  • This work was researched by practical method in a subjectivity study accessible in-depth, in sloughing off old habit of functional quantity analysis about Reception Type on policy reception of public & health campaign. The perception pattern come out in this study were divided into four types in Q-methodology. The result is as follows ; it is that divided'1[(N=16): Policy Improvement Type], 2[(N=7) : Public-relation Utility Type], 3[(N=19): Financial-continuance Type], 4[(N=11) : Healthy-prevention Orientation Type]'. Like this, it found that is very different type all over. Hereafter, this study is to ascertain acceptance behavior about Reception Type on policy reception of public & health campaign ; to offer a developmental suggestion about it.

  • This paper attempts to provide a more complete acknowledging of Hallyu(Korean Wave), using systems thinking. The central concept is understanding how all the objects of Hallyu(Korean Wave) in a culture system interact with one another. What it attempts to do is understand the feedback loop of Hallyu(Korean Wave) with other country culture, and thus understand the behavior of mass culture agent it make produce. This works is for public management and policy in culture industry and leading culture itself. And alternative policies that alleviate the problem, and implements this solution at Hallyu(Korean Wave) continuance.

  • Since IMF system was introduced once, downsizing has been usual phenomenon in business sphere. Downsizing influences the unemployed, and also the survivors such as in job stress, communication bias, lower organizational commitment and so on. This paper reviewed the relationship between organizational commitment and service quality, and the moderating effect of sex in hotel. Based on the responses from 494 hotel employees, the results of multiple regressional analysis showed that affective OC and normative OC have affirmative effects on service quality. The results of moderating analysis showed that continuance OC has an affirmative interactive-effect on responsiveness, assurance, and empathy with gender, and affective OC an negative interactive-effect on assurance.

  • In this research, we have selected the region of Jawoon river that is the area of high land vegetable growing in the upper Soyang Reservoir and we have observed actual floating materials that generate negative nutrition and turbidity of the Reservoir water and the changes of water quality by raining of each month for one year of 2005 in order to monitor the relationship of pollution sources by the outflow of rain water. In addition, we also have conducted statistical inspection methods such as correlation analysis and regression analysis on strength of raining force and rain continuance time among the elements affecting the outflow of floating materials.

  • The purposes of this study are to find the general trends of patriarchal characteristics at workplace and to investigate the differences according to related variables. The concept of patriarchal characteristics at workplace is defined in terms of three aspects of work, human relation, and sexual harassment. The data were obtained through 880 employed women living in Chonbuk-Province. The major findings were as follows : 1) As to the aspects of work and human relation, it was found that employed women very highly experienced the inequality such as sexual division of labor, sex-discrimination, sexual segregation, and women degradation. 2) Over the 90% of respondents reported that they had experienced the victimization of sexual harassment at workplace at least once. 3) The work-related variables(the type of occupation, the size of workplace, the length of employed women's continuance service, the ratio of employed women at workplace) in the degree of patriarchal characteristics were more important then demographic variables(age, education, marriage status)

  • Currently, LAMA(Local Automatic Message Accounting) is a billing mechanism which is being used for billing process, in which billing dat is written on MT(Magnetic Tape), collected at each regional billing center and then processed once a month. However, in order to prepare further development of telecommunication network and future new services, computerization of billing process and new daily billing processing system are urgently needed. Therefore Korea Telecom had developed a CAMA (Centralized Automatic Message Accounting) system for M10CN switch. In the CAMA system, billing data generated in switches is transfered on-line using approproate protocols and various transmission media and immediately processed. The CAMA system for M10CN switch consists of three parts such as ED (Extraction Device), TD(Transmission Device) and HC(Host Collector). The system also has redundancy to maintain continuance and confidence of system operation.

  • Evaporation of concrete influences the development of both initial transverse cracking and delamination in the concrete slab. It was suggested that spatting distress might develop in the slab where the initial transverse cracking occurred by theoretical equations and a field investigation. Thus, efforts to prevent the evaporation of concrete using proper curing methods are required to minimize the distresses of the slabs. Effective curing thickness (ECT) concept was used in this paper to evaluate various curing methods used to prevent the evaporation from concrete. Curing effectiveness quantified by the ECT of different types and amounts of curing compound under various curing conditions was investigated based on the results of laboratory tests. According to the test results, the wind speed is inferred to be a significant factor of the magnitude and continuance duration of the curing effectiveness.

  • The purpose of the study was to explore the structural relationships between the intent to continue using Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) and its determinants based on the information systems continuance expectation-confirmation model. A total of 156 students from five different universities in Korea completed an online survey. An analysis by structural equation modeling revealed that college students' intent to continue using K-MOOC is partially supported by the model. Although perceived usefulness and confirmation are strong determinants of satisfaction and intent to continue using information systems in general, confirmation was the only significant predictor of satisfaction, the only significant predictor of intent to continue to use K-MOOC. Written responses on the survey were used to interpret the results. Findings indicate significant effects of confirmation on perceived usefulness, of confirmation on satisfaction, and of satisfaction on intent and insignificant effects of perceived usefulness on satisfaction and perceived usefulness on intent to continue. Substantial implications for future research and practices are discussed.
