유색미 화학성분의 품종간 차이 (Varietal Difference of Chemical Composition in Pigmented Rice Varieties)

  • 유색미의 이화학적 특성을 구명하고자 현미 색깔이 서로 다른 품종을 재배하여 색도, 일반성분, 지방산, 무기질, 비타민, 식이섬유 등 주요 화학성분을 비교 분석하였다. 그 결과 현미의 색도 L값은 흰색 > 녹색 > 적갈색 > 흑자색의 순으로 낮았고, a값은 적갈색 > 흑자색 > 흰색 > 녹색의 순이었다. 단백질함량은 $7.01{\sim}10.74%$의 범위를 나타내어 현미색에 따른 차이가 컸고 그 중 흑자색인 C3GHi계통이 가장 높았다. 지방함량은 $2.6{\sim}3.3%$의 범위로 큰 차이가 없었다. 비타민 $B_1,\;B_2$ 함량과 식이섬유함량은 흰색에 비하여 녹색에서 현저하게 높은 값을 나타내었다. 지방산조성을 분석한 결과 흰색은 올레산과 레놀레산의 지방산 조성비율이 비슷하였으나 흑자색은 올레산보다는 리놀레산의 비율이 높았고, 적갈색은 반대로 리놀레산 보다 올레산의 조성비율이 더 높게 나타났다. Fe, Zn, Mn을 제외한 대부분의 무기질 함량은 유색미가 흰색 보다 높은 값을 보였고 그 중에서도 녹색이 가장 높았다.

Chemical compositions and antioxidant characteristics of Korean maize hybrids in different cropping seasons

  • The climate change impact has facilitated double cropping system on maize production in Korea. The objectives of this study were to investigate the chemical composition changes according to the sowing dates on double cropping in 8 dent type, 2 intermediate type, and 4 semiflint type of Korean maize (Zea mays L.) hybrids and evaluate its antioxidant characteristics. Fourteen maize hybrids were sown on April 5 and July 5 of 2015. The average crude protein contents in dent and semiflint type maize sown on April 5 were higher than those sown on July 5 (p<0.05). There was no significant difference in average of total amino acid contents in all types of maize according to the sowing dates. Major amino acid in maize hybrids were glutamic acid followed by proline, alanine, and aspartic acid, which has no significant difference according to the sowing dates. The average crude fat contents in semiflint and intermediate type maize sown on April 5 were higher than those sown on July 5 (p<0.05). The average composition of saturated fatty acid in dent type maize sown on April 5 was higher than those sown on July 5. However, the average unsaturated fatty acid composition showed the opposite result (p<0.05). Fatty acids were mainly composed of linoleic acid (C18:2) and oleic acid (C18:1) in maize hybrids. The average oleic acid percentage of dent and semiflint type maize sown on April 5 were higher than those sown on July 5, while the average linoleic acid was lower. The average amylose content of all types of maize sown on April 5 was higher than those sown on July 5. On the other hands, the average carotenoid contents had the opposite result (p<0.05). There were no significant differences in total average of polyphenol contents and DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging activities in all types of maize based on the sowing date. Total polyphenol contents had positive correlation with DPPH (r=0.33, p<0.01) and ABTS (r=0.50, p<0.0001) radical scavenging activities. In conclusion, the kernel composition affects maize quality. These data are useful for maize breeding program and cultivation and food processing industry.

유색미의 품종별 화학성분의 조성 (Chemical Composition of Pigmented Rice Varieties)

  • 유색미의 이화학적 특성을 구명하고자 유색미를 품종별로 수집하여 색도, 일반성분, 지방산, 무기질, 비타민, 식이섬유 등 주요 화학성분을 비교분석하였다. 그 결과 유색미의 색도는 L값은 일반현미>적미>흑미의 순으로 낮았고 a값은 적미>일반현미>흑미의 순이었다. 단백질 함량은 $8.4{\sim}11.0%$의 범위를 나타내어 시료에 따른 차이가 컸고 그중 수원 415 흑미가 가장 높았으며 지방함량은 $2.7{\sim}3.3%$의 범위로 큰 차이가 없었다. 비타민 $B_{1},\;B_{2}$의 함량도 일반현미에 비하여 유색미가 현저하게 높은 값을 나타내었으며 식이섬유의 함량도 유색미가 일반현미에 비하여 높았다. 지방산 조성을 분석한 결과, 추청과 동진은 oleic acid와 linoleic acid의 조성 비율이 비슷하였으나 흑미는 oleic acid보다는 linoleic acid의 비율이 높았고 적미는 반대로 linoleic acid보다 oleic acid의 조성비율이 더 높게 나타났다. Fe, Zn, Mn을 제외한 대부분의 무기질 함량은 유색미가 일반현미보다 높은 값을 보였고 그 중에서도 흑미가 가장 높았다.

세월호 기억공간 건립 관련 탐색적 연구: 장소성 및 다크투어리즘 관점을 중심으로 (Exploratory Study on the Construction of Sewol Ferry Memorial Space: Focusing on the Perspective of Placeness and Dark Tourism)

  • 본 연구는 문화관광론의 주요 개념 중 하나인 장소성과 다크투어리즘 관점으로 세월호 기억공간의 입지 선정, 콘텐츠 구성 관련 기준 등을 제시하고 이와 관련된 학술적 개념과 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 먼저 주요 입지별로 장소성 개념을 적용하여 세월호 기억공간의 입지 선정을 제안하였고, 콘텐츠 구성에 대해서는 콘텐츠적 구성요소인 인물, 이야기, 장소 개념과 다크투어리즘 구성방향을 토대로 그 방향성을 제시하였다. 연구결과, 스토리텔링 방식의 서사적 구조를 먼저 체계화하고 이를 구체적으로 구현하는 방식을 활용하여 세월호 기억공간을 설계할 경우 특정한 하나의 장소의 입지선정에 집중하기 보다는 서사적 구조를 기반으로 세월호 기억공간을 분산하고 코스화하여 건립하는 것이 가능함을 제안하였다. 또한 세월호 기억공간이 416생명안전공원과 목포신항만 배후부지 등에 분산되어 건립되는 경우 장소성과 다크투어리즘간의 연계성을 감안하여 콘텐츠 구성기준이 보다 복합적이고 체계적으로 수립되고 적용되어야 할 것임을 주장하였다. 세월호 기억공간에 대해 장소성과 다크투어리즘 관점에 입각하여 주요 이슈와 관련한 연구질문에 답하고자 한 본 연구가 향후 세월호 기억공간의 건립에 있어 하나의 참고자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

Chemical Characterization of Industrial Hemp (Cannabis sativa) Biomass as Biorefinery Feedstock

  • Chemical composition and enzymatic saccharification characteristics of hemp woody core were investigated by their chemical composition analysis and enzymatic saccharification with commercially available cellulases (Celluclast 1.5L and Novozym 342). Hemp woody core have higher xylan and lower lignin contents than its bast fiber. Based on hemicelluloses and lignin composition, hemp woody core is similar with hardwood biomass. However, cellulose was more easily converted to glucose than xylan to xylose and this trend was confirmed both hemp woody core and yellow poplar. Hemp woody core biomass shows higher saccharification than yellow poplar (hardwood biomass) based on cellulose and xylan hydrolysis. With easier enzymatic saccharification in cellulose and xylan, and similar chemical composition, hemp woody core have better biorefinery feedstock characteristics than hardwood biomass.

노인요양시설의 공간구성 관련 연구동향 (Research Trends Related to the Spatial Composition of Nursing Homes)

  • This study was intended to grasp the research trends related to the spatial composition of nursing homes. The 43 research papers were collected and analyzed. They were analyzed to focus on the research methodology and research contents related to the spatial composition of nursing home. The researches on spatial composition of nursing home were categorized into 5 types ; 1) the researches on the overall spatial composition of nursing homes, 2) the ones on space planning of each room in nursing homes, 3) the ones on the space size of nursing home, 4) the ones on the spatial composition of nursing homes in foreign countries, 5) the ones on the usage conversion of small-sized hospital and closed school into nursing home. The size and layout of a bedroom and common space were the main issue. These studies have been consistently carried out since late 1990 and many researches used the method of the analysis of floor plan and the field study. However, the number of the subject nursing homes and the categorized space areas were different depending on studies. Therefore, it was difficult to synthesize these various results. In order to compare and synthesizing the various results of these many studies, the same criteria for dividing the spaces of nursing home needs to be applied. However, many results from these researches related to the space composition of nursing home would be the useful data for planning the nursing home.

$RuO_2$를 기본으로 한 후막 저항체의 유리질 성분에 따른 저항값과 온도 안정성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Sheet Resistance and Temperature Stability of $RuO_2$-based Thick Film Resistors with Varying Glass Composition)

  • The dependence of electrical characteristics of RuO$_2$-based thick film resistors on the RuO$_2$ contents, glass composition variation and the firing temperatures was measured. The sheet resistance of resistors decreased as the contents of RuO$_2$ increased and at firing temperatures higher than C, the sheet resistance increased as the firing temperature increased. In case of using lead borosilicate glass-containing $Bi_{2}O_{3}$, the sheet resistance decreased as the contents of $Bi_{2}O_{3}$ increased. TCR changes from negative to positive values as RuO$_2$ contents increased and from positive to negative values as the firing temperature increased. TCR increased to positive values as $Bi_{2}O_{3}$ increased in the glass.

살균조건에 따른 과채혼합주스의 저장 중 성분변화 (Changes in Chemical Compositions of Fruit-Vegetable Mixed Juice Sterilized at Various Conditions During Storage)

  • The purpore of this study was to elucidate the nutritional significance of the fruit-vegetable mixed juice during storage and distribution by examining the chemical composition of the mixed Juice for storage. The fruit-vegetable mixed Juices were sueriliged at 95$^{\circ}C$ for 30, 70, 100 seconds and the results of the changes in vitamin C contents, colors, total carotenoid contents, total aerobic counts and sensory evaluation of the mixed Juice were as follows: Vitamin C contents were drastically decreased at 7 day's storage and were not significantly different between the mixed Juices at p< 0.05 level after 7 day's storage. The longer the sterilization time and storage period of the mixed Juice was the higher changes in color was. The color changes in the sterilized samples were higher in order of 100, 70 and 30 seconds. Total carotenoid contents were slightly decreased according to storage period but were not affected by sterilization time. Total aerobic counts were 1.1 $\times$ 101 cfu/ml before sterilization, but it was negative after sterilization at 95t regardless of sterilization time. Sensory qualities such as color, flavor, taste and total acceptability of the mixed juice tended to be decreased by the Increased storage period and sterilization time. Especially, the sterilized sample for 100 seconds showed lots of changes In color.
