The purpose of this study is to reduce the barriers to entry into the government- supported startups and to contribute to the improvement of public policy services of the government. To do this, we identify the difficulties and problems that pre-founders are experiencing through startup cases of young entrepreneurs established in 2018, and provide practical help for pre-founders to experience their utility in preparation for government-supported startups, the need for public services to do so. And to propose a mentoring service to help the successful startup of policy-oriented user. This study is effective to adopt and apply the public service design process and methodology to the development of public policy service for the pre-founder who is preparing for government support centered startup. This study is meaningful that it presents one approach that can be considered when the government wants to develop and improve public policy services.

This study aims to develop and operate an extracurricular program based on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by applying the design thinking methodology to enable engineering students to discover and solve relatable local problems in the field of intelligent robots in order to foster creative and convergent engineering talents. As a result of the analysis, the overall satisfaction score was 4.55 or higher, all related competencies increased, and the students' final results also showed a connection with the SDGs topic in the field of intelligent robots. At a time when SDGs are establishing sustainable activities as an important evaluation index in university education, it is expected that the development case of this program can be utilized in the development of a convergence program for engineering students to foster creative and convergent talents who can lead the future society along with the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution.

On health information network architecture, traffic along the path of traffic and security, blocking malicious code penetration is performed. The medical information system network security infrastructure study, which was whether to be designed based on the structure and methodology is designed to develop the security features. Health informati on system's functionality and capabilities framework for infrastructure is the backbone and structure. The design fea tures a framework for the overall network structure formation of the skeleton and forms the basic structure of the security methodology. Infrastructure capabilities to build the framework and the application functionality is being implemented. Differentiated in accordance with security zones to perform security functions and security mechanisms that operate through this study is to present. u-Healthcare future advent of cloud computing and a new health information environment, the medical information on the preparation of this study is expected to be utilized for security.

Purpose: This study was conducted to optimize the conditions of manufacturing the wet noodle added with Aloe powder. Methods: The I-optimal design of response surface methodology (RSM) was used for the optimization of added amount of Aloe powder, water content, and kneading time as the independent variables. The quality characteristics (color, texture, water absorption ratio, volume, turbidity) and sensory characteristics (color, flavor, taste, mouth feel, overall acceptance) were analyzed as dependent variables. Results: The lightness, redness, and yellowness of the Aloe noodle were all lowered with the addition of Aloe powder. All texture characteristics such as hardness, elasticity and chewiness of Aloe noodle showed the tendency to increase with increasing amount of Aloe added and kneading time. The water uptake and the volume expansion tended to increase with increasing aloe addition and water addition. As the kneading time increased, the dissolution of solids decreased and the turbidity tended to decrease. Aloe powder content influenced the color, flavor and taste of the noodles most among independent variables, and the mouthfeel of the noodle influenced by the water addition and the kneading time. Conclusion: Aloe noodle showed the best desirability with 3.03% of Aloe powder, 43.56% of water content and 13.06 min of kneading time by RSM analysis. Aloe noodles prepared under these optimized conditions are expected to be able to manufacture and utilize functional Aloe noodles by meeting the content of isobarbaloin, which helps the intestinal functional activity.

This study identified the factors that influence the problem solving intention of students who completed the action learning-based creativity programs based on the theory of reasoned action, and examined the influence relationship between these factors. As a result of the study, first, subjective norms of problem solving had a positive effect on problem solving intention, and second, attitude toward problem solving had a significant effect on problem solving intention. Third, it was found that students who had experience of participating in a patent education program applying the action learning methodology had a positive effect on the relationship between their attitude toward problem solving and their intention to solve the problem. These findings confirmed that in order to enhance the problem-solving intention, which is the basis for creativity of university students, it is important to spread the positive value of problem-solving within the university and to give students a positive attitude toward problem solving.

Purpose: Sports is an activity created by human beings and is related with natural and human environments, and it is a physical activity which inherently interacts with geographical properties. With the above views, it is clear that sports reflect human culture and physical environment, which are closely related to places or spaces in terms of origin, propagation and diffusion, or geography in a broader sense. This study explored the relationships between sporting activities and geography with an environmental view. Research design, data, and methodology: The study employed qualitative methodology to review the association between sport and geographical perspective. The study reviewed the broad documents including journals, periodicals, reports and so forth. Results: First, since its inception in the 1960s, research on sports geography has been steadily studied in many international geography and non-geographic research journals. Second, it reflects the distinct characteristics of the relationship between sports and geography (relationship with physical geography and humanities). Third, as a spatial approach to sports, it is the place of sports, globalization of sports, and the tourist attraction of sports. Conclusion: the findings of this study provides insights for sport geography and could be applied to the current sports industry. Further implications were discussed.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the enterprise's score index calculated from atypical data and corrected data. Research design, data, and methodology: In this study, news articles which are non-financial information but qualitative data were collected from 2,432 SMEs that has been extracted "square proportional stratification" out of 18,910 enterprises with fixed data and compared/analyzed each enterprise's score index through text mining analysis methodology. Result: The analysis showed that qualitative data can be quantitatively evaluated by region, industry and period by collecting news from SMEs, and that there are concerns that it could be an element of alternative credit evaluation. Conclusion: News data cannot be collected even if one of the small businesses is self-employed or small businesses has little or no news coverage. Data normalization or standardization should be considered to overcome the difference in scores due to the amount of reference. Furthermore, since keyword sentiment analysis may have different results depending on the researcher's point of view, it is also necessary to consider deep learning sentiment analysis, which is conducted by sentence.

In space design or form design step, recognized necessity of digital design practical use. Also, deduced systematized analysis method that can use various function of CAD system actively. This uses by a design tool that ease designer's judgment and space and form analysis in architectural planning and design process that third dimension digital design is not part by a simplicity design tool. Share and takes advantage of digital design process method that is deduced in this study, need continuance of connection study for more effective and systematic digital design methodology deduction. Need public ownership of teaching material development and teaching method that can deliver extended third dimension digital design process.

Recently, IoT technology is rapidly developing with the keyword "Anytime, Anywhere, Convenient". In addition, security problems in IoT systems are exploding and the damage is increasing as well. In this paper, we propose a method to develop IoT system safely by using internationally recognized CC evaluation in ICT by identifying the standardization and security technology development status defining IoT system security requirements. For this purpose, IoT system and service security aspects are analyzed. Based on this, it is possible to design the security functional requirements and to demonstrate the rationale of the security objective through the correspondence relation, and it is possible to design the protection profile for the IoT system. This is a sufficient basis for the development methodology to be presented in this paper because it is used as a means of referring to the set of security requirements of administrators, developers, and users.

This paper proposes a new digital filter implementation which adopts an identical structure at both behavioral and logic level in top-down design. This methodology is based on the observation that multiplication is a form of convolution and carrying, and therefore multiplication is implemented with the same structure as that of a convolution in a recursive manner at the logic level. In order to demonstrate a recursive structure-based FIR digital filter, we select L-tap transposed and systolic FIR filters, and implement them to have a single structure. The proposed filter design becomes regular and modular because of the recursive adoption of a single structure for convolutions, and is very compact in that it needs only two 1-bit I/O ports in addition to significant improvement on hardware complexity without time penalty on the output sequence.
