This study aims to analyze the relative importance of bone age and chronological age in physique according to gender and to identify the relative importance of bone age, chronological age, and physique in physical fitness and motor coordination according to gender in order to alleviate the imbalance between physique and physical fitness in children. A total of 666 children(346 males, 320 females) between the ages of 11-14 were enrolled as subjects, and the skeletal maturation The skeletal maturation were measured by taking hand-wrist. Physical fitness were measured through a total of 4 components: muscular strength. The results of this study. First, physique variables for both males and females aged 11-14 were found to be more significant predictors of bone age than chronological age. Second, for physical fitness in males, in the order of %fat, body water, waist-hip ratio, weight, fat-free mass, and chronological age were more significant predictor variables; and in females, in the order of %fat, fat-free mass, height, chronological age, weight, bone age, fat mass, and body water were more significant predictor variables. For bone age and chronological age in physical fitness, bone age in males and chronological age in females found to be the more representative variables respectively.

This paper proposes a modified genetic algorithm that has the same beamforming performance and a fast convergence speed using general genetic algorithm in order to form a beam for the mobile node in a mesh network. The proposed beamforming genetic algorithm selects a part of chromosome a high fitness value in mating process to obtain fast convergence speed, and rest part of chromosome with longer fitness value in order to avoid local solution. Furthermore, the reference beam pattern with Gaussian shape reduces additional convergence speed. Simulation shows that the convergence speed of proposed algorithm improves 20% compared with that of conventional beamforming genetic algorithm.

In this paper we analyze the convergence behavior of the recursive least rank (RLR) L-filter. The RLR L-filter is an order statistics filter, filter coefficients of which are the weights according to the order of magnitude of inputs. And RLR L-filter is a non-linear adaptive filter, that uses RLR algorithm for coefficient updating. The RLR algorithm is a non-linear adaptive algorithm based on rank estimates in Robust statistics. The mean and mean-squared convergence behavior of the RLR L-filter is examined with variable step-sizes. The RLR L-filter adapts the median filter type to the heavy-tailed distribution function of impulse noise, and adapts the average filter type to Gaussian noises.

As technologies in various industrial fields develop, high-quality parts are required. In the past, precision parts were produced by the contact machining method, but the contact machining method has clear limitations. In order to solve this problem, research on a non-contact processing method has been conducted, and laser processing and electric discharge processing are representative. However, the non-contact method has a problem in that productivity is insufficient, and there is a problem that it takes a lot of time to continuously process microholes. Researchers have developed an electron beam drilling equipment for continuous processing of fine holes, and a vaporization amplification sheet to increase the processing efficiency of the equipment. In this study, a cylindrical vaporization amplification sheet using room temperature curing type silicon was fabricated, and the metal distribution and thickness uniformity of the produced sheet were analyzed. In order to manufacture a cylindrical vaporization amplification sheet, an equipment capable of using centrifugal force was developed, and a sample in which metal powder was evenly distributed and a constant thickness was produced.

The purpose of this study was to review and analyze JEMM(The Journal of Economics, Marketing, and Management) of ICMA(The International Convergence Management Association) and all of published articles of 2013 to 2016 and to revise and update the existing publication strategies in order to improve the internationalization and reputation of JEMM. JEMM of ICMA is a new academic journal of Korea Distribution Science Association(KODISA). It is still in its early stage as it is founded in 2013 as an academic journal to increase an recognition through KCI Candidate application under National Research Foundation of Korea(NRF). It endeavors its efforts to be recognized as a reputable international journal. This study was conducted to confirm the current status of JEMM in the current standards and to establish a strategic process to complement the deficiencies and achieve the goals. JEMM of ICMA has three distinguished features of online submission and review system, only English-based papering, reviewing by anonymous refrees. JEMM of ICMA continuously revised and updated its publication standards and practices and adopted technological support systems to enable its journals to remain independent and open access in order to ultimately become one of the most international journals.

As the informative society becomes intensified, the rise of the convergence security offers an alternative strategic correspondence to the technology leaks that are becoming more advanced, complex, and intelligent. In order to the convergence security to provide its efficacy, training convergence security specialists is essential. However, research on the subject has yet to be considered sufficient. Thus this research focuses on defense industry security specialists to define the duty and analze critical task as well as drawn and therefore the required academic level of the critical task was examined. These research work contributes to the competence development of convergence security specialists and further enhancement on convergence security training process of academic institutions and job training institutions.

Recently, the value of ICT-based medical devices, equipments, software and service development are is increased according to strengthening the convergence among ICT, medical technologies and services. This paper presents the new convergence business models by applying cloud service to medical industry. In order to develop the new convergence business models, we checked the validity and feasibility through analyzing the medical market environments such as medical data backup, medical regulation etc. and present the new convergence business models and the direction of commercial business models for customer acquisition, market expansion and competitiveness improvement. This study is to provide the guidelines for establishing the core capacity strengthening strategy and partnership cooperation strategy when we design a new convergence business models in various industrial fields.

IT convergence plays a key role in increasing the value of goods and services in other industry sectors. The government has enhanced the policy and institutional support for convergence technology development and technology commercialization. Some of the leading companies already achieve performance through the strategic IT convergence. However, in order to maximize the benefits and performance of IT convergence, policies should be established from the viewpoint of industrial ecology and many companies can participate in and share benefits of IT convergence business. From an industrial ecology perspective, this study suggests a role of the government, keystone enterprise, and other stakeholder for promoting the IT convergence using analytic hierarchy process(AHP).

In the era of super-aged societies, research and development (R&D) projects related to aging are very important agenda for establishing the direction of future R&D planning and technological competitiveness in the country. In order to respond promptly to this agenda, it is essential to establish a national-level convergence R&D policy. In this study, we utilized the global R&D funding project data from major nations (US, Europe, Japan), and then standardized them with the same fields. To analyze the current status of global R&D related to aging, we performed cluster analysis based on the co-occurrence matrix to explore convergence R&D areas in the US, Europe, and Japan related to aging. In addition, comparative analysis by country suggested that different points on the interdisciplinary area and the convergence of aging-related R&D by each country. These results provide fundamental understandings for the status of convergence in aging-related global R&D, the current technology trends, and establish the direction and strategy of R&D policy.

Recent college education in the face of the Fourth Industrial Revolution highlights problem-solving skills or creativity over the passing of professional knowledge. In addition, the need for convergence education is growing further as high-tech information and communication technologies are converging to create innovative changes. In this study, after IT convergence education was conducted and after general convergence education was conducted, the difference in creative problem solving capabilities was compared and analyzed. The study found that students who received IT convergence education had higher creative problem solving capabilities than general convergence education, and showed a statistically significant difference. In order to foster creative problem-solving skills, universities will need to promote IT convergence education in various courses.
