산업용전력사용고객의 최대전력 예측에 의한 변압기용량 산정에 관한 연구 (Recommended Practice for the Assessment of Transformer Capacity by the Forecasting of Peak Power in Industrial Customers)

  • Contract power conversion factor which is applied to estimate contract power of industrial customers is an important standard to calculate transformer capacity. This paper shows a reasonable contract power conversion factor, that was made by the systematic and statistical way considering actual conditions, such as investigated contract power and peak power for the last 5 years of each customer for industrial customers as to AMR system. In this dissertation, it is necessary to analyze the key features and general trend from the investigated data. It made an analysis of the feature parameters, such as average, standard deviation, median, maximum. minimum and thus it was carried the linear and nonlinear regression analysis. Therefore, this paper compared characteristics for a contract power conversion factor which is applied to calculate contract power with characteristics for a regression model for customers which maximum utilization factor of transformer is more than 60%.

  • Contract power conversion factor which is applied to estimate contract power of general customers IS an important standard to caculate transformer capacity. This paper shows a reasonable contract power conversion factor, that was made by the systematic and statistical way considering actual conditions, such as investigated contract power and peak power for the last 5 years of each customer for 132 office building customers as to AMR system.   • 계약전력 산정 방법에서 적용되는 계약전력 환산율은 전력용변압기의 용량을 산정하는데 매우 중요한 기준이다. 본 연구에서는 AMR(자동검침시스템) 시스템에 의해 일반용 고객을 대상으로 각 수용가의 계약전력과 최근 5년 동안의 최대전력을 조사하였다. 조사된 자료의 전체 특징과 중심적인 경향을 알아보기 위해서 평균값 등의 특징파라메터를 분석하였고, 회귀분석을 통한 선형적인 방법과 비선형적인 방법으로 그 경향을 분석하였다. 따라서 일반용 고객의 계약전력 결정에 필요한 계약전력환산율의 특성과 변압기최대이용률이 60[%] 이상인 고객을 중심으로 분석한 회귀분석 모형과의 특성을 비교한 결과 유사한 특성을 나타냄을 확인하였다.

  • 건설 프로젝트를 성공하기 위해서는 핵심 이해관계자인 발주자와 시공사의 협력적 관계가 무엇보다 중요하다. 거래 상대방의 행동에 영향을 미치거나 통제 할 수 있는 권력은 건설 프로젝트에서 이해관계자간에 협력적인 행동을 유발 할 수 있는 요소로 간주될 수 있다. 또한, 거래 비용 이론에 따르면 계약은 효과적으로 거래 상대방의 행동에 영향을 미친다. 권력에 추가하여 계약 또한 시공자의 협력적 행동을 설명 할 수 있는 요소라고 할 수 있다. 건설 프로젝트에서 시공사의 협력적 행동을 유발하기 위해 발주자의 권력이 유효한 영향력을 미치는지는 매우 흥미로운 주제이다. 한편, 계약의 기능에 대한 심층적인 이해는 성공적인 건설 프로젝트 관리에 있어 필수적인 부분이다. 본 연구에서는 국내 건설 프로젝트에서 발주자의 권력 및 계약의 기능과 시공자의 행동 사이의 매커니즘을 탐색 해 보고자 한다.

Contract Theory Based Cooperative Spectrum Sharing with Joint Power and Bandwidth Optimization

  • In this paper, we proposed a contract theory based cooperative spectrum sharing scheme with joint power and bandwidth optimization under asymmetric information, where the primary user (PU) does not know the secondary users' (SUs) private information. To improve performance, PU needs to provide incentives to stimulate nearby SUs to help forward its signal. By using contract theory, PU and SUs' negotiations are modeled as a labor market. PU and SUs act as the employer and employees, respectively. Specifically, SUs provide labor (i.e. the relay power, which can be used for forwarding PU's signal) in exchange for the reward (i.e. the spectrum access bandwidth which can be used for transmitting their own signals). PU needs to overcome a challenge how to balance the relationship between contributions and incentives for the SUs. We study the optimal contract design which consists of relay power and spectrum access bandwidth allocation. We show that the most efficient SUs will be hired by the PU to attend the cooperative communication. PU can achieve the same maximum utility as in the symmetric information scenario. Simulation results confirm that the utility of PU is significantly enhanced with our proposed cooperative spectrum sharing scheme.

  • A license under UCITA(Uniform Computer Information Transactions Act) which represents the first comprehensive uniform computer information licensing law is not fundamentally rooted in intellectual property law such as patent or copyright law. A license under UCITA is simply a commercial contract, dependent wholly on the parties' ability to enter into a normal, commercial contract, just as a contract of sale or lease is simply and wholly a commercial contract. However, intellectual property rights may be licensed in a contract subject to UCITA. UCITA may not be used to vary or extend informational rights that are intellectual property rights, and expressly recognizes preemption by copyright, patent, or other federal intellectual property law in Section 105(b). Like the law of sales and leases, in general, the right to contract is constrained by principles of unconscionability, good faith and fair dealing, UCITA has an additional restraint, an express power for a court to deny enforcement of a provision in a licensing contract that violates fundamental public policy. This public policy defense is unique in UCITA. An essential purpose of this defense is to give courts some latitude in reconciling commercial licensing law with the principles of intellectual property law. Most intellectual property law is federal, and UCITA expressly recognizes the preemptive effect of that federal law. But the public policy defense gives courts an additional power to consider intellectual property principles purely within the context commercial law.

  • 계약전력 산정 방법에서 계약전력 환산율은 전력용변압기의 용량을 산정하는데 매우 중요한 기준이다. 본 연구에서는 AMR(자동검침시스템) 시스템에 의해 일반용전력사용고객(사무실, 상가, 호텔, 병원, 예식장, 기타)을 대상으로 각 수용가의 계약전력과 최근 5년 동안의 최대전력을 조사하였다. 조사된 자료의 전체 특징과 중심적인 경향을 알아 보기 위해서 평균값 등의 특징파라미터를 분석하였고, 회귀분석을 통한 선형적인 방법과 비선형적인 방법으로 그 경향을 분석하였다. 계약전력환산율과는 용도별로 다른 특성을 나타내고 있음을 확인하였으며, 전기사용고객의 특성을 고려한 계약종별 기준에 대한 체계적인 검토가 필요하다.

  • Currently an automated methodology based on data mining techniques is presented for the prediction of customer load patterns in load demand data. The main aim of our work is to forecast customers' contract information from capacity of daily power consumption patterns. According to the result, we try to evaluate the contract information's suitability. The proposed our approach consists of three stages: (i) data preprocessing: noise or outlier is detected and removed (ii) cluster analysis: SOMs clustering is used to create load patterns and the representative load profiles and (iii) classification: we applied the K-NNs classifier in order to predict the customers' contract information base on power consumption patterns. According to the our proposed methodology, power load measured from AMR(automatic meter reading) system, as well as customer indexes, were used as inputs. The output was the classification of representative load profiles (or classes). Lastly, in order to evaluate KNN classification technique, the proposed methodology was applied on a set of high voltage customers of the Korea power system and the results of our experiments was presented.

공급사슬에서의 위험공유 (Risk Sharing in a Supply Chain)

  • This paper suggests that the profit sharing contract can be Pareto optimal for both supplier and the purchaser. It is shown that Pareto optimal risk sharing contract can be obtained even though the decisions are made in a decentralized manner. The effect of risk attitude of the members of the supply chain is discussed. We examined various aspects of the risk sharing contract such as risk altitude, bargaining power, and cost of information system. The different risk attitude changes the optimal parameters and decision variables. Especially, we proved that, when both the supplier and the purchaser are risk averse, the purchaser orders less quantity than when the one is risk neutral and the other is risk averse. If the fixed cost for the information system is big enough to satisfy a certain condition, it is Pareto optimal not to share the profit and the purchaser takes all the risk even though he is risk averse.
