This study begins on the basis of Jacques Lacan's article 『Logical Time and Assertions of Preemptive Certainty: A New Sophism』 published in the reissue of 『Art Note Les Cahiers d'Art』 in March 1945. In this paper, a guard presents an esoteric problem to three prisoners. If the problem is solved, the prisoner is released. A condition is given to solve a problem. Conversation between prisoners is prohibited, and the disc behind them cannot be seen. In this time and space, prisoners place themselves in logical time through the 'time of understanding' in order to become the chosen ones. We always live in logical time. We will argue the point at which Lacan destroys logical time in psychoanalysis. Time in Lacanian psychoanalysis transcends time divisions of the past, present, and future. Our time is always the past in the present. In Lacanian psychoanalysis, logical time is the time in the Other. The transcendence of the Lacanian psychoanalysis concept of time shows the deviation of logical time. In this text, We try to prove how Lacan contrasts psychoanalysis and the problem of time with time in the other. First, we will examine how logical time and impulse are related in psychoanalysis. Second, the postmortemity of the signifient (signifier) will be discussed. Third, Lacan psychoanalysis will present the transcendence of time. In conclusion, We will present the view that the time of Lacan psychoanalysis is flowing backwards. In Lacanian psychoanalysis, we try to prove that logical time is in the territory of the Other and is infinite time.

The purpose of this study is to propose rules that can identify the speaker referred by the speaker directive in the text for the realization of a machine learning-based virtual character using a literary text. Through previous studies, we found that when applying literary texts to machine learning, the machine did not properly discriminate the speaker without any specific rules for the analysis of speaker directives such as other names, nicknames, pronouns, and so on. As a way to solve this problem, this study proposes 'nine rules for finding a speaker indicated by speaker directives (including pronouns)': location, distance, pronouns, preparatory subject/preparatory object, quotations, number of speakers, non-characters directives, word compound form, dispersion of speaker names. In order to utilize characters within a literary text as virtual ones, the learning text must be presented in a machine-comprehensible way. We expect that the rules suggested in this study will reduce trial and error that may occur when using literary texts for machine learning, and enable smooth learning to produce qualitatively excellent learning results.

This study was attempted to investigate the effects of psychological safety and physical self-concept on ego-resilience of nursing students. This data collected from September to November 2021 through a structured questionnaire from 166 nursing students at M University in Jeolla Southern Province. For data processing, descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson's correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed using the SPSS 23.0 program. As a result of this study, there were significant positive correlations in the self-resilience of nursing students with psychological stability and physical self-concept(r=.480, p<.001, r=.426, p<.001). The factors affecting the ego-resilience of nursing students were psychological safety(β=0.352, p<.001) and physical self-concept (β=0.236, p<.001), and the explanatory power was 26%. As a result of this study, it is necessary to increase psychological safety and physical self-concept in order to increase the ego-resilience of nursing students. It is necessary to develop and apply guide programs that enhances psychological stability for nursing students, and to provide education and facilities so that they can have a healthy body and mind, not only academics.

Generally, people act to use Information Technology on the premise of their experience in using various Information Technology. Namely, users perceive Information Technology through their User Experience, and these User Experiences can be said to impact Continuous Use Intention of the Information Technology. Based on this condition, the present study was proceeded to investigate the User Satisfaction's Mediating effect in the relationship between User Experience and Continuous Use Intention of the OTT services. For this purpose, 195 male and female college students' survey data were used for analysis, verified through the SPSS Process Macro. As a result of the analysis, not only the Reliability experience for the OTT services but also the Usability, Convenience, and Pleasurable experiences' User Experiences were verified that Use Satisfaction was Fully Mediating in relation to Continuous Use Intention. This result gives an implication that the importance of User Experience and Use Satisfaction in maintaining customers through continuous use of OTT services are worth noting. Overall, the present study increased the customer utility for OTT services and confirmed the importance of User Experience and Use Satisfaction in order to increase the competitiveness of the company. Also, it proposed a direction for an in-depth future research to develop this study.

This study was to identify the cultural competence and educational needs for cultural nursing competence according to the cultural contact experience. The survey participants were 125 nursing students in S university of Gyeonggi-do. The data were collected through self-report questionnaires from October 1 to 31 in 2021. Data were analyzed using independent t-test, one-way ANOVA of the SPSS WIN 21.0 program. The cultural competence was 3.49±0.55 points, and the educational needs for cultural nursing competence was 8.25±0.10 points. The cultural competence showed significant differences according to academic score(F=7.465, p=.001), multicultural friend(t=-2.477, p=.016), foreign language communication ability(t=-3.113, p=.002), and suburban multicultural education (t=-2.030, p=.045), and there was no difference in educational needs for cultural nursing competence according to cultural contact experience. It is necessary to provide an educational program that enhances foreign language communication and strengthens qualitative contact experience with multicultural subjects in order to increase the cultural competency of nursing students.

The purpose of this study is to identify the factors influencing the user's continuous usage intention of computer games. A research model was developed which shows that the independent variables of value, expectation confirmation, perceived enjoyment affect user satisfaction and continuous usage intention. To test the six hypotheses, survey data were collected from 104 respondents, and hypotheses tests as well as a confirmatory factor analysis were conducted using a partial least square analysis tool. The statistical analysis result showed that expectation confirmation had a significant positive effect on satisfaction, and satisfaction also had a strong positive effect on the game user's continuous usage intention. Perceived enjoyment showed a highly strong positive effect on satisfaction. In addition, satisfaction was found to have full mediation effects in the relationship between expectation confirmation and continuous usage intention, and perceived enjoyment and continuous usage intention respectively. This result provides an important implication that continuous usage intention occurs through user satisfaction, and also indicates the contribution of this study for the game industry. Another contribution of this study is to introduce critical independent variables from the marketing and information technology domains in order to explain continuous usage intention of computer games.

This study aims to examine the effects of college students' teaching-friendly learning activities on college life adaptation, and to examine whether these effects differ according to learner characteristics. To this end, 214 people who participated in the learning program of universities located in G area in the first semester of 2022 were targeted. In order to find out the effect of teaching-friendly learning activities on college students' adaptability to college life, frequency analysis, response sample t-verification, and one-way analysis of variance (one-way Anova) were conducted using SPSS 20.0. The results are as follows. First, it was found that teaching-friendly learning activities significantly increased the scores of academic adaptation, emotional adaptation, and social adaptation in college life adaptation. Second, there was no difference in adaptation to college life according to college. Third, The score of the level of attachment to universities was found to be higher in the female group than in the male group. Fourth, as a result of the analysis according to the grade, it was found that the third-grade group had a high level of attachment to universities. Conclusions and suggestions for these research results were presented.

This study analyzed the child protection system in Germany from a preventive perspective and attempts to find the applicable implications to Korea. The research method was analyzed in terms of legal, policy and professionalism. The result is as follows. First, Child and Youth Support Act in Germany stipulated a preventive support system to restore the function of the family. Second, according to the Civil Act, it was stipulated that the family court could intervene early. Third, the federal Child Protection Act stipulated community cooperation for thd child protection system. Fourth, the Youth Agency as the general authority made it possible to provide preventive support and intervention at the same time. Firth, qualification standards were specified in the Child and Youth Support Act. Child protection specialists are granted to public officials who have worked for more than three years. The implications are as follows. First, the child protection system, which operates as a child abuse reporting system, should be expanded to a preventive support system. Second, it is necessary to expand monitoring by establishing an early warning system between networks in order to establish a support system for potentially at-risk children. Third, local governments should support children and parents flexibly and comprehensively for dysfunction caused by difficulties at home. Fourth, it is necessary to enact the Child Protection System Cooperation Act for a network cooperation system.

The purpose of this study performed to confirm the effect of caffeine intake and stress on sleep quality of college students. Research respondents and data collection were conducted on 269 college students through Google questionnaires from February 14 to March 13, 2022, and the research design is a descriptive survey study. Statistical analysis was performed using the SPSS 27.0 version as t-test and one way ANOVA. As a result of the study, it was found that most college students consume more caffeine than the average daily caffeine intake of Korean adults, although it is far below the recommended daily caffeine intake of Korean adults. The quality of sleep of college students is stress (r=.32, p=<).001) and caffeine intake (r=.204, p=.001). It was found that there was a positive correlation. Factors affecting sleep quality are body mass index (β=.1.19, p<.001) Stress (β=.3.37, p<.001), smoking (β=-.18, p=.001), caffeine intake (β=.15, p=.005) It was in order, and the explanatory power of the model was 24.8%.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the success and failure factors of the Seoul Garden show to redefine the purpose and goal of the Seoul Garden show in the future, and to create a foundation for the Seoul Metropolitan Government to contribute to the popularization and spread of garden culture and improvement of emotional life. In order to achieve the above purpose, a survey was conducted on two groups of the general public and exhibition participants. The contents of the survey include identifying satisfaction factors and problems with the Seoul Garden show, and establishing the direction of the Seoul Garden show. As for the factors of success, the number of writers was the highest, and the improvements were overall for each element of the Seoul Garden show, but mainly for industrial exhibitions, rest areas, and publicity. In addition, the Seoul Garden show should be held in the old park with the aim of spreading, popularizing, and living the garden culture, and many gardens should be created around the artist's garden. The Seoul Garden show is contributing to society in many ways, and there are some improvements, but considering the high willingness to revisit the Seoul Garden show, it can be said that the Seoul Garden show so far is valuable enough.
