In the era of super-aged societies, research and development (R&D) projects related to aging are very important agenda for establishing the direction of future R&D planning and technological competitiveness in the country. In order to respond promptly to this agenda, it is essential to establish a national-level convergence R&D policy. In this study, we utilized the global R&D funding project data from major nations (US, Europe, Japan), and then standardized them with the same fields. To analyze the current status of global R&D related to aging, we performed cluster analysis based on the co-occurrence matrix to explore convergence R&D areas in the US, Europe, and Japan related to aging. In addition, comparative analysis by country suggested that different points on the interdisciplinary area and the convergence of aging-related R&D by each country. These results provide fundamental understandings for the status of convergence in aging-related global R&D, the current technology trends, and establish the direction and strategy of R&D policy.

In this paper, we propose a device identification system for network visibility that can maintain the secure internal network environment in the IoT era. Recently, the area of enterprise network is getting huge and more complicated. Not only desktops and smartphones but also business pads, barcode scanners, APs, Video Surveillance, digital doors, security devices, and lots of Internet of Things (IoT) devices are rapidly pouring into the business network, and there are highly risk of security threats. Therefore, in this paper, we propose the device identification system that includes the process and module-specific functions to identify the exploding device in the IoT era. The proposed system provides in-depth visibility of the devices and their own vulnerabilities to the IT manager in company. These information help to mitigate the risk of the potential cyber security threats in the internal network and offer the unified security management against the business risks.

The purpose of this study is to identify the chaotic state of school education caused by COVID-19 and to seek the role of the principal in responding quickly to the national crisis. To solve this problem, 34 elementary school principals in Seoul, Busan, Daegu, Daejeon, and Jeju were surveyed with open questions through the first SNS on what leadership is needed to cope with COVID-19, and the second in-depth interview was conducted through phone calls. In the New Normal era, principal's leadership requires insightful and responsible leadership in supporting educational activities, class support, and problem prevention that can occur due to rapid response to crisis situations, rapid budgeting and input, and promotion of teacher-to-teacher communication, according to a survey. In crisis situations such as COVID-19, it is necessary to establish a role of principal for schools to cope stably and to establish an educational environment in which students learn in a safe environment. For this, national and educational policy support is needed.

This study examined how the use of learning apps in Zoom-based classes affects learners' English achievement and assessed the efficiency of app use in Zoom-based English classes. The study utilized the English Central (EC) app to induce learners to actively participate in zoom-based classes. To assess the app's efficiency, two rounds of achievement tests and an open-ended questionnaire were administered. The two tests showed that Zoom-based EC app utilization classes positively affected learners' English achievement and the questionnaire revealed that the learners were highly satisfied with using the EC app in Zoom-based classes. The participants praised this approach for "complementing insufficient class content" and facilitating "immediate feedback" (on the EC app), "English practice," and "real-time communication and sharing of opinions" (on Zoom-based classes), describing it as "not boring" and "4 skill training in English." Instructors should strive to efficiently use such new teaching tools in the evolving environment of the untact era.

This study is a descriptive study to investigate the influence of interpersonal relationships and self-esteem on communication skills of nursing freshmen in the untact era. The subjects of this study were 336 nursing freshmen at a university located in w city. The data was collected from 11st to 21st, May 2020. The collected data were analyzed by t-test, Person's correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis. As a result of the study, the interpersonal skills of the subjects showed a positive correlation with self-esteem and communication skills, and it was found that there was a positive correlation between self-esteem and communication skills. The interpersonal sub-factors affecting communication skills were communication, understanding, openness, sensitivity, and satisfaction. Therefore, It is necessary to make efforts to improve communication skills of students enrolled in the nursing department in the untact era, and educational interventions and educational interventions that can enhance communication skills by utilizing interpersonal skills and self-esteem are needed.

Purpose - In this study, we aim to explore new distribution strategies for sustainable growth in the era of the 4th industrial revolution, focusing on SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) in Korea, and suggest ways to upgrade the government's official distribution channel to the next level. Design/methodology - First of all, this paper explored the prior research, the current status of sales support for SMEs, and the changes in the distribution industry due to COVID-19 pandemic. Based on Moon (2016)'s ABCD strategic model - Agility, Benchmarking, Convergence, and Dedication, the study then derived directions in which official distribution channels should move and the new distribution strategy for Korean SMEs to secure competitive advantage. Findings - First, in terms of 'Agility', in order to upgrade official distribution channels, which are currently at some competitive disadvantages compared to private distribution companies, we must quickly introduce technologies for the 4th industrial revolution, such as AI, Big Data, etc., and establish precise strategies to strengthen the capabilities of SMEs. Second, in terms of 'Benchmarking', the use of "Chamelezones" has been increasing to enhance the competitiveness of offline stores in line with recent ontact trends. Therefore, official distribution channels should also benchmark such cases, strengthening their competitiveness by utilizing offline spaces more efficiently and effectively. Third, in terms of 'Convergence', in line with the rapidly changing trend of the times, official distribution channels should also promote active partnerships with media commerce, e-commerce and ICT platforms, as well as cooperation with private retailers, and focus on creating synergy effects through them. Finally, from the perspective of 'Dedication', digitalization should be promoted step by step, finding the sector that can accelerate digital among the value chains of official distribution channels, and continuing to discuss how to digitize it realistically. Originality/value - Based on this analysis, we have presented strategies and implications for innovating official distribution channels for SMEs, which will contribute to enhancing the competitive advantage of official distribution channels in the post COVID-19 pandemic era.

The purpose of this study is to analyze cases related to the jewelry industry, focusing on the social phenomenon triggered by NFT in the Web 3.0 era, and to find the useful direction in the jewelry industry. For finding the direction, I analyze the concept, definition, and characteristics of NFT. And the three characteristics, transparency and eternity and uniqueness are embedded in the strategies of the situation analyzed through the study. As a result of the study, It is important to analyze of the MZ generations, which is the main consumer group of NFT and to possess the digital agility needed in the Web 3.0 era. Through in the convergence researching between Metaverse and NFT in the future, I hope to contribute to strengthen the competitiveness of jewelry brand.

With the introduction of lifelong education as a component of national educational policies, public support for it has been expanding more than ever before. The purpose of this study is to explore the direction of lifelong education in the era of science and technology. While various factors need to be considered in determining the orientation of lifelong education in the science and technology era, this study primarily focuses on presenting the directions that are aligned with this era. Firstly, lifelong education is necessary as vocational education. Secondly, lifelong education is needed for digital literacy enhancement. Thirdly, lifelong education is crucial from an ecological transition perspective. It is hoped that these three perspectives will be considered significant in shaping the direction of lifelong education in the era of science and technology, and subsequent discussions will delve into how lifelong education can contribute concretely to these aspects.

The purpose of this study is to empirically examines the effects of corporate sustainable management activities(social activity, economic activity, environmental activity) on the innovation activities(managerial innovation, technical innovation) in the convergence era. To accomplish these purposes, their relationships were modeled based on the previous studies conducted in the various areas. A total of 500 questionnaires were distributed to the employees working at the small & medium size companies. The statistical techniques such as descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, multi regression analysis were used to evaluate the research model. The results of multi regression analysis show that all three aspects of corporate sustainable management activities have positively significant effects on the two factors of innovation. That is, if each activities of sustainable management works properly, it leads to create innovation. In addition, enterprises are needed to develop training programs or action planning that make the employees understands sustainable management well. Thus, the advanced level of corporate sustainability is expected if various sustainable management activities are performed in harmony with their innovation activities.

From the 1970s to the present, the number of new infectious diseases such as SARS, Ebola virus, and MERS has steadily increased. The new infectious disease, COVID-19, which began in Wuhan, Hubei Province, China, has pushed the world into a pandemic era. As a result, Countries imposed restrictions on entry to foreign countries due to concerns over the spread of COVID-19, which led to a decrease in the movement of tourists. Due to the restriction of travel, keywords such as "Corona blue" have soared and depression has increased. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the stress meaning network of the COVID-19 era to derive keywords and come up with a plan for a travel-related platform of the Post-COVID 19 era. This study conducted analysis of travel and stress caused by COVID-19 using TEXTOM, a big data analysis tool, and conducted semantic network analysis using UCINET6. We also conducted a CONCOR analysis to classify keywords for clustering of words with similarities. However, since we have collected travel and stress-oriented data from the start to the present, we need to increase the number of analysis data and analyze more data in the future.
