual Production using Unity 3D

  • Generally, the animation and image production process consists of three stages: Pre-Production, Main-Production, and Post-Production. Real-time video production is also made based on this configuration. On the premise of the increase of productivity by reducing the production time effectively in the main production stage that takes the most time, this study aims to summarize the process of producing videos, focusing on the concrete main production stage. To do this, we propose a method for creating a real-time image from the point of view of the general user using Unity 3D, one of the game engines. Also, this study utilizes the Cinemachine feature provided by Unity 3D, which is suitable for the implementation of the proposed module structure.

T-TIME: A Password Scheme Based on Touch Signal Generation Time Difference

  • As evidenced through rapidly growing digital devices and information, digital authentication is becoming ever more critical, especially considering the complex and prevalent digital accounts we are using every day. Also, digital authentication is apt to consistent digital security application. In this sense, digital security quality and usability can be enhanced by developing a mechanism for efficient digital authentication. In this paper, a mechanism of efficient digital authentication called T-TIME is introduced in order to alleviate issues dealing with secure and user friendly authentication across ever- growing digital devices and information. Touch Signal generation time difference is utilized for T-TIME as a mediation mechanism that enhances the security quality by confusing others unlike other graphical password mechanisms which are using spatial information. Hence, digital authentication by using T-TIME can be a good way of enhancing security quality and usability.

  • Fixed-mobile convergence services can be defined as the combination of previously separate fixed and mobile services, and networks and commercial practices. Examples of fixed-mobile convergence services include single voicemail box, single number and unified messaging across fixed and mobile networks. Recently as more voice is transferred to mobile networks, convergence services between fixed and mobile become more important. In Korea convergence services are only starting to become established, and are likely to become an important part of any operator's offering. In this paper, I search the different levels of fixed-mobile convergence services and the trends and regulations for fixed-mobile convergence services in major countries. And at the same time I also try to find a new direction of future regulatory principles related to fixed-mobile convergence services.

The Emerging Trend of Technological Convergence and Tasks for Science Parks

  • Many scientists today say that converged technologies, not specifically dedicated technologies, will be in the vanguard in the $21^{st}$ century. Technological Convergence is the merging of different areas of technology to perform similar tasks. Since we are living in the era of Technological Convergence, it is time for us to think about how to cope with the daily demands we are facing in science parks. Technological Convergence is a mega trend in commercial areas today but, so far, no science parks seem to have tried to reshape their management policies or programs in order to utilize this trend. For the development of science parks we suggest some tasks such as: identify potentials for Technological Convergence, establish a convergent ecosystem by building connections across stove-piped systems, effect a technological convergence platform, and conduct further research for strengthening plans for converging technologies.

반복 학습 제어의 수렴 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Convergence Property of Iterative Learning Control)

  • 본 논문에서는 반복 학습 제어의 수렴 특성에 대해 다룬다. 우선, 기존의 ${\lambda}$-노옴을 사용하여 반복 학습 법칙의 수렴성을 증명한 것과는 달리 상한노옴(sup-norm)을 사용한 수렴성 증명방법을 보인다. 또한, 구간화된 학습 방법을 사용한 반복 학습 법칙을 제안하고, 임의의 시간구간에 대해 상한노옴 관점에서 출력 오차의 단조감소적 수렴 특성을 얻을 수 있음을 보인다. 마지막으로, 제안한 구간화된 학습 방법에서의 나누어진 시간 구간이 학습 이득값에 의해 영향을 받는다는 것을 보이고, 적절한 학습 이득값을 선택함에 따라 학습 속도가 증가함을 보인다. 제안한 반복 학습 법칙의 유효성을 보이기 위하여 두 가지 수치 예를 보인다.

LPC와 DNN을 결합한 유도전동기 고장진단 (Fault Diagnosis of Induction Motor using Linear Predictive Coding and Deep Neural Network)

  • As the induction motor is the core production equipment of the industry, it is necessary to construct a fault prediction and diagnosis system through continuous monitoring. Many researches have been conducted on motor fault diagnosis algorithm based on signal processing techniques using Fourier transform, neural networks, and fuzzy inference techniques. In this paper, we propose a fault diagnosis method of induction motor using LPC and DNN. To evaluate the performance of the proposed method, the fault diagnosis was carried out using the vibration data of the induction motor in steady state and simulated various fault conditions. Experimental results show that the learning time of our proposed method and the conventional spectrum+DNN method is 139 seconds and 974 seconds each executed on the experimental PC, and our method reduces execution time by 1/8 compared with conventional method. And the success rate of the proposed method is 98.08%, which is similar to 99.54% of the conventional method.

  • 저속 압축성 유동에서 사용하는 예조건화 기법은 수렴성 증진에 효과적이다. 본 연구에서는 일반적인 오일러 지배 방정식과 각각 다르게 무차원화한 세 가지 종류의 예조건화 기법을 3차 공간 정확도의 MUSCL, DADI, 다중 격자, 국소 시간 전진 기법을 이용하여 2차원 비점성 bump 유동에 적용하였다. 결과적으로 국소 예조건화 기법에 전역 예조건화 기법의 압력 항 무차원화 방법을 적용하면, 마하수에 무관한 수렴 특성을 얻을 수 있다. 또한, 점근해석을 이용하여 각 예조건화 기법의 특성에 대해 언급하였다.

이족 보행 로봇을 위한 빠르고 안전한 접촉 생성 전략 (Fast and Safe Contact Establishment Strategy for Biped Walking Robot)

  • One of the most challenging issues when robots interact with the environment is to establish contact quickly and avoid high impact force at the same time. The proposed method implements the passive suspension system using the redundancy of the torque-controlled robot. Instead of utilizing the actual mechanical compliance, the distal joints near the end-effector are controlled to act as a virtual spring-damper system with low feedback gains. The proximal joints are precisely controlled to push the mid-link, which is defined as the boundary link between the proximal and distal joints, towards the environment with high feedback gains. Compared to the active compliance methods, the contact force measurements or estimates are not required for contact establishment and the control time delay problems do not occur correspondingly. The proposed method was applied to the landing foot control of the 12-DoF biped robot DYROS-RED in the simulations. In the results, the impact force during landing was significantly reduced at the same collision speed.

밀폐공간에서 스마트 안전기술 적용 사례 연구 (Case study on Smart Safety Technology Application To Confined Space)

  • Objectives: The utility of the system was analyzed by applying the smart safety technology system to the aging pipe rehabilitation facility construction classified as a confined space. Methods: Smart safety management system was applied to a site where the aging pipe rehabilitation work was in progress. The working environment was measured for 25 days, and the toxic gas saturation was analyzed according to the working time and working place. Results: Based on the measured results, two characteristic environmental changes in the confined space were confirmed. First, when working inside an aging pipe, the tendency of carbon dioxide saturation increases with working time and the number of workers. Second, oxygen decreases when working in a space away from the entrance. Conclusions: Various applications of smart safety technology have been confirmed based on the measured data, and this is expected to be useful for environmental characteristic analysis and safety management when applied to a confined space composed with various conditions in the future.

  • E-infrastructural economy for ICT Living-Labs is a need for economic and cultural changes in various types of cars in accordance with the supply of the electric car. Depending on the number of cases by analyzing the supply and demand of electric vehicles among Korea and Northern Europe countries. it was indirectly proved that it makes economic growth. The research design is analyzed with the data and how to respond quickly to focus on the possibility of potential changes to the infrastructure realization and commercialization of government enterprises or electric cars through the ICT Living-Labs in Nordic countries. The data indicates that the leading commercialization emphasize on the development of the electric economic convergence and scalability for electric vehicle. When It shows the time of the infrastructure as ICT Living-Labs being delayed, it lowered growth target results for the development of the electric car industry in the future. All this is from the reason of opening the E-convergence economy over time. It is required that Korea should prepare E-convergence economy. Public regional energy should be present through the consistent selection of development for energy linking E-economy and E-trans distribution. Korea needs to be many difficulties in building the E- infrastructure for ICT Living-Labs. Unlike the Northern Europe it is to prepare the active support of both government and business. The role of the government discovers that the power generation through the quick selection of the industry, as well as to connect with the growth of the smart cities with the EVs industry.
