Smart work demands virtual collaboration and cooperation among team members in different places and different time. Sharing of knowledge among team members in these innovative activities are critical in every sense for the successful performance. This study explores the antecedents of knowledge sharing among team members in team-based innovation activities. Five factors (pleasure of knowledge sharing, self-efficacy, management support, rewards, and system usage) are identified through extant review of literature and an instrument is adopted and validated from previous studies. The instrument is adminitered against 138 individuals in and across 54 teams in a telecommunication firm. Except self efficacy, all the paths in the proposed research model is confirmed with different levels of relational coefficients towards the levels of knowledge sharing and innovation activities in teams. Surprisingly, findings indicate that intrinsic pleasure of sharing is most critical than management support, organizational rewards or system usage. This study fills the research gap in team management. Findings provide important implications for managing teams in coming virtual and smart environment.

To address this question, we have developed an framework and made hypotheses to explicate and analyze influencers(social presence, perceived privacy risk, perceived enjoyment, commitment, and community identification) to the attitude and continuity of social media. To test empirically, data collected from on and line survey and resolved by structural equation model. We found that social presence, perceived enjoyment and commitment influence to the attitude and continuity of social media. Finally, the theoretical and practical implications of theses results are discussed also research limitation and future research directions.

  • By the skyscraper building, increase of skin area and expansion of curtain wall system will be the important factors of acceleration in extending supply of BIPV system. In the future interior environmental evaluation is not a necessary to the residents but an essential term which will bring enormous influence. In the interior environmental evaluation, natural light will let the residents with direct contact with outside circumstances and make them feel opened. also only the daylight has radiant energy and color rendering that will have a great influence to residents' mental, operation efficiency and advancing productivity. This research compares and analyzes BIPC system in office spaces with two general sunlight's module. In addition to natural light's efficiency for BIPC system's comfort and confirmed economical efficiency will be applied to basic research data. Hence forth, ensuring indoor intensity of illumination and controlling light system to reducing energy research data will be demanded to increase the amount of supplying BIPC system. Also continuance research in the possibility of applying BIPC system in various buildings, room temperature affected by location of windows and its condensation, and economical evaluation will be required.

  • Based on the core value of the Q&A community, the contribution of knowledge and information has a great impact on users' community evaluation. As a small social group, the relationships and interactions among community members are quickly formed through information technology. As such, the cognitive evaluation of the relationship between community members will have an impact on the intention of information contribution. This research builds on the previous research based on the social exchange theory and establishes a dual model of swift guanxi in examining the relationship between guanxi and continuous knowledge contribution. In the current study, 305 survey questionnaires were used and 249 valid questionnaires were used for analysis. The analysis results are as follows: First, information support has a positive impact on dedication-based swift guanxi. While hypothesis between information support and constraint-based swift guanxi was not be supported. Second, emotional support has a positive impact on the formation of swift guanxi from a dual perspective. Third, the swift guanxi from the dual perspective has a positive impact on the intention of continuous knowledge contribution. Finally, although personal involvement has an adjustment effect, it is a downward adjustment effect, hypotheses are not supported. The current study offers theoretical and practical implications in field of knowledge management, specifically knowledge contribution in the virtual community.

  • This research investigates the relationship between the information quality, service quality, and system quality of lodging apps and the users' expectations, level of satisfaction, and intent to continue using them. For this objective, 418 respondents participated in a survey. To evaluate the hypotheses, the collected data were examined using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0 statistical software. This study constructed a model using information quality, service quality, system quality, expectancy, satisfaction, and intention to continue using the pre- and post-use relationship of users of accommodation applications. The results of testing the hypotheses indicated that system quality had no significant effect on expectancy, system quality and service quality had no significant effect on satisfaction, and all other hypotheses had significant effects. The conclusion of this research is that the app's system quality, including access speed, access barriers, and privacy, does not satisfy pre- and post-use expectations. In addition, the system quality and service quality of the application have little effect on the app's satisfaction. The information quality of the application has a considerable impact on expectation confirmation and satisfaction, expectation confirmation has an impact on satisfaction, and expectation confirmation and satisfaction have an impact on intention to continue using.
