교양 과목에서의 온라인 수업 학습자 만족에 관한 연구 - 녹화 동영상 수업을 위주로 (A Study on the Learner's Satisfaction of on-line Classes in Liberal Arts course - Focusing on on-line recorded video lectures)

  • The threat of COVID-19 pandemic put many universities in Korea to develop and implement various types of non-face-to-face on-line classes, such as on-line real time class and on-line recorded video class. Online education has been recognized as one of the effective educational methods because of its ubiquitous and flexible educational environments. Even though COVID-19 led to many problems such as faculty's burden and stress during the early stage of COVID-19, both students and faculties have gradually become familiar with on-line environment. As students have got accustomed to the online environment, on-line recorded lectures are shown to be more preferred rather than on-line real time class. Researches regarding the learner's satisfaction of on-line classes during the COVID-19 indicate that systematic and good quality contents and interaction by instructor are important factors. This study, therefore, investigate the learner's satisfaction of online classes in Liberal Arts course using recorded video contents in terms of contents and interaction. The results of empirical analysis reveal that systematic and good quality contents are likely to predict learner's satisfaction and interaction plays a great role in providing those contents. These findings provide insights that preparing systematic contents and interaction are key to enhancing learner's satisfaction of on-line classes in Liberal Arts course.

식생활교육 프로그램의 중요도-만족도 분석 - 서울·경기 식생활교육 프로그램 참여자를 중심으로 - (Importance-Satisfaction Analysis of a Dietary Life Education Program - Focusing on Dietary Life Education Program Participants in Seoul and Gyeonggi -)

  • This study was conducted to determine the elements that are required and that need improvement in the contents of dietary life education and the educational environment by analyzing the importance-satisfaction of a dietary life education program for dietary life education trainees. The results of the rank test for the satisfactory elements of dietary life education were in the order of competence of instructors, educational contents, time of education, educational environment and affordability of tuition. The importance-satisfaction analysis of the contents and construction of the dietary life education program showed that "suitable contents for the theme of the class", "contents and construction of practice class", "diversity of practice menu" and "diversity of educational contents" had high importance and satisfaction scores and therefore, could be maintained at their current levels. Meanwhile, "adequacy of class time" and "contents and construction of theory class" showed low importance and satisfaction scores, requiring a little effort. Whereas, "time and construction of group practice", "structure of textbook for class" and "duration of course and number of classes" showed relatively low satisfaction compared to importance, requiring major efforts for improvement. Similarly, analysis of the lecture element from dietary life education showed that "professional lecture by instructors", "lectures suitable for themes" and "lecture applicable in real life" had relatively low satisfaction compared to importance, requiring major efforts for improvement. In addition, analysis of the educational environment from dietary life education showed that "adequacy of lecture room space", "cooking equipment", "diversity of cooking utensils" and "sanitary condition of cooking utensils" also require major efforts for improvement. Therefore, dietary life education should not be executed with a simple delivery of knowledge but with both theory and practice classes to increase its application in real life, and active and specific efforts are required to nurture professional instructors and establish educational strategies.

치위생과 학생들의 임상실습내용에 따른 실습기관별 만족도 (Satisfaction towards clinical training institution according to clinical practice contents in the dental hygiene students)

  • Objectives: The purpose of the study was to investigate the satisfaction towards clinical training institution according to clinical practice contents in the dental hygiene students. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 382 dental hygiene students of five colleges in Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongsangnam-do from August 20 to September 30, 2013. The data were analyzed using SPSS WIN 20.0 program for t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation analysis. The questionnaire consisted of the general characteristics of the subjects and the satisfaction towards the clinical training institution. The satisfaction was composed of 44 questions including the general satisfaction, practice contents, practice guide, training time of practice, training environment, practice evaluation, and personal relationship by Likert 5 point scale. Results: The students were most satisfied with the practice contents of the dental university hospitals. The dental hospital and dental clinics were the most satisfied choice in the personal relationships. Public health center dental clinics bestowed the students with the most satisfied practice guidance, time, environment, and evaluation. Practice contents and practice time were the most influential factors to dental hygiene department satisfaction to the students. Conclusions: In order to enhance the clinical practice satisfaction, it is necessary to have the continuous relationship with the clinical training institution. The practice satisfaction is influenced by the contents and environment of the clinical training institution.

뷰티전공 대학생의 쇼핑 성향이 뷰티 콘텐츠 만족도와 구매 행동에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Shopping Orientation of Students Majoring in Beauty On Satisfaction In Beauty Contents and Purchasing Behavior)

  • 본 연구에서는 뷰티 전공 대학생의 쇼핑 성향이 뷰티 콘텐츠 만족도와 구매 행동에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 연구대상은 광주, 전남지역 대학생을 대상으로 2019년 9월에 설문조사를 실시하였고, SPSS 21.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석과 신뢰도 검정, 상관관계 분석, 선형회귀 분석을 실시하였다. 쇼핑 성향이 뷰티 콘텐츠 만족도에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과는 첫째, 유행추구성향, 편의추구성향, 쾌락추구성향이 뷰티 콘텐츠 만족도에 유의한 영향이 나타났다. 둘째, 쇼핑성향이 구매 행동에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과 쾌락추구 성향, 유행추구 성향 상표추구 성향 편의추구 성향, 가격추구 성향이 구매 행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 뷰티 콘텐츠의 만족도가 구매 행동에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과 뷰티 콘텐츠 만족도가 높을수록 구매 행동도 높게 나타났다. 이에 뷰티 전공자들의 구매성향이 콘텐츠 만족과 구매 행동의 인과관계의 틀을 밝혀 마케팅전략을 세우는 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다.

e-learning 컨텐츠 품질에 관한 연구 (A Study on e-Learning Contents Quality)

  • The remarkable growth of the Internet since mid-l990s has expanded the e-learning market and brought the transformation of educational environments and methodology. It can be said that the e-learning has changed the educational paradigm. Korean government is firmly determined to support the diffusion of e-learning because of the benefits of e-learning. People seem to accept the e-learning when its contents have high quality. A lot of research have been conducted on e-learning, however, it was mostly about user's usage intention, satisfaction and educational effect. It can't seem that sufficient research efforts have been put into figuring out the role of e-learning contents quality in the expansion of e-learning. In this paper, we present the empirical study on the influence of e-learning contents quality on user's satisfaction and educational effect. We conducted an questionnaire survey on college students to collect data and found that the quality of e-learning contents has significant influence on the users' satisfaction.

UCI 디지털식별체계시스템의 사용자만족에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Influencing Factors on the User Satisfaction for the UCI Digital Identifier System)

  • Korean Government has invested a lot of efforts on digital contents industry. It believes that the digital contents industry enables Korea to regain the reputation of the most powerful IT country. Among its various efforts to promote the digital contents industry, a Digital Contents Identifier System, called UCI(Universal Contents Identifier), has been developed and deployed. UCI has provided a critical infrastructure for digital contents production and distribution. Thanks to Korean Government's efforts, users (companies and individuals) have currently registered 3.8 million digital contents through 25 RA organizations. Although the number of registered contents has been increased rapidly, many organizations hesitate to adopt the UCI system due to the lack of visible and short-term returns from the UCI system. Thus, this research tries to explore factors which affect UCI user satisfaction. This research finds that user's awareness, information quality, and service quality are the critical influencing factors toward UCI user satisfaction. In addition, this research finds that the critical influencing factors in public organizations are different from the critical influencing factors in private organizations. These findings hopefully provide useful guidelines for disseminating the UCI system widely.

Service Quality, Value and Satisfaction in University Job Fair

  • This paper examines the casual relations among service quality, perceived value and satisfaction from the perspective of Job Fair attendees. Numerous studies have been conducted in the field of perceived value and satisfaction. This work would be the mere contribution in the literature development but surely contribute to the better development of service providing sector to create better quality, value and satisfaction. A framework suggested that personal service, touristic attractiveness and physical environments were turned out to affect positively on the perceived value and satisfaction. The service providers should concentrate on developing the issues.

  • 기존의 고객만족지수 산출방법은 크게 나누어 단일문항평가방법, 복수문항산술평균방법, 항목별 가중평균방법 등이 있고, 항목별 가중평균방법에서 가중치의 산정방법에 따라 여러 가지의 모형이 있고, 이들에 대한 장단점이 있다. 본 논문에서 적용한 고객만족도 모형은 단일문항평가방법과 항목별 가중평균방법을 병용하였고, 지금까지의 연구와는 다르게 고객만족도점수 산정 방법에 역점을 두었다. 모집단에서 표본을 추출하여 여러 요소와 항목에 대한 질문을 통하여 얻은 결과를 지수화하는 작업으로 산출되는 고객만족도 지수를 접하는 사람들은 100점 만점의 점수라고 생각하여 판단하게 되고, 특히 설문지의 응답자가 생각하는 100점 만점의 점수와는 큰 괴리가 있다. 이와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 본 연구에서 고객만족도 점수 모형을 개발하고 과학기술 콘텐츠 제공 웹 사이트의 고객만족도 점수를 산출하였다.

A Study on Information Attitude, Brand Attitude, Usage Satisfaction, Brand Image and Brand Loyalty of YouTube Sports Contents Viewer

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the structural relationship among information attitude, brand attitude, usage satisfaction, brand image and brand loyalty of YouTube sports Contents. The survey subjects to achieve the purpose of this study were selected the 490 YouTube sports contents Viewer in the metropolitan area. Data processing was done with SPSS 23 for frequency analysis, Cronbach's α analysis. Also, AMOS 21 was used for confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model analysis. The results of the analysis are as follows: First, it is more effective to increase the attitude toward the brand itself rather than information attitude to use satisfaction Second, both information attitude and brand attitude were found to have a positive effect on enhancing brand image. In relation to attitude and image, it was possible to achieve research accumulation for YouTube users. Third, it was found that both the use satisfaction and the brand image presented in the previous study had a positive effect on brand loyalty.

모바일 동영상 서비스 만족도 결정요인 분석 (Analysis of Factors Affecting on Mobile Video Services' Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 현재 사용 중인 모바일 동영상 서비스의 사용자 만족 향상을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 속성별 만족도를 조사하고 성별 및 연령에 따라 속성별 만족도와 전반적 만족도와의 관련성을 분석하여 모바일 동영상 서비스 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위해 DMB와 모바일 동영상 서비스를 동시에 사용하는 362명의 사용자를 대상으로 모바일 동영상 서비스의 전반적 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 분석하였다. 또한 속성별 만족도와 전반적 만족도간 관계에 지상파콘텐츠 제공여부가 조절효과를 하는지를 분석하였다. 분석방법으로 빈도분석, 교차분석, t-test/F-test, 다중회귀분석, 조절회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 모바일 동영상 서비스 전반적 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 콘텐츠 다양성, 화질, 재생품질, 이용편리성, 데이터 소모량 등 이었으며 성별, 연령별로 속성별 요인과 영향력에 있어서 차이가 있었다. 또한 지상파 콘텐츠 제공여부는 전반적 만족도에 영향을 미치는 결정변수 및 조절변수로 작용하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 만족도를 향상시키기 위해서는 반드시 지상파 콘텐츠를 제공하기 보다는 다양한 콘텐츠 제공과 UI/UX 개선 등 이용편리성을 개선해주는 것이 바람직한 방법임을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 시사점과 한계점을 제시하였다.
