이 연구는 동해 표기와 관련된 최근의 논의 동향을 정리한 후, 이로부터 지리학적 지명연구의 과제를 도출하고 주요 주제를 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 2012년에 있었던 국제수로기구와 유엔지명표준화회의의 총회는 동해 표기에 관해 뚜렷이 다른 한국과 일본의 입장이 반복되어 노출되었다. 그 논쟁에서 향후 지리학적 지명연구에서 지속적인 연구가 필요한 네 가지 주제가 정리되었다. 첫째, 지명 병기의 필요성, 병기 대상의 특성과 인식 등 지명 병기의 문제; 둘째, 반폐쇄해, 배타적 경제수역 등 바다의 정치지리적 특성과 명칭 사용을 연결시키는 연구; 셋째, 한국인들의 정서에 밀착된 지리적 실체로서의 바다와 그 명칭과의 관계를 밝히는 연구; 넷째, 보다 객관적이고 논리적인 논의를 진행하기 위한 적절한 용어의 정의를 위한 연구 등이 그것이다.

It's a matter of ontology rather than that of cognition and methodology to discuss a work of art in Gadamer's philosophy. In addition, he emphasizes the cognitive aspect of a work of art instead of comparing forms and contents of them. For that reason, he excludes aesthetic consciousness derived from Kant first and then makes away with Schiller's theory of aesthetic education. For Gadamer, the concept of truth does not mean accord or correspondence. It would rather be an encounter. This encounter is not axed on a specific time, but a continuous and historical one. Basically. a work of art guarantees this kind of an encounter. This encounter is not based on mutual agreement through an objective standard but on recognition with mutual understanding. Therefore, prejudice or tradition should be acknowledged and respected instead of being excluded. We have only to minimize difference between them through conversation. Gadamer's ontology of a work of art is based on such a ground. The function of a work of art is not only simple satisfaction of aesthetic senses but an object of interpretation, that is, a text by presenting a ground of truth through an agreement of situation. This text reveals its meaning in the situation of author-text-reader. The appearance of this meaning is nothing but the birth of truth. Symbol-allegory and classicism show how to express this kind of truth in a work of art. It is true that Gadamer's philosophical hermeneutics cannot be easily applied to interpret a concrete work of art because it just lays emphasis on the process of 'understanding' instead of a detailed analysis on an individual work. For that reason, he was criticized by some people because of this subjectivity of understanding. However, it's meaning could be changed according to the viewpoint on a work of art. There appears various structural approaches on a work of art in contemporary theory of art. Gadamer just asks the basis of such approaches instead of criticizing a specific one Therefore, a practical approach on individual work should be made separately and hermeneutics enriches the meaning of open-ending of each work of art.

지리정보시스템은 많은 응용분야에서 이용될 수 있는 자료를 다룬다. 그러나 각 응용분야를 위한 필요한 정보가 지리정보의 설계단계에서 해상도, 추상화정도와 표현 방법에 따라 다르게 표현될 수 있다. 이와 같은 다양한 필요성을 다루기 위해서 지리정보시스템은 지리현상에서 발생하는 각 개체의 독립성과 동질성 여부에 따라 표현해야 한다. 또한 공간 객체 사이의 관계성이 역할에 따라 다르게 표현되는 방법도 다루어야 한다. 이 논문에서는 지리정보시스템에 대한 객체와 객체들 사이의 관계성에 의한 형식적 정의 문제를 제시하고 있다. 지리 자료는 지리-객체와 지리-필드로 분류되는데, 지리적 공간상에 존재하는 실제의 연속적이고, 이산적인 표현으로 나타낸 것이다. 이 논문은 지리-객체, 지리-필드와 비지리-객체 상에서 클래스와 관계 역할에 대해 연구하고자 한다. 이 연구의 결과는 클래스의 상태에 대한 특성인 속성-영역 관계를 이용하여 공간 객체의 속성을 형식적으로 구분함으로 해서 클래스 관계에 효율성을 기하고자 한다.

수치화된 영상에 의해서 대상물에 대한 위치정보를 취득하면 자료의 처리 및 저장, 갱신이 매우 용이하다. 위성을 이용한 위치결정체계인 GPS는 전 세계 어디에서나 3차원 좌표를 쉽게 얻을 수 있다는 장점 때문에 여러 분야에서 그 효용성이 증대하고 있다. 공간상에 존재하는 대상물에 대한 위치정보를 효율적으로 취득하기 위해서는 수치사진측량의 자동화가 이루어져야 하며 자료취득과 처리과정이 실시간적으로 수행되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 수치사진측량공정의 자동화를 위한 프로그램을 개발하였으며, CCD 사진기와 GPS 수신기를 장착한 이동차량을 제작함으로써 이동용 위치결정체계를 구축하였다. 또한 CCD 사진기의 좌ㆍ우측 정지영상과 GPS를 이용하여 지면에 대해 수직인 20개의 대상물에 대한 3차원 위치결정을 실시하였으며, 실시간 사진측량을 위한 기초 연구로서 동영상과 GPS를 이용하여 대상물에 대한 3차원 위치결정을 수행하고 정확도를 분석하였다.

본 연구는 고령화 사회에서 소방인력 활용 및 서비스 증대에 목적이 있다. 지속적인 생활수준 향상과 의료기술의 발달로 노인인구 비율이 높아져 고령화가 빠르게 진행됨에 따라 각종 재난으로부터 안전을 책임지고 있는 소방이 재해약자의 입장에서 종합적이고 체계적으로 관계부서와 연계하여 재해약자의 정확한 현황을 파악함과 동시에 신속한 출동은 물론 적절한 응급조치가 실시될 수 있도록 하여야 할 것이다. 그러기 위해서는 특정대상물위주의 정책에서 수요중심의 정책으로 전환하여 노인들의 생활 안전 교육과 주택안전의 종합적인 대책들이 강구되어야 한다. 또한 근대적 홍보방법에서 벗어서 IT강국의 위용을 활용한 홍보를 하는 등 119서비스 확대로 노인들의 편안하고 안락한 노후생활을 위한 소방서비스를 제공하여야 한다. 고령화 사회에서 노인인구에 대한 고찰이야말로 선진소방으로 가는 최선의 방법이다.

The object of this study was to observe the effects of Hwanggeum-tang (HGT) aqueous extracts on Streptozotocin-induced rat's diabetes and related complications. Three different dosages of HGT extracts were orally administered oncea day for 28 days from 3 weeks after Streptozotocin treatment (60 mg/kg, single intraperitoneally administered). All the rats were checked at 3 weeks after Streptozotocin treatment as follows. Changes on the body weight, blood glucose level, kidney weight, serum BUN and creatinine level, liver weight, serum AST and ALT level, serum LDL, HDL, triglyceride and total cholesterol level were observed with changes on the pancreatic MDA content and GSH content. The results were compared with a potent antioxidant silymarin 100 mg/kg in which the effects on Streptozotocin-induced diabetes and related complications were already confirmed. As results of Streptozotocin-injected diabetes and related complications, dramatical decreases on the body weight, increase of the kidney and liver weight, increase of serum BUN, creatinine, AST, ALT, LDL, triglyceride, total cholesterol level and decreases of serum HDL level were detected in streptozotocin control as compared with intact control. In addition, marked increases of pancreatic MDA content and decreases of GSH content were also detected in streptozotocin control as compared with intact control. However, these diabetes and related complications, and inhibition of antioxidant effects induced by Streptozotocin were inhibited by 28 days continuous treatment of 50, 100 and 200 mg/kg of HGT extracts in the present study. HGT have favorable effects on the diabetes and various diabetic complications. Therefore, more detail mechanism studies should be conducedin future with the efficacy tests of individual herbal composition of HGT and the screening of the biological active compounds in herbs.

전기적인 장치를 기반으로 한 테라헤르츠 송신기(terahertz transmitter; Tx)를 이용하여 0.34 THz의 전자기파를 발생시키는 소형 CW sub-THz 이미징 시스템을 제시하였다. Tx에 의해 발생된 0.34 THz의 전자기파를 point by point 스캔방식으로 샘플에 투과시켰고, 여기서 얻어진 데이터는 테라헤르츠 수신기(terahertz receiver; Rx)를 이용하여 진폭(magnitude)과 위상(phase) 정보로 측정한 후 이를 영상화하였다. 이 논문에서는 보다 좋은 이미지 해상도를 얻기 위하여 데이터 수집 시 이미지의 분해능(resolution)에 영향을 미치는 주사 스테이지(scanning stage)의 시간지연과 스텝거리를 변수로 두어 다양한 샘플들을 주사하여 그 결과를 측정, 비교하였다. 또한 플라스틱, 종이, 나무 등 다양한 샘플들의 이미징 측정을 통해 테라헤르츠 파의 응용 가능성을 확인하였다.

We observed a low-mass pre-main sequence star, HBC722 (also known as $LkH{\alpha}$ 188 G4), with Camera for QUasars in EArly uNiverse (CQUEAN) attached to 2.1 Otto Struve telescope at McDonald Observatory, USA. HBC722 is a new FU orionis-type object in the direction of NGC7000/IC5070, which produced large amplitude optical outbursts (${\delta}V$=4.7 mag over one year) for a few months and reached the peak in 2010 September. We carried out the photometric observation in SDSS r,i, and z band in 2011 April, July and August to monitor the long term decrease of its brightness. We also made continuous observation in r-band for half night in July, and whole two nights in August to investigate short term variability which could be related to the rotation of the central star or the inner circumstellar disk. In this poster, we present a preliminary result of the photometric observation for HBC722.

The primary object of this study lies in reilluminating the meaning of the Baroque, through studying arts and architecture by means of the features of Baroque aesthetics suggested by Deleuze in his writing 'Le Pli' on the basis of Leibniz's 'Pli' concept. Through this study we can see the following. In the first place, the six features - pli, separation between the inner and the exterior, highs and lows, unfolding, texture and paradigm presented as the features of Baroque aesthetics - have to be understood not as being independent features but as those derived from a series of continuous process of folding and unfolding. In the second place, Deleuze's thinking ranging from the 'Pli' of the Baroque to the paradigm derived on the ground of Leibniz thinking is a dynamic world of folding and unfolding, ultimately seeking unity through the topological changes and succession repeating deterritorization and reterritorization. In the third place, most architectural trends claiming 'Fold Architect' or the 'Pli' of Deleuze as their architectural philosophy are committing errors of mass-producing standardized designs by confining the meaning of Deleuze's 'Pli' concept into a simple reproduction of plied superficial things. With this finding in mind, the concept of folding and unfolding examined through reilluminating the Baroque Architecture where the 'Pli' concept is embodied, suggests to us that the problems of contemporary architecture should be rightened, and shows us that it can become an architectural philosophy which can be concretely realized in architecture.

행정정보공동이용은 정부의 효율성과 국민의 편의를 제고하기 위하여 매우 중요한 제도 중 하나이다. 그러나 행정 정보공동이용은 부처 간 이견조정기능 미흡, 관련 법률의 정비 필요성 등 다양한 비판에 직면하고 있어 이의 해결이 시급한 상황이다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 지난 2005년부터 시행된 행정정보공동이용제도를 평가하고, 문제점을 개선하기 위한 정책대안을 제시하는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 담당 공무원, 교수, 일반기업 직원, 연구기관 연구위원 등 전문가들을 대상으로 설문 및 인터뷰조사를 실시하였다. 연구조사는 문헌분석, 정부사업분석, 전문가회의 등을 통하여 개발되었으며, 연구분석틀과 일치하도록 조직, 기술, 문화, 관리, 정책, 법률 등 여섯 가지 측면으로 구성되었다. 연구 결과 추진체계의 조직구조상 단점 극복, 공유추진단의 자체 데이터베이스 구축, 정보유통방식의 혁신, 관련 문화의 개선, 대상정보 및 이용기관의 지속적인 확대, 활용도가 많은 정보에 대한 제공의무 신설, 행정정보공동이용법의 재추진 등이 필요한 것으로 밝혀져 이와 관련된 정책대안을 제시하였다.
