  • Advances in medical technology and living standards have led to an age of aging. In addition, the development of technology and the popularization of computers have led to the development of the contents business and the release of several functional games. Among these functional games, silver functional games are being played to solve problems such as dementia, a major problem in the aging era. In this study, prior research was analyzed to suggest factors that help design based on the kinetic elements of the design method of the motion-based convergence game for the leisure use of the silver generation. Based on the analysis, the model of exercise factors for preventing dementia is presented. This research design a silver motion-based functional game using the anti-dementia exercise model presented in this study in the future, we expect to see an effective and efficient silver game in the long term.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between the safety, working condition and the organizational commitment among crews members of airline companies in Korea. The data were collected from 230 employees of the a private airline company who gave their informed consent and completed a self-reported questionnaire in November, 2014. A structural equation model was established. The fitness of the hypothetical model was adequate (${\chi}^2=88.424$, df=48, RMR=0.044, GFI=0.940, CFI=0.964, NFI=0.926, IFI=0.965). Analysis of the hypothetical model demonstrated that effects of safety, working condition were significantly correlated with organizational justice and organizational commitment. The results of this study indicate that it is necessary to develop a safety program and working condition to encourage better organizational commitment of the pilot, leading to a brighter future for domestic airline business.

  • In recent years, small and medium-sized businesses are rapidly changing to an industrial structure where process/quality/energy data aggregates can be automatically or real-time to achieve global competitiveness. In particular, real-time information analysis produced in the production process of small businesses is evolving into a new process process that analyzes, predicts, prescribes and implements significant performance of small businesses. In this paper, we propose a platform-building model that can transform the automated production information system of small businesses into big data so that they can upgrade data that is generated by small businesses. The proposed model has the capability to support operational efficiency (consulting and training) and strategic decision making of small businesses by utilizing a variety of data on the basic information of products produced by small businesses for data collection by smart SMEs. In addition, the proposed model is characterized by close cooperation between small and medium-sized businesses with different regional characteristics and areas of information sharing and system linkage.

  • The purpose of this study is to reveal the causal relationship between core categories experienced by firefighters in the organization based on the grounded theory as a method of qualitative research. In this study, we interviewed 50 firefighter information providers who work in Seoul in 2014, 2017, and 2018, and conducted a research model that shows the causal relationship of core categories through open coding, axial coding, and selective coding. As a result, compassion experienced by information providers is revealed as a core category, and this compassion has a positive effect on positive work related identity, collective self esteem, and job performance. Therefore, the theoretical implication of this study is that it has derived a research model that shows the causal relationship between compassion and job performance based on grounded theory as a qualitative research methodology. This study will contribute to the formation of the organizational culture that enables firefighters who desperately need compassion in the fire department organization to more actively exchange compassionate actions.

  • NDF (No Defect Found) is a phenomenon in which defects have been found in the manufacturing, operation and use of a product or facility, but phenomenon of defects is not reproduced in the subsequent investigation system or the cause of the defects cannot be identified. Recently, with the development of the fourth industrial revolution, convergence of hardware and software technologies in various fields is spreading to products such as aircraft, home appliances, and mobile devices, and the number of parts is increasing due to functional convergence. The application of such convergence technologies and the increase in the number of parts are major factors that lead to an increase in NDF phenomena. NDF phenomena have a significant negative impact on cost, reliability, and reliability for both manufacturers, service providers and operators. On the other hand, due to the nature of NDF phenomena such as difficult and intermittent cause identification and ambiguity in judgment, it is common to underestimate the cost of NDF or fail to take appropriate countermeasures in corporate management. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a methodology for estimating NDF costs by the PAF model which is a quality cost analysis model and ABC (Activity Based Costing) technique. The methodology of this study suggests a detailed procedure and the concept to accurately estimate the NDF costs, using ABC analysis, accounting system information, and IT system data. In addition case studies have validated the methodology. We think this could be a valid methodology to refer to when estimating the cost of other parts. And, it is meaningful to provide important judgment information in the decision-making process based on quality management and ultimately reduce NDF costs by visualizing them separately by major variable factors.

  • This study explores the impacts of application attributes of coffee chains on consumer's re-purchase decision-making processes in the context of coffee chains. We posited coffee quality, service quality, and physical environment as key service attributes of coffee chains and personalization, usefulness, economy, and convenience as key application attributes. The moderating effect of application attributes on the relationship between consumer satisfaction and repurchase intention was investigated. The theoretical framework was tested based on 382 consumers who frequently visit coffee chains and install their applications. PLS method was used to analysis the hypotheses. The theoretical model accounts for 48.1% of variance in customer satisfaction and 41.6% of variance in repurchase intention. The analysis results showed that personalization and convenience play an moderating effect on consumer's repurchase decision-making processes. Coffee quality and physical environment were found to have significant effects on customer satisfaction, while service quality does not significantly influence consumer satisfaction. Brand image has a significant effect on customer satisfaction and repurchase intention.

  • With the advent of the era of mass tourism in China and people's yearning for a better life, the demand for family tourism is increasing. This paper adds the filial piety concept variable to the original model based on the theory of planned behavior (TPB). It tests the influence mechanism of attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavior control and filial piety on the intention of family tourism behavior. The results show that; Attitude and subjective norms have significant influence on the intention of family tourism behavior; Perceptual behavior control has no significant influence on the intention of family tourism behavior; Mutual filial piety has a significant impact on family tourism behavior and authoritative filial piety has no significant effect on family tourism decision-making behavior. This conclusion expands the application boundary of the theory of planned behavior in the study of family tourism behavior intentions, and provides application reference for tourists and tourism enterprises.

  • With the rapid development of China's economy, the consumption concept of Chinese consumers has changed, and the purchase intention of consumers is also affected by the origin of the brand. The purpose of this study is to help local enterprises gain more competitive advantages in international marketing activities by improving the image of the country of origin. Based on the theory of clue utilization, this paper constructs a theoretical model of the effect of the image of origin on consumers' purchase intention and puts forward the basic hypothesis. The data were collected, analyzed and processed through questionnaire survey and spss23.0. The results showed that: the image of the place of origin and the perceived value had a significant impact on the purchase intention. The image of origin has significant influence on perceived value. Finally, combined with the empirical research results, relevant marketing strategies and Suggestions are provided for local enterprises. At the same time, it also provides some reference for other countries to sell in China.

  • Consulting industry is a knowledge intensive business service industry to lead to knowledge creation as well as support high value creation of other industries. While the consulting industry has a great ripple effect on whole industries, there is a lack of interest in the consulting industry. Thus, this study investigates a ripple effect of the consulting service on the national economy using an Input-Output analysis. We summarize some of our findings as follows. First, A production of 1.0 won in the business consulting industry induces production of 0.6933 won in 2005 and 0.7851 in 2009; value-added of 0.2881 won in 2005 and 0.3039 won in 2009. A production of 1.0 billion won in the business consulting industry Industry produces employment for 0.1124 persons in 2005 and 0.1207 persons in 2009. Second, the supply shortage of 1.0 won in the business consulting industry prevents other industries from producing 2.6759 won in 2005 and 3.0145 won in 2009. Third, a 10% increase in the price level of the business consulting industry raises the overall price level from 0.1691% in 2005 to 0.2161% in 2009. The research results show that consulting industry has been increasing a effect on Korea national economy.
