  • 5G-based HMD technology grew rapidly in the context of the environment change of convergence technology media and mobile networks in the fourth industrial era. It has also grown into a core technology that transforms our digital visual system. However, there is no research or system that can understand and verify radical visual system changes. Therefore, it is necessary to have an engineering understanding and verification of the diffusion of HMD media imaging devices. Beyond the distinction between virtual and real, research is urgently needed on the new three-dimensional interface of the 21st century through viewer participation. For this reason, research on the algorithm structure of interactive video media using L-System is an essential process and will be a guide to understanding the virtual reality interactive environment.

  • Recently, the attention to the $4^{th}$ Industrial Revolution has been increasing. In the $4^{th}$ Industrial Revolution era, the boundaries between physical space, digital space, and biological space are becoming blurred because of the active convergence between various fields. There are many issues about the $4^{th}$ Industrial Revolution such as artificial intelligence, Internet of things, big data, and cyber physical system. To cope with the $4^{th}$ Industrial Revolution, an accurate analysis and technology planning need to be undertaken from a broad point of view. However, there is little research on the analysis of the major issues about the 4th Industrial Revolution. Accordingly, this study aims to analyse these major issues. Data mining such as topic modelling method is used for this analysis. This study is expected to be helpful for the researcher and policy maker of the 4th Industrial Revolution.

  • The best value proposition for the customers of satellite-DMB (hereinafter referred to as the "S-DMB") business in an environment of fierce competition shall be securing the best killer contents and distribute them in reasonable price as a mobile contents platform provider. In an era of merging the broadcasting with the communication, although many new players tapping into the market with state-of-the-art media such as digital convergence, the key to success in the market is dependent on whether the respective digital contents providers retain competitive digital contents which suit the taste of customers. Considering such market conditions, the purpose of this study is to look over the management examples of Korean S-DMB providers which is carrying out business in digital multi-media market and opening up the market, and to analyze the management strategies of domestic S-DMB companies to be the champion in the market.

  • In the fourth industrial revolution era, various commercial smart platforms for smart system implementation are being developed and serviced. However, since most of the smart platforms have been developed for general purposes, they are difficult to apply / utilize because they cannot satisfy the requirements of real-time data management, data visualization and data storage of smart factory system. In this paper, we implemented an open source based smart manufacturing big data platform that can manage highly efficient / reliable data integration for the diagnosis diagnostic system of manufacturing robots.

  • The low growth rate and the high youth unemployment rate that our society faces have already come to our country core problem. Today, as we enter the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the social atmosphere that urgently needs to solve the problem of youth employment has become imminent, and the importance of university-industry cooperation is increasingly emphasized.   • Endpoint security is a method of ensuring network security by thoroughly protecting multiple individual devices connected to the network. In this study, we survey the functions and features of various commercial products of endpoint security. Also we emphasizes the importance of endpoint security to respond to the increasingly intelligent and sophisticated security threats against the cloud, mobile, artificial intelligence, and IoT based sur-connection era. and as a way to improve endpoint security, we suggest the ways to improve the life cycle of information security such as preemptive security policy implementation, real-time detection and filtering, detection and modification.

  • To cultivate talented people with creative and convergent thinking skills to live in the era of the 4th industrial revolution, the national curriculum of Korea is gradually emphasizing convergence education and software education. To meet the demands of the times, this paper suggests subject-convergent teaching-learning materials for educating core principles of Support Vector Machines, especially targeting elementary learners. Based on analysis of the national curriculum, achievement standards of three subjects are integrated. After printable worksheets for traditional face-to-face classes had developed, they were transformed to online interactive worksheets for non-face-to-face classes. The teaching-learning materials are expected to promote the growth of the learners' academic motivation and knowledge.

  • In the fourth industrial era, when various technologies are fused and combined, new and advanced technologies from other industries are used extensively in the maritime industry field. New security threats are also increasing along with the development of new technologies. In addition, in incorporating convergence technologies into the maritime industry, various problems, such as communication definitions and procedures between technologies and customer-customized delays, occur. In this paper, for the problems mentioned above, research results on the network configuration of safer autonomous vessels by supplementing and fusing existing solutions rather than developing new technologies are proposed. In conclusion, the entire network consists of VDI and presents additional configurations to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability, which are the three security elements. According to the composition of such a convergence network, it is intended to help prepare countermeasures to protect internal data from external threats.

  • The field of construction and transportation R&D has been increased and improved wih the integration into the ICT. With the rapid trend changes like the Fourth Industrial Revolution, new direction and solution of R&D policy is being explored to prepare for the convergence era with other diverse research areas. In order to present new direction, it is necessary to analyze the external environment influencing construction and transportation field. In this regard, this study analyzes the science and technology policy plan and goal in Korea. In conclusion, through the policy analysis, this study suggests new direction of construction and transportation R&D in Korea.
