In the post-corona era, telemedicine is becoming more important. This is the case in which it is written, in terms of this study, and in relation to the relationship between the Koreans and the Korean government. In addition, the aim is to prepare effective measures and seek policy suggestions for expanding the introduction of domestic telemedicine in the future. Although Japan has insisted on the necessity of introducing telemedicine in the medical community, it has institutionalized it with a cautious attitude until the establishment of telemedicine. On the other hand, South Korea lacks clear provisions on medical fees for telemedicine and legal measures regarding the responsibility for medical malpractice. Therefore, a clear legal interpretation of the telemedicine subject is needed, and a strategic approach is prioritized, including guidelines and measures for the legal responsibilities and limitations of physicians and patients.

The introduction of the communicative approach in the English language education brings in a Korean the English Program in Korea (EPIK), which is a Korean government sponsored program established 1995. by the Korean Ministry of Education improve Korean students' and teachers' communicative competency in English within the public school system in Korea. For this goal, EPIK invites English speakers from 7 major English-speaking countries. However, the effectiveness of this program has been questioned in Korea. Thus, the objective of this paper is to explore the current status, problems, and the directions for the program to be aimed at, and for the effectiveness of EPIK through investigation of the program. Then this paper presents some possible solutions and suggestions including the possibility of VR use in orientation and training programs in order to empower both Korean teachers of English and English native teachers in Korea.

In the multimedia era and contemporary art, the expression of narrative is expanding in various ways based on formal theory. And the expression form is maximized according to the use of each medium. In terms of understanding artworks, an approach that combines various expressions and media using these narratives is also possible. Therefore, this study analyzed the works of the artists by selecting three artists, Sadic Guissi Alfrazi, Lindsay Sears, and Kara Walker, who fused the media using narrative structures. Through this, it was intended to present the artistic value and significance of the work and the possibility of expanding the narrative expression of contemporary art in the future. As a result of the analysis of previous artists' works, it was shown that the phase of convergence can be derived by using the medium of narrative concepts beyond the dichotomy of content and form, confirming that digital technology and media development are changing the form of art. In addition, it was confirmed that the use of narrative structure facilitates media conversion. It is expected that discussions on the new paradigm of contemporary art will progress in the future.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the experiences of male nurses working in PACU. Methods: A phenomenological method was used in this study. Data were collected by individual in-depth interviews with six participants. Colaizzi's phenomenology has been adapted as a research method in this qualitative study. Results: 4 categories, 9 theme clusters, and 21 themes were identified. The 4 categories derived from the data as follows: 'Beginning my career in nursing ','Facing difficult reality', 'Striving to survive', 'Full adjustment in the workplace' Conclusion: These results could help to expand understanding the role of male nurses working in the PACU. In additions, the results could help basic data for men to develop effective strategies and educational programs.

This study aims to apply the concept of regulatory stringency to the regulatory sandbox with a fresh perspective. The regulatory sandbox is a system that gives opportunities under certain conditions to new technologies or businesses that have not been launched due to inadequacy or insufficiency in legal systems. Previous research on regulatory sandboxes has mainly focused on discussions about their impact on specific technologies or business domains. This study attention to the results according to the evaluations. Among them, whether special cases for demonstration can evolve into official permission has garnered significant attention. For this study, among the cases that passed the regulatory sandbox evaluation from February, 2019, to December, 2022, 162 cases in the field of ICT convergence were selected. The evaluation results were classified into three groups 'positive interpretation (Fast Track)', 'temporary permission', and 'special case for demonstration.' Each case was assigned to one of the three groups. Through the comparative analysis, the common characteristics and differences were summarized. Then, this study explored improvement measures to pass a less restrictive regulatory sandbox. The analysis of the cases revealed that the differences in each evaluation result were attributed to variations in the technological characteristics and user protection features. Considering these differences, as well as the higher weight and importance of the preparation stage for sandbox application, this study suggested a three-step approach to prepare for temporary permission and positive interpretation rather than special case for demonstration. In addition, this thesis discussed the policy limitations of the regulatory sandbox mechanism in South Korea and the limitations of the current study. Hopefully, the results of this study would be beneficial to individuals and companies, particularly venture companies and startups seeking to develop new technologies or businesses and utilize regulatory sandboxes.

The purpose of this research, paying attention on the exaggerated advertisements on online sport media, was to investigate the illegality of the article typed advertisement of online sport media. The results of this research were as follows; First, the article typed advertisements are the assets of the media company as other articles or advertisements. Second, the persons of capacity to act are defined with sport online media, advertiser and customers. Third, the exaggerated advertisements of the sport online media and advertiser are regulated by Korean legal system. Fourth, when victims occurred, the rights of claim for damages could be activated based on the article 750 of the Korean Civil Law. Fifth, the liability for damages may be imposed by Korean Civil Law to the sport online media restrictively.

Most of the existing interactive arts or entertainment systems consist of the following three steps: 1. the system's prompting the action of the participant, 2. action of the participant, and 3. response of the system. They do not presuppose these successive processes are performed continuously and repeatedly, and they are designed to express the concept of the work in each interaction. The opposite approach is to transmit the concept of the work in a continuous and repeated experience. The authors propose "Adjustive Media" as a type of work based on this approach. Adjustive Media has a spiral model with feedback. When participants experience the work repeatedly, they can recognize the difference of results between each interaction, and they can under- stand more closely the intent of the designer. This paper will propose 3 design processes for Adjustive Media as design method, and will introduce the prototypes of Adjustive Media.

In this thesis, Improvisation of Jazz Vocal that can be characterized as Jazz music, namely practice of Scat suggest that way of applied approach that root position of chord and chord tones. Scat plays a solo using reproduced tunes of meaningless scat syllable that is not use the lyrics and melodies, which are written in a score. For this, Using the root position of chord is a reference point that Jazz vocal constructs a musical melody. Singing person can develop that reference point from simple scat to develop increasingly complex scat and can express that musical expression and communion. It analyzed the music functionally with a standard Jazz music 'All of me' as the center from composition of chord tone that improvise song to bass line, bass scat, analysis of chord tones arpeggio and expression. In this thesis, the improvisation of a Jazz vocal that may seem somewhat abstruse and complex could be relatively easy to construct through a gradual approach.

"Arts and Cultural Education Promotion Act" comes with institutionalization of arts and cultural education in Korea, and tends to mean facilitating occupational professionalism in historical perspectives. In particular, the nature of vocational identity of professional educators in arts and cultural education is the main focus of analysis and debate for human resource development. Accordingly, this study emphasizes the diversity of arts and cultural education practices and reveals that the vocational training of arts and cultural education experts should be based on various curriculum and programs which take an interdisciplinary approach. In this respect, excessive simplification of vocational identity of the experts may exert negative effect on the diversity and excellence of arts and cultural education. To meet the needs of the arts and cultural education, curriculum and training program for university level should be newly developed or revised through an interdisciplinary approach with the job analysis of practicing professionals.

This study was to examine the structural model of nursing student 's Professional self-concept, Critical thinking, Clinical Practice Satisfaction, Clinical competency and Clinical Practice Stress. The subjects consisted of 227 nursing students and data was collected through Structured questionnaires. Results, Critical thinking, Clinical Practice Satisfaction, Clinical competency and Clinical Practice Stress showed a direct effect on Professional self-concept for nursing students. Clinical competency and Clinical Practice Stress showed an indirect effect on nursing Professional self-concept. Clinical competency and Clinical Practice Stress showed a direct effect on Critical thinking and Clinical Practice Satisfaction. In this paper, we propose a new approach to nursing students 'self-concept in nursing. In this paper, we propose a new approach to nursing students' self-concept. And to develop and apply an intervention program that can reduce the stress of clinical practice.
