The convergence of fixed and wireless networks in data communication is providing the necessary driver for M2M commerce to take-off. The opportunities provided by M2M Commerce areonly limited by imagination. Automotive Fleet and Freight, Tolling, Water and Power Metering, Supply Chain Management including Asset Management, Remote Monitoring and Diagnostics, Energy Management and Access Control and Security are among the many M2M applications that are currently getting rolled out. ARC Group expects the worldwide solutions market to be worth in excess of US$ 100 billion by 2007. In addition, operator revenues worldwide from the transport of Telematics data alone will rise from US$ 3.5 billion in 2002 to US$ 78 billion by 2007. This paper discusses some of the lifestyle and business opportunities provided by M2M Commerce in the new ear of network convergence. It also provides some case studies to demonstrate the benefits of M2M Commerce across the supply chain. The key focus of the paper is on achieving enhanced lifestyle, cost reduction, improved profitability and enhanced customer relationship management through M2M Commerce.

소규모 상점은 상품 관리를 대부분 수기에 의존하고 있다. 이러한 수기 관리는 다양한 제품의 입출고 현황을 관리하는데 제한적이며 실시간 상품현황 관리는 별도의 통계 시스템을 이용해야 한다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 개발된 기존의 POS 시스템은 고가의 비용 및 공간의 제약으로 중대형 및 특수매장 위주로 운용되고 있다. 이 때문에 소규모 상점의 수기에 의한 상품관리 대신 비용부담이 적지만 자동화된 새로운 상품관리 시스템이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 NFC 기능을 탑재한 스마트폰을 활용하여 소규모 상점에서 판매되는 상품을 실시간으로 관리할 수 있는 시스템을 개발하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 병원의 조직 구성원들에 대한 경력관리제도가 그들의 심리적 상태에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보는 것이다. 구체적으로 병원의 경력관리제도가 개인의 탈진, 냉소, 그리고 직무 몰입에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 한다. 분석결과, 직무순환은 탈진에 부의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 직무 순환은 냉소에도 부의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 경력 관리 교육 훈련은 직무 몰입에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 경력관리지원제도와 경력개발 평가는 종속변수에 아무런 영향도 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 효과적인 경력관리를 위해서, 조직은 직무순환 및 경력 관리 교육 훈련을 촉진할 필요가 있다. 본 연구를 통해 병원의 인적자원관리에서 개인의 직무몰입을 증가시키는 동시에 구성원의 탈진과 냉소를 감소시킬 수 있는 유용한 가이드라인을 제시할 수 있을 것으로 판단한다.

전통적인 산업과 ICT의 융합은 ICT에서 나타나는 보안 위협 및 취약점과 기존 산업의 특수한 산업 종속적인 문제점이 혼합되어 새로운 보안위협 및 취약점이 나타나고 있다. 특히, 의료ICT융합산업에서는 의료정보시스템을 중심으로 사용자 인증에 대한 다양한 문제가 파생되어, 오남용, 보안취약점에 악용되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 따라, 본 연구에서는 의료 ICT 융합환경에서 안전한 사용자 관리를 위한 사용자 인증시스템을 설계하고 프로토타입을 구현하였다. 구체적으로, 의료정보시스템을 중심으로 개인화 기기를 활용하여 사용자 인증을 수행함으로써 ID 공유로 나타나는 오남용과 보안 취약점을 해결하고, 개별 ID/PW 방식 인증의 불편함을 해소하기 위한 방안을 설계 및 프로타입을 구현하였다.

The convergence healthcare industry in Korea has been stalled due to conflicts between stakeholders as well as a supplier-centered industry structure. This situation is caused by the structural contradiction in which the Korean industry has a prolonged conflict structure among stakeholders due to a strong regulation and an institutional inertia from the viewpoint of the sociotechnical system. Therefore, it is necessary to identify new system management plan that enhances social acceptability such as laws, customs and ideas while reducing conflicts between stakeholders. In this study, mainly adapting the stakeholder-oriented autopoiesis and focusing on publicness of healthcare, we propose the rationale and direction for policy making to harmonize various systems within the convergence healthcare industry.

Purpose: This study aims to measure the level of satisfaction with the overall education of current students, who are major consumers of education by department at the Health Care Convergence University, and to establish development strategies such as improving education quality and satisfaction by deriving problems and improvements. Research design, data and methodology: This study drew conclusions through secondary data analysis based on data surveyed by the Educational Performance Management Center of a university in the academic year of 2020. The target of the education consumer satisfaction survey was 470 students of the College in the academic year 2020. Frequency analysis and correlation analysis were applied to the data using the statistical package program SPSS 25 version. Results: In the major curriculum satisfaction survey, the department with the highest score was optics and optics, 4.11, and the department with the lowest score was medical IT, 3.29. Conclusions: The department with the highest correlation in the correlation analysis result of the demand survey by department was the Department of Medical Management and the Department of Medical IT, with a correlation coefficient r=0.984, and the lowest correlation in the correlation analysis result of the demand survey by department was the Department of Medical IT and Dental Hygiene, with a correlation coefficient r= -0.085.

The increasing number of technology transfers from public research institutes in Korea has led to a growing demand for patent recommendation platforms for SMEs. This is because selecting the right technology for commercialization is a critical factor in business success. This study developed a patent recommendation system that uses technology transfer data from the past 10 years to recommend patents that are suitable for SMEs. The system was developed in three stages. First, an item-based collaborative filtering system was developed to recommend patents based on the similarities between the patents that SMEs have previously transferred. Next, a content-based recommendation system based on TF-IDF was developed to analyze patent names and recommend patents with high similarity. Finally, a hybrid system was developed that combines the strengths of both recommendation systems. The experimental results showed that the hybrid system was able to recommend patents that were both similar and relevant to the SMEs' interests. This suggests that the system can be a valuable tool for SMEs that are looking to acquire new technologies.

Purpose: One distinctive trend in the recent industrial and technological development has been the change in the structures of industries brought by information technology, boosting the productivity of different sectors. This relation has clearly opened a path for the fourth industrial revolution to reform numerous industrial sectors, including i-fashion sectors. Therefore, in this research, we would like to present the direction of the direction policy for the fusion of the manufacturing industry and the service industry of i-fashion. Methods: In this study, an empirical time series data analysis of machinery investment efficiency and capital investment efficiency of 43 industrial sectors in manufacturing and service was conducted to show their potential and ongoing convergence toward i-fashion. Results: Most impressive as a finding in this research was that those sectors previously underinvested due to a combination of technological and financial reasons found an exit for growth. In textile and apparel sectors, that could be the i-fashion. Conclusion: One strong implication of this study is that sectoral level convergence based on technology and industry is occurring, and i-fashion is one of the industrial convergence case to be observed.

최근 지속적으로 발생하는 보안위협은 기업의 비즈니스 연속성을 저해할 뿐만 아니라 사회적 국가적 차원에서도 그 심각성이 높아지고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 보안위협은 기업과 국가 간 경쟁력이 심화 되면서 기업의 지적 재산권 침해가 지속적으로 증가함에 따라, 기업들은 다양한 IT 컴플라이언스(compliance) 법제들에 대하여 의무적 준수와 더불어 엄격한 법적 책임을 부담하여야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기업의 능동적인 IT 컴플라이언스 활용을 위해 머신러닝(machine learning) 기술을 이용한 융합보안 컴플라이언스 관리 모델을 제안하고자 한다.

In this study, the research model of VR·AR contents convergence education for solving social problems was presented after benchmarking the domestic and foreign realistic educational contents industry and policy trends and Fishbone diagram analysis. The goal was to create VR·AR content convergence talent for co-prosperity in the era of the fourth industrial revolution, and the target of education was students, researchers, and business personnel who are interested in VR AR technology education and contents business such as game animation, etc. The education model is based on understanding about storytelling of the socially disadvantaged, such as children and the elderly, and is technology education for content production including the application of virtual and augmented reality SW, and is a convergence education for content planning and business model strategy development.
