We present a method for tracking and interaction based on hybrid sensing for virtual environments. The proposed method is applied to motion tracking of whole areas, including the user's occlusion space, for a high-precision interaction. For real-time motion tracking surrounding a user, we estimate each joint position in the human body using a combination of a depth sensor and a wand-type physical user interface, which is necessary to convert gyroscope and acceleration values into positional data. Additionally, we construct virtual contents and evaluate the validity of results related to hybrid sensing-based whole-body tracking of human motion methods used to compensate for the occluded areas.

본 연구는 청각장애인과 비장애인 모두를 위한 수어 교육의 접근성과 효율성을 개선하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 Hand Tracking 기술과 대화형 AI를 통합한 VR 실감형 수어 교육 콘텐츠를 개발하였다. 사용자는 이 콘텐츠를 통해 실시간으로 수어를 학습하며, 가상 환경에서의 직접적인 의사소통을 경험할 수 있다. 연구 결과, 이러한 통합 접근 방식이 수어 학습에 있어 몰입감을 크게 향상시키며, 학습자에게 더 깊은 이해를 제공함으로써 수어 학습의 장벽을 낮추는 데 기여한다는 것을 확인하였다. 이는 수어 교육의 새로운 패러다임을 제시하며, 기술이 교육의 접근성과 효과를 어떻게 변화시킬 수 있는지를 보여준다.

This paper presents a target model update scheme for the mean-shift tracking with background weighted histogram. In the scheme, the target candidate histogram is corrected by considering the back-projection weight of each pixel in the kernel after the best target candidate in the current frame image is chosen. In each frame, the target model is updated by the weighted average of the current target model and the corrected target candidate. We compared our target model update scheme with the previous ones by applying several test sequences. The experimental results showed that the object tracking accuracy was greatly improved by using the proposed scheme.

본 논문에서는 웹 로봇과 핑거프린팅 기법을 이용하여 인터넷에 배포되어 있는 이미지 콘텐츠를 자동으로 수집하고 원구매자를 식별하는 기법을 소개한다. 핑거프린팅 기법은 워터마킹 기법의 확장 기술로 구매자의 정보를 콘텐츠에 삽입/추출하는 저작권보호 기법의 하나이다. 콘텐츠 내에 삽입된 핑거프린트는 콘텐츠를 식별하는 식별자의 역할을 할 뿐만 아니라 원 구매자의 정보도 가지고 있어서 콘텐츠의 저작권 보호에도 활용된다. 본 논문에서는 이미지 검색 엔진과 핑거프린팅 기법을 혼합한 능동적 콘텐츠 추적 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 시스템은 콘텐츠가 배포되기 전에 원 구매자의 정보를 핑거프린트로 삽입하고 구매기록을 저장한다. 배포된 콘텐츠는 웹 로봇에 의해 자동으로 수집되고 동시에 핑거프린트 정보가 추출되어 서버에 저장된다. 콘텐츠의 식별은 추출된 핑거프린팅 정보와 배포 시점에 저장된 판매기록을 비교하여 이루어진다.

So that high-strength and electrical properties apply by excellent high voltage insulator electricity material, ATH content and platinum-based flame retardant that influence in flame retardant and tracking characteristic among composite of silicone rubber studied mechanical strength and influence getting to electrical properties. Composition of ${\alpha}$, ${\omega}-vinyl$ poly (dimethyl-methylphenyl) siloxane(VPMPS) of a polymer quantity made doing mole of D4, $D3^{Me,Ph}$ and VMS by 1000:15:0.2 mole ratio and uses basic catalyst tetramethylammonium silanolate(TMAS) and do opening equilibrium polymerization to be used to main polymer for high voltage insulation insulator. Control ATH content and content of platinum-based flame retardant and made high voltage insulation silicone rubber. Measured mechanical strength of making silicone rubber using UTM, and tracking characteristic according to standard of IEC 60587, flame retardant test studied effect that flame retardant characteristic gets in tracking characteristic, measuring according to UL94V method of test.

Some polymer materials including epoxy resin are being instead of porcelain for outdoor insulating materials such as insulators bushings cable terminators and surge arrester housing. And the largest problem to be overcomed is the tracking and erosion of the outdoor polymer material brought about by dry band arcing during prolonged exposure to contaminations. In this paper the effect of surface tension wettability flow rate of contaminants with varying surfactant content and frequency of applied voltage on the tracking breakdown of epoxy insulating materials were investigated. As the flow rate of contaminant is increased the surface resistivity is decreased and the leakage current is increased the time to tracking breakdown is decreased. It is found that time to tracking breakdown depends on the surface tension of contaminant that is difference of wettability. And as the frequency of applied voltage is increased time to tracking breakdown decreased.

스마트폰이나 태블릿 PC와 같은 모바일 디바이스에 이용되는 디지털 콘텐츠 수가 IT 산업 발달과 함께 급속도로 증가하고 있다. 이와 함께 디지털 콘텐츠 관리 방법에 대한 연구도 활발히 진행되고 있다. 기존 연구에서 인터넷 불가능지역에서 모바일 디바이스간에 디지털 콘텐츠 활용 정보를 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 CTI가 정의되었으며, 콘텐츠가 전달될 때 마다 생성되는 CTI에 대한 관리, 오버헤드 감소, 가능한 빠른 시간에 많은 CTI를 수집할 수 있는 기술 등과 같은 콘텐츠추적정보 관리 방법을 제안하였다. 본 논문는 콘텐츠추적정보 관리 방법을 검증하고, 성능을 분석할 수 있는 시뮬레이터를 설계, 구현하였다. 이 시뮬레이터는 인터넷 접근이 안되는 환경에서 모바일 디바이스의 이동에 따른 콘텐츠 이동을 가상으로 시뮬레이션하고, 콘텐츠추적정보 관리 방법에 대한 효율적인 동기화 오버헤드 감소와 여러 이점들을 검증하였다.

This study is a fundamental research for recycling waste vinyl (WV) in asphalt mixture for improving roadway pavement. Mix design was conducted by WV content and optimum asphalt content (OAC) was determined for dense-graded surface course mixture. Marshall stability test, indirect tensile strength (ITS) test and wheel tracking test were carried out to measure the characteristics of WV-added asphalt concretes. From the results of this study, recycling WV in asphalt mixture is possible. However, as WV content increased, melted WV clustering appeared in asphalt mixture. It could be considered that adding too much WV in asphalt mixture is not proper. The proper content of LDPE and HDPE WV was appeared to be 12% and 8%, respectively.

This study analyzes the visual perceptual difference of observers in the artworks created by human artists and artificial intelligence(AI) through eye-tracking. More specifically, the study analyzes the degree of visual attention through a fixation experiment on non-linguistic sources such as the formation and expression of artworks. As a result of this study, the subjects had guessed that one out of four artworks were created by AI (in actuality, 61.1% of the artworks were created by The Next Rembrandt). This demonstrates that most of the subjects hardly recognized the difference between the artwork of human artists and AI. From the comparative analysis of visual perceptual differences found through eye-tracking, more visual attention was found to be demanded for catching details of more stimulating visuals compared to less stimulating visuals. In the gender difference analysis, both of the female and male subjects were likely to stare more intently at the flowers of still-life paintings (Deep Dream & Vincent Van Gogh) while the eyes of a portrait painting (Rembrandt & The Next Rembrandt); this demonstrates no significant differences in gender. Various opinions on AI and art creation from different perspectives arose, therefore, this research is meaningful in a way that it suggests an objective examination through experiments with an artistic perspective.

In this paper, the effect of surface tension, wettability, flow rate of contaminants with varying surfactant content and frequency of applied voltage on the tracking breakdown of epoxy insulating materials were investigated. As the flow rate of contaminant is increased, the surface resistivity is decreased, and the leakage current is increased, the time to tracking breakdown is decreased. It is found that time to tracking breakdown depends on the surface tension of contaminant, that is difference of wettability And as the frequency of applied voltage is increased, time to tracking breakdown decreased.
