위탁급식 종사원의 동료관계가 생활의 질에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Coworker Relationship of Employees on Quality of Work Life in Contract Foodservice)

  • This study examined co-worker relationship on of life between employees of contract foodservice in general hospital. Contract foodservice managed general hospitals surveyed from 1 October 2015 to 31 October 2015. A total of 230 questionnaires (cook-30 questionnaires, nutritionist-50 questionnaires, cook's helper-150 questionnaires) were distributed, and 177 questionnaires were used for the study. As a result, the quality of life of employees contract foodservice general hospital was composed of sub-factors (employee engagement, stress at work, home-work interface, working condition, general well-being). co-worker relationship was composed of sub-factors (cooperative co-worker relationship, competitive co-worker relationship). Causal relationship between variables was through regression analysis, and significant results were shown. ooperative co-worker relationship had an effect on employee engagement, stress at work, working condition and general well-being. competitive co-worker relationship.

The Impact of Outward FDI on the South Korean Labor Market: Evidence on the Wages of Four Types of Workers

  • The purpose of this research is to identify the relation between OFDI (Outward Foreign Direct Investment) and wage inequality. In order to analyze various effects of OFDI on wages depending on the types of workers, the research classified laborers into four categories: permanent/skilled worker, permanent/unskilled worker, temporary/skilled worker, and temporary/unskilled worker. With controlling wage-determining factors such as education, labor union, individual fixed-effect, and industry-level effect, this paper examines whether OFDI attributes to the wage inequality among each type of workers. Moreover, this study also analyzes possible effects on wages that could vary according to the different characteristics of investments by classifying OFDI into two groups: OECD and non-OECD. The results reveal that OFDI makes certain differences according to skill-intensity and contract type in terms of influences on wages. It also shows that the effect of OFDI on wages is more subject to contract type than to skill-intensity. The classification of OFDI into OECD and non-OECD proves that effects on wages can vary by characteristics of the subject of investment.

모기업 협력업체 산업안전보건관리에 대한 인식 (Recognition of Occupational Safety and Health Management of Contractor Company)

  • This study is planned to investigate the attitude toward the safety and health management of contractor company. Under the contract based production system, all of activities including safety and health management in the contractor company are depended upon the contract. How to make contract influence the worker's health of contractor company. Worker's health of contractor company can be protected by efforts of company of contract-out and contractor company, especially their safety managers. The modelling of the effective safety and health management system for contractor company should consider the need of safety manager of each company and employer of contractor company. Data is collected from safety managers of 3 contract out compaines as electronic and electrical manufacturing industry and 55 safety manager, 57 employers of their contractor compaines using self administered survey with structured questionnaire. The most of all respondents want to support from the contract out compaines. The most important items supported from contract out company is the information based on the safety information network between each company. Safety manager and employer of contactor company also itemized safety education and training in the supporting system from contract out company. These results can be generalized to survey on the other industries.

위탁과 직영운영 병원의 급식 종업원들의 자가 평가에 의한 만족도 비교 연구 (The Study of Self- Evaluated Employee Satisfaction Comparing Contract Foodservice and Independent Foodservice)

  • The study estimated employee satisfaction to apply TQM system to hospital foodservice management. A survey was mailed to foodservice employees of five general hospitals with more than 300 beds, three of them were independent and two of them were contract foodservice management. A total of 129 questionnaires were returned and analyzed for statistical analysis. Statistical analysis was completed using SPSS for chi-square test, t-test and Pearson's correlation. The results of this study showed that employees of contract foodservice presented higher scores than independent foodservice in interests, affection, importance of works. And achievement of work was significantly different between contract and independent foodservice employees (p < 0.05). The satisfaction of payment adequacy was lower for contract foodservice employees (p < 0.05). The employees of both contract and independent foodservice were satisfied with attitude of foodservice managers toward employee. Attitude scores of foodservice employees toward co-worker were higher in independent foodservice. Employees of independent foodservice showed higher scores for the attitude toward institution represented satisfaction. (Korean J Nutrition 38(2): 173~179, 2005)

운영방식과 고용형태에 따른 공공도서관 사서의 직무만족도에 관한 연구 - 대구광역시 소재 공공도서관을 중심으로 - (A Study on Public Librarians' Job Satisfaction by Management and Employment Styles: Focused on Public Libraries in Daegu Metropolitan City)

  • 본 연구는 대구광역시 소재 공공도서관 사서들을 대상으로 직무만족도를 측정하고 이를 운영방식과 고용형태에 따라 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 이론적 배경으로 공공도서관의 운영방식과 직무만족의 개념 및 변인을 논하고, 이를 바탕으로 직무만족도 측정을 위한 직무자체, 동료, 상사, 업무, 임금, 복지, 고용 등 7가지 직무만족 변인을 선정하여 설문을 실시하였다. 응답자 전체 평균으로 나타난 만족도를 보았을 때, 직무자체, 동료, 상사, 업무 등 4가지 변인에서 긍정적인 만족감을 표한 반면, 임금, 복지, 고용의 3가지 변인에서는 낮은 만족감을 나타냈다. 운영방식에 따른 직무만족 분석에서 주목할 것은 지자체 위탁도서관과 타 직영도서관 간의 차이였다. 지자체 위탁도서관은 고용불안감에 대한 체감 정도에서 정규직과 비정규직이 거의 동일한 수치를 보였다. 정규직과 비정규직이라는 고용형태에 따른 분석에서 가장 먼저 눈에 띄는 것은 업무결정 참여도와 업무 재량권 측면이었고, 이들 간 차이는 임금, 복지, 고용 측면에서 더욱 확연히 드러났다.

무기계약직의 평가관리, 성과, 교육훈련 간의 관계: 지방자치단체 인사담당자의 인식을 중심으로 (Evaluation Management and Performance of Indefinite-term Contract Workers in Local Governments: Moderating Effect of Training)

  • 본 연구는 지방자치단체 무기계약직의 평가관리가 성과에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 이와 더불어, 교육훈련이 평가관리와 성과의 관계에서 유의미한 조절효과가 있는지를 검증하였다. 분석 결과, 무기계약직의 평가관리는 성과관리에 긍정적이며 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한, 조절효과의 크기는 작지만, 교육훈련은 평가관리와 성과의 관계에 있어 유의미한 조절효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 지방자치단체 무기계약직을 대상으로 인사관리의 구성요소들 간의 양적관계를 검증함으로써 무기계약직 선행연구들의 연구 범위 및 영역의 확장과 후속연구 수행의 활성화에 기여할 수 있다고 판단된다. 또한, 본 연구는 무기계약직의 인사관리를 담당하는 공무원과 조직이 보다 실질적이고 합리적인 무기계약직을 위한 인사관리 지침 및 방안을 구축하는 것에 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

복리후생제도 시행수준과 관계적계약과의 관계에서 상사지원 및 조직지원의 이중매개 효과 (The Influence of Fringe Benefits on Relational Contract through Superior's Support and Organizational Support)

  • 본 연구는 사회복지사가 조직에 대해 갖는 관계적계약과 관련하여 이에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인들의 인과 관계를 검증하고자 하였다. 사회복지사의 관계적계약 인식에 영향을 미치는 요인으로서 조직의 복리후생제도 시행수준이 사회복지사가 인식하는 상사지원과 조직지원에 영향을 미침은 물론, 이것이 상사지원과 조직지원을 매개하여 관계적계약과의 관계에까지 영향을 미칠 것으로 보고 연구모형을 설정하였다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 광주광역시에서 근무하는 사회복지사를 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하여 371명의 자료를 수거하였으며 상사지원 변수의 영향관계를 고려하여 직급이 최고경영자인 관장에 해당하는 응답자와 주요 변수에 불성실 응답을 한 경우를 제외한 최종 271명의 자료를 분석하였다. 구조방정식모형을 통해 분석한 결과, 사회복지사의 상사지원과 조직지원에 대한 인식이 높을수록 관계적계약 인식 정도도 높아졌다. 응답자가 소속된 조직의 복리후생제도 시행수준은 상사지원과 조직지원의 이중매개 경로를 거쳐 관계적계약에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 동시에 관계적계약에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 이러한 연구결과에 기반을 두어 사회복지사의 관계적계약 인식 제고와 관련 함의 및 후속연구의 필요성을 제시하였다.

외식업 종사자들의 근무 형태에 따른 만족도 연구 (The Study of Satisfactory Degree based on the Working Type in Foodservice Industry)

  • The meaning of foodservice industry is various but especially its most important one contains a service industry. And so, foodservice industry should provide very impressive service to customers. if workers don't satisfy themselves at the works, they can not give a high qualifying service to the customers. Therefore, this study showed how the worker's satisfactory degree depending on working type effects on the growth of foodservice industry. The conclusions by questionnaires to workers who have worked as both a regular and a contract employment at Special First Degree Hotels in Seoul are followings. Very interestingly, the proportion of satisfying degree for the workers as regular is 34.94% but the degree for workers as contract is 36.8%. The reason is that the average age of regular workers is high and they have their family to support and they have changed their job more often than the others. They can express their problems through a labor union but the part of solution is very small. It must cause to decrease satisfying degree. The workers generally satisfied to their senior employers. It means that the negative image of higher-ups in the past has been changed. It is a serious problem that the proportion of satisfaction degree remains 30%. The managements must perceive the fact that the increase ratio of contract workers does not make low quality of service. They should know that the satisfaction degree of regular workers is lower than contract ones. In order to increase the satisfaction degree, if the managements can find out the way of taking over their authority and giving a motive, they can reduce the ratio of occupation change and nonattendance. And also they can promote the productivity in foodservice industry and in conclusion, the foodservice industry will have glowed very successfully in the near future.

요양보호사의 직무만족도에 관한 연구 (The Study on Job Satisfaction of Care Helpers)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate Job Satisfaction of Care Helpers. Method: Subjects included 306 Care Helpers. working at geriatric care facilities; these data were collected from May 4 to May 15, 2012. The SPSS WIN 12.0 program was used for statistical analysis of collected data, including actual number, percentage, average, standard deviation, t-test, one way ANOVA, and Cronbach alpha coefficient. Results: 1. The average Job satisfaction was 3.76 and the average of each job satisfaction was the task (3.83), co-worker (2.23), and job turn over (2.25). 2. The satisfaction of the job itself, depending on back ground, had a significantly effect on age, protective person for a day, duty pattern, contract pattern, and motive. 3. The job satisfaction of human relationships, depending on their back ground, had a significant effect on degree, care-giving experience, duty place, protective person for a day, duty pattern, contract pattern, and duty motive. 4. The Job satisfaction of job turn over, depending on back ground had an. effect on job satisfaction statistically: age, degree, duty place, protective person for a day, duty pattern, and motive. Conclusion: These results found showed to contribute to job satisfaction of care helpers.

고용불안정과 가구소득 대비 개인 의료비 지출 비중의 연관성 (Relationship between Work Unstability and Personal Medical Expenditure Ratio)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify relationship between work unstability and personal medical expenditure ratio focusing on wage workers' contract period. Method: This study analyzed 2015 yearly data beta version of Korea Health Panel, co-managed by Korea Institute for Health and Social Affairs and National Insurance Corporation for data analysis. When executing linear regression, Household income was applied with equivalized income, and the proportion of personal medical expenditure was naturally logged to perform linear regression and the demographic and socioeconomic factors were taken into account. The demographic and socio-economic factors were also considered. Findings: As a result of reviewing the used factors, it was found that the more unstable work status, the higher personal medical expenditure ratio. This result corresponds to 'The Theory of Fundamental Causes' by Link & Phelan. Conclusion : It indicates that policy efforts should be made to improve the working environment and health level of socially unstable workers.
