  • In this paper, we propose a locomotor evaluation System for mouse based on continuous shooting images. In the field of veterinary medicine and animal studies are subjected to using the mouse for the quality of human life. In particular, during the experiments using the artificially created mice injury, through a variety of scoring and a lot of experiments to measure the extent of recovery from the injury. The traditional method of measuring the quantity of exercise while in this experiment was made of a method for directly observing person. The proposed system performs the continuous shooting per unit of time specified by the movement of the mouse is extracted from a continuous image shooting with the outline of a mouse point cloud. And using the extracted point cloud to extract again the inner contour of the body of the mouse. So using the new point cloud obtained its center, Then, using the center point calculated by accumulating the distance between two points on locomotor evaluation system design and implement to obtain the total distance the mouse moves over a unit of time.

  • In this paper, we carried out quality assessment and analysis of stereoscopic 3D Television pictures according to ITU-R contribution and recommendation by rating scales using DSCQS (Double-Stimuli Continuous Quality Scale) method. The evaluation results show that overall quality and sharpness of stereoscopic pictures revealed almost no difference compared to cases of mono pictures as to natural outdoor scenes, graphic images, and indoor scenes (about 3.0 above ~ 4.0), but depth perception and sensation of reality of stereoscopic images exhibit better quality performance over mono images as indicated more than 4.0 out of 5.0 grade. Evaluation results should be considered as human factors such as disparity when shooting and/or editing 3DTV.

  • Ground digital image data obtained by using DSLR camera can be used to the ground photogrammetry and spatial modeling. Intensity of each pixel in digital video images is the most important parameter to generate digital image. Therefore, it is needed to estimate the parameters and spectral characteristics of digital cameras in order to take more definite intensity data. In this study, using the Sony DSC-F828 DSLR camera, seven digital images are obtained by the continuous shooting. (frame rate, 0.38 seconds). And then extract the value of the intensity from RGB band of each digital color photographs to confirm difference of intensity between frames. The purpose of this study is to confirm spectral characteristics and changes and to estimate correlation through the analysis of statistical in each pixel of R, G, B band.

  • Two cases of Eagle's syndrome are reported. The first case involved a 31-year-old man who complained of pain in his throat and pain at preauricular area on turning his head. Panoramic and computed tomography (CT) views showed bilateral stylohyoid ligament ossification. The symptoms were relieved after surgical removal. The second case involved a 56-year-old female whose chief complaints were a continuous dull pain and occasional 'shooting' pain on lower left molar area. During the physical examination, an ossified stylohyoid ligament was palpated at the left submandibular area. Panoramic and CT images showed prominent bilateral stylohyoid ligament ossification. CT scans also showed hypertrophy of left medial and lateral pterygoid muscles. The symptoms were relieved after medication. CT is a useful tool for the examination of ossified stylohyoid ligaments and studying the relationship between Eagle's syndrome and adjacent soft tissue.

  • is a project for the senior generation with humanistic knowledge to become a mentor and communicate with them to present the wisdom and direction of life to the new generations of mentees based on various life experiences. has been expanding since 2015, starting with the pilot operation in 2014. In general, projects such as these are assessed to establish effectiveness indicators to verify effectiveness and to establish project management and development strategies. However, most of the evaluations have been conducted quantitatively and qualitatively based on the short-term duration of the project. Therefore, in the case of continuous projects such as , especially in the field of culture and arts where long-term effectiveness verification is required, the short-term evaluation is difficult to predict and judge the actual meaningful effects. In this regard, tried to examine the qualitative change of key participants in this project through the 2017 and 2018 image tracking survey. For this purpose, we adopted qualitative research methodology through interview video shooting, field shooting, and value coding as a research method suitable for the research subject. To analyze the results, first, the interview images were transcribed, keywords were extracted, value encoding works were matched with human psychological values, and the theoretical method was used to identify changes and to derive the meaning. In fact, despite the fact that the study conducted in this study was a follow-up survey, it remained a limitation that it analyzed the changed pattern in a rather short time of 2 years. However, this study systemized the specific methodology that researchers should conduct for follow-up and provided the flow of research at the present time when there is hardly a model for follow-up in the field of culture and arts education business in Korea as well as abroad. Significance can be derived from this point. In addition, it can be said that it has great significance in preparing the detailed system and case of comparative analysis methodology through value coding.

  • This study, views the color of scenery not as a static state, but rather as a continuous sequence of perceptions that incorporates the concept of time. This study derived techniques to quantitatively analyze the flow and data from this sequence. By utilizing this, urban color trends can be based on openness. This is very close to what would be experienced by an actual viewer: it extracted color data and visual amount from frames at 2-second intervals by shooting a video of the color sequence of the city as seen from both the left and right sides from the inside of the monorail (line 3 of the Daegu urban railway). These images were classified by color group, brightness, chroma, high chroma distribution derived techniques such as openness of space, brightness level, clarity level, high-chroma distribution and code, advantage of visual amount, dominant factor exposure, hot and cold color image and dynamic of sequence rhythm. During the derived sequence, the data determines the openness in the visual amount of sky and it was found that the tendency of the colors of the city was opening regression analysis. The more colorful the city is opening the brightness is lowered, the chroma increased slightly, cold colors significantly increased, which also had a very deep relationship with Lynch enclosed proportion, color change of the city trends through the actual scenery could grasp in more detail.
