팀상호작용과 팀메타인지가 대학생 학습공동체 지속참여에 미치는 융복합적 영향 (A study about the convergent effects of team interaction and team metacognition affecting a continuous participation in learning community of university)

  • 이 연구는 대학 학습공동체에 참여한 대학생들의 팀상호작용과 팀메타인지가 학습공동체 활동의 지속참여 의향에 어떠한 융복합적 영향을 주는가를 분석하기 위한 것이다. 팀상호작용 19개 문항과 팀메타인지 17개 문항으로 된 측정도구로, A 대학교 학습공동체 프로그램에 참여한 15개 팀 113명의 대학생을 대상으로 실시하였다. 이항 로지스틱 회귀분석을 통하여 밝힌 연구 결과는 첫째, 학습공동체 지속참여 의향에 팀상호작용 수준과 팀메타인지 수준이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 팀상호작용 수준이 높을수록, 팀메타인지 수준이 낮을수록 지속참여할 가능성이 증가하였다. 둘째, 학습공동체 지속참여 의향에 영향을 주는 팀상호작용 요인 중, 학습 횟수가 많을수록, 팀원들이 학습을 위해 서로 격려할수록 지속참여 가능성이 증가하였고, 팀원들이 열심히 활동하지 않을수록, 학습에 몰입하지 않을수록, 학습 시간이 적을수록 지속참여 가능성이 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 학습공동체 지속참여 의향에 영향을 주는 팀메타인지 요인 중, 학습 횟수가 많을수록 참여 의향 가능성이 증가하고, 다양한 학습도구를 사용할수록, 평균 학습시간이 많을수록 참여 의향 가능성이 감소하였다. 이상의 결과를 바탕으로 대학생의 학습공동체 지속참여를 위한 융복합적 지원 방안은 다음과 같다. 팀상호작용을 촉진하기 위해 학습 횟수를 늘리고, 팀원간 상호 격려하도록 지원하여 긍정적인 학습공동체 경험을 유도하고, 팀메타인지 활동의 필요성과 유용성을 학생들이 충분히 인식하도록 효과적인 활용 방법을 지원할 필요가 있다.

문해교육 학습자의 학습만족도가 학습지속에 미치는 영향 (Literacy learner's satisfaction revel and effects on Learning consistence)

  • 본 연구는 문해교육 학습자의 학습만족도가 학습지속에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 울산광역시의 문해교육 학습자 206명을 대상으로 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 문해교육 학습자의 학습만족도를 하위변인으로 살펴보면 학습환경에서 가장 높았고 교육강사, 학습결과, 학습내용 순으로 나타났으며, 일반적 특성에서는 학습참여가 길수록 학습내용과 학습결과에 높은 만족도를 보였다. 둘째, 문해교육 학습자의 일반적 특성이 학습지속에 미치는 영향을 살펴보면 성별은 차이가 없었으나, 70세 이상의 연령에서 학습지속의 높은 의사표시를 나타냈다. 셋째, 문해교육 학습자의 학습만족도가 학습지속에 미치는 상관관계를 살펴보면, 학습내용, 교육강사, 학습결과, 학습환경 순으로 상관관계를 나타냈다. 이상을 종합한 결과, 문해교육 학습자는 나이가 많고 학습참여가 길수록 학습만족도가 높았고, 일상생활에 필요한 경우 학습지속이 높았으며, 문해교육 학습자가 학습지속에 미치는 영향은 학습 내용임이 분석되었다.

자기결정성이론과 학습몰입이론을 적용한 MOOC 지속사용의도에 관한 연구 : 한·중 문화차이 분석 (A Study on the Intention of Continuous use of MOOC Applying Self-Determination Theory and Learning Flow Theory : Focused on Differences between Korean and Chinese Culture)

  • Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) is online education that anyone can register for free and has internet access. MOOC is also called Education Revolution and is spreading rapidly all over the world. Although recent MOOC high-quality classes may enhance the value of MOOC, MOOC learning still needs much research. Since MOOC has low learning completion rate and continuous use rate, various studies on the reasons that learners give up at the beginning of learning have not been tried yet This research is studied for the continuous intention of use of MOOC applying self-determination theory and learning flow theory based on technology acceptance model. In particular, the research are conducted for cultural difference in continuous usage of MOOC between Korean and Chinese. The research results show that self-determination theory applying perceived autonomy, perceived competence, and perceived relatedness and learning flow is useful to explain continuous use of MOOC. The research also shows that Hofstede theory works well in explaining the cultural difference between Korea and China in continuous usage of MOOC. The result shows that korean is more influenced by perceived external motivation like perceived usefulness and chinese is more influenced by internal motivation like learning flow in continuous use of MOOC.

지속경력학습의 선행 및 결과변인과 매개효과 (Antecedents and Outcome Variable and Mediating Effects of Continuous-Related Career Learning)

  • 본 연구는 지속경력학습 선행변인(개인-직무적합성, 인적자본투자)과 결과변인(주관적 경력성공)에 대한 인과관계 규명과 개인-직무적합성, 인적자본투자와 주관적 경력성공의 관계에서 지속경력학습 매개효과를 규명한다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위한 자료는 울산지역 자동차 및 제주지역 공기업 종사자 241명으로부터 수집되었으며, 동일방법편의 대안으로 측정환경 분리방법으로 자료를 수집하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 개인-직무적합성과 인적자본투자가 지속경력학습에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 둘째, 지속경력학습인 주관적 경력성공을 촉진하는 주요원인으로 확인되었으며, 셋째, 지속경력학습은 개인-직무적합성 및 인적자본투자와 주관적 경력성공의 관계를 각각 부분매개 하는 것으로 규명되었다. 본 연구의 시사점으로는 직무 및 조직차원변인을 활용하여 지속경력학습의 선행변인을 실증적으로 규명하여 지속경력학습의 연구범위 확대에 기여하고 있으며, 주관적 경력성공 연구에 대한 연구자들의 관심을 촉발하는 계기를 제공하고 있다. 또한 지속 경력학습의 매개효과 규명을 통해 개인의 경력개선 과정 메커니즘을 실증적으로 규명하고 있다.

이러닝과 연계된 모바일러닝에서 사이버대학생의 지속사용의도와 영향요인간 구조적 관계 분석 (A Study on the Factors Affecting Intention on Continuous Use of Mobile Learning in Cyber University)

  • The purpose of the present study is to verify the structural relationship among system quality, information quality, service quality, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, satisfaction, intention on continuous use of mobile learning in cyber university. For this study, W cyber university in Korea was chosen to conduct web survey. The subjects were 283 students who participated in W's cyber university courses. A hypothetical model was composed of system quality, information quality, service quality, perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness as exogenous variables, satisfaction and intention on continuous use of mobile learning as endogenous variables. The result of this study through structural equation modeling analysis is as follows: First, information quality only affect satisfaction, Second, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and satisfaction significantly affect intention on continuous use of mobile learning. These results imply that information quality should be considered for the design and development of mobile learning contents. Also, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and satisfaction is important to enhance intention on continuous use of mobile learning. This study proposes strategies for successful mobile learning in cyber university.

Solving Continuous Action/State Problem in Q-Learning Using Extended Rule Based Fuzzy Inference System

  • Q-learning is a kind of reinforcement learning where the agent solves the given task based on rewards received from the environment. Most research done in the field of Q-learning has focused on discrete domains, although the environment with which the agent must interact is generally continuous. Thus we need to devise some methods that enable Q-learning to be applicable to the continuous problem domain. In this paper, an extended fuzzy rule is proposed so that it can incorporate Q-learning. The interpolation technique, which is widely used in memory-based learning, is adopted to represent the appropriate Q value for current state and action pair in each extended fuzzy rule. The resulting structure based on the fuzzy inference system has the capability of solving the continuous state about the environment. The effectiveness of the proposed structure is shown through simulation on the cart-pole system.

  • Video learning through YouTube has emerged as one of the most widely used instructional methods, yet relatively little research has been conducted on YouTube video users' willingness to use or behavior, so it is important to examine how to make and keep users' willingness to continue learning and to improve their retention rate for effective online learning. With reference to perceived value theory and utilizing an ECM perspective, the authors construct a model of YouTube video continuous learning intention and investigate the influence of perceived value and satisfaction on users' willingness to use YouTube videos for continuous learning.

MBNQA상에 내포된 지속적 개선, 혁신과 학습 개념 (The Continuous Improvement, Innovation and Learning Concept Embedded in MBNQA Award)

  • The learning, which is a view extended from and replaces the concept of continuous improvement, has become the very core concept in Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. The most potent one among 11 core values in MBNQA Model is 'organizational and personal learning'. Learning also plays a critical role to get the good scores for 6 categories except results category among 7 categories of MBNQA Model. But the concept of learning often has been overlooked by the people who are interested in the MB award or TQM. This paper reviews and analyzes the concept of learning in the MB criteria since it first appears in 1993 to enlighten the importance of learning.

  • 본 논문에서는, 지속적 학습 환경에서 효율적 경로 선택에 의한 LwF방법의 성능향상을 제안한다. 이를 위해 콘볼루션 레이어를 분리하는 방법을 사용하여 기존의 LwF와 성능 및 구조를 비교한다. 비교를 위해 복잡도가 다른 구성을 가진 MNIST, EMNIST, Fashion MNIST, CIFAR10 데이터를 사용하여 성능을 실험하였다. 실험결과, 각 태스크 별 정확도가 최대 20% 향상되었으며, LwF 기반의 지속적 학습 환경에서 치명적 망각 현상이 개선되었다.

Application of Information Technologies for Lifelong Learning

  • The relevance of the research involves outlining the need for modern professionals to acquire new competencies. In the conditions of rapid civilizational progress, in order to meet the requirements of the labor market in the knowledge society, there is a readiness for continuous training as an indicator of professional success. The purpose of the research is to identify the impact of various forms of application of information technologies for lifelong learning in order to provide the continuous self-development of each person without cultural or age restrictions and on the basis of rapid digital progress. A high level (96%) of need of the adult population in continuing education with the use of digital technologies has been established. The most effective ways to implement the concept of "lifelong learning" have been identified (educational camps, lifelong learning, mass open online courses, Makerspace activities, portfolio use, use of emoji, casual game, scientific research with iVR game, implementation of digital games, work in scientific cafes). 2 basic objectives of continuing professional education for adults have been outlined (continuous improvement of qualifications and obtaining new qualifications). The features of ICT application in adult education have been investigated by using the following methods, namely: flexibility in terms of easy access to ideas, solving various problems, orientation approach, functional learning, group or individual learning, integration of leisure, personal and professional activities, gamification. The advantages of application of information technologies for continuous education (economic, time, and adaptive) have been revealed. The concept of continuous adult learning in the context of digitalization has been concluded. The research provides a description of the structural principles of the concept of additional education; a system of information requests of the applicant, as well as basic technologies for lifelong learning. The research indicates the lack of comprehensive research in the relevant field. The practical significance of the research results lies in the possibility of using the obtained results for a wider acquaintance of the adult population with the importance of the application of lifelong learning for professional activities and the introduction of methods for its implementation in the educational policy of the state.
