The purpose of this study is to explore the mechanisms influencing consumers' continued intention to use live-streaming e-commerce for shopping, providing strategic recommendations for businesses to optimize live-streaming activities and enhance consumers' shopping experiences. In this paper, we innovatively integrate the UTAUT2 and ECM theoretical models to construct a comprehensive research framework. This framework not only thoroughly reveals the multi-dimensional variables that affect consumers' continuous usage intentions but also delves deeply into the interrelationships among these variables. We collected data extensively through surveys and utilized the Structural Equation Modeling and Bootstrapping methods for analysis. The research results indicate that performance expectation plays a crucial role in determining the continuous usage intention; satisfaction exerts a significant mediating effect between performance expectation and four other variables concerning continuous usage intention; and expectation confirmation stands out as the most prominent factor in enhancing satisfaction.

The current study investigates VPA usage (i.e.,continuance intention of use, WOM intention) of by Theory of Planned Behavior (i.e.,attitude toward to VPA, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control) and perceived value/risk. The results show that (1) attitude toward to VPA, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, and perceived value positively predicted the continuance intention of VPA use. Regarding WOM of intention, there were positively significant effects of the attitude toward to VPA, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, and perceived value. The results of this study are expected to provide a variety of practical and theoretical implications in promising artificial intelligence market by the impact of TPB (i.e.,attitude toward to VPA, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control) and perceived values of VPA.

The ultimate goal of human resource management is to improve the organization's performance. This study explored how human resource management practices such as recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation and benefits, and performance appraisal affect the organizational commitment of Korean hotel restaurants. The results of this study shows that recruitment and selection, training and development have influence on affective organizational commitment, while compensation and benefits, and performance appraisal have impact on continuance organizational commitment. These findings have significant implications in presenting a new directions for human resource management in the operation of hotel restaurant business.

As of date, the cadastral information which is the utility to be computerized have not been identical with local autonomous entities and relational groups each other and updated real-time, therefore the relation group or the academic circles carried out in many researches on a cadastral map matching, but the cadastral maps have not been even occurred the expansion and contraction so that the theory arrangement doesn't seem simple as to a cadastral map matching. As being take such reality into consideration, We have to be based on $\boxDr$construction ministry of the rules for continuous map$\boxUl$ for a continuous cadastral map with using PBLIS data; so the operators use Autodesk Map 5 which added applications and match the neat line by the identical scale, the different scale, the district boundary and the origin according to the judgement myself We have the purpose to minimize the problem as analyzing the accuracy between the parcel coordinates If the matched map and ones of moved map.

The purpose of this study is to understand Skull Images in fashion trends and Skull Image Top Design for Female Teenagers. The methods of this study are an academic literature review as well as practical study through actual case studies about. The subjects of the study were 53 Female Teenagers who lived in Chuncheon. Data were collected during March, 2009. Statistical analyses used in the study were frequency. An adolescent period, they are rebellious, sensual and syntonic inclination. These days, Lots of Female Teenagers want unique fashion for herself and select Skull Image clothing. But they want fit and pretty style not big-look. In this study, I designed seven pieces of Top blouse while applying Skull Image, an important image of Hip-hop and Punk fashion, and the concepts of the continuance theory to them. This study will make a contribution to the designing of Top for Female Teenagers through reinterpretation of the Hip-hop and Punk fashion. In addition, there are practicable and unique Top design for Female Teenagers.

Recently, social network services (SNSs) most notably in Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin have became a worldwide sensation more than the other internet services. This study suggested social conformity theory is appropriate tools for diagnosis to rapid adoption and diffusion of SNSs. Based on previous research, we suggested three different aspects of social conformity:social imitation conformity, social connection conformity, and social comparative conformity. Namely conformity has positive effect on user's three kinds of commitment which called continuance, normative, and affective commitment. we investigated user's commitment to the SNSs have positive effects on user's stickiness intention. Finally, we presented useful implications related to academy and industry.

In this study we tried to measure the user satisfaction with IT in small firms. Though the number of small firms is not negligible, most studies on the IT satisfaction focused on medium and large-sized firms. Using Palvia's model in 1999 we measured If satisfaction of the employee in small firms in the manufacturing and telecommunication industry. We included seven constructs such as S/W pertinence, information content and accuracy, information format, system usefulness, system continuance, and system support to measure IT satisfaction. The result suggests that the If users in small firms are generally dissatisfied with the information technology and the areas of deep dissatisfaction are system usefulness and system support. Type of business, the gender and education of the users are found to affect the level of satisfaction.

Smartphone is affecting not only our everyday life but also our business, directly causing diverse side-effects. But up until now, many researches that have been conducted on smartphone were focused on continuance intention for smartphone use and user satisfaction. Thus, the objective of this research is to investigate the effects that smartphone dependency has on digital dementia which is one of negative effects of smartphone. For the purpose, we have reviewed studies that are related to perceived characteristics of existing smartphones. As perceived characteristics variables, we have adopted perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. And to present our research model, we have adopted smartphone dependency as psychological attitude variable and digital dementia as consequence variable. To implement an empirical analysis of our research model, we have conducted a survey with college student groups as research target who use smartphone most.

The purpose of this research is to empirically study the effects of servant leadership on in job satisfaction and organizational commitment in hospital setting. The results show that servant leadership is affecting job satisfaction. As to emotional commitment, servant leadership is positively related as predicted. On the contrary to the prediction, continuance commitment is also turned out to be related positively with servant leadership. Further research needs to be done with this finding.

This study propose CAE analysis of fire damper and design of the damper control system. Through the design of the damper system for ANSYS-CFX heat transfer. As a result of the analysis, continuance equation of the damper control. Climate system. Finaily, We have obtained a fire damper solution by using orthogonal array. The fire damper of the set of fixture and alveolus are made by using a CAE software. Also, the optimum design offshore structures. The new H-120 class fire damper was designed. In the near future, fire resistance test was carried out to obtain class H-120 thermal insulation of fire dampers according to a hydrocarbon fire conditions. The test results showed that the insulation of the damper blade was an important factor in the fireproof performance of fire dampers concerning the coaming length minimum 500mm on the unexposed side as specified test standard.
