트랜스퍼 그레인을 위한 예측제어기 설계에 관한 연구 (A Study on Design of Predictive Controler for Transfer Crane)

  • Recently, an automatic crane control system is required with high speed and rapid transportation. Therefore, when container is transferred from the initial coordinate to the finial coordinate, the container paths should be built in terms of the least time and without sway. Therefore, we calculated the anti-collision path for avoiding collision in its movement to the finial coordinate in this paper. And we constructed the neural network predictive two degree of freedom PID controller to control the precise navigation. The proposed predictive control system is composed of the neural network predictor, two degree of freedom PID controller, neural network self-tuner which yields parameters of two degree of freedom PID. We analyzed crane system through simulation, and proved excellency of control performance over the conventional controllers.

  • This paper analyzes a dynamic lot-sizing problem, in which the order size of multiple products and a single container type are simultaneously considered. In the problem, each order (product) placed in a period is immediately shipped immediately by containers in the period and the total freight cost is proportional to the number of each container type employed. Also, it is assumed that backlogging is not allowed. The objective of this study is to determine the lot-sizes and the shipping policy that minimizes the total costs, which consist of ordering costs, inventory holding costs, and freight costs. Because this problem is NP-hard, we propose a heuristic algorithm with an adjustment mechanism, based on the optimal solution properties. The computational results from a set of simulation experiment are also presented.

  • This paper tries to draw some implications for Korean seaports in terms of management and development of ports with respect to attracting more transshipment container cargoes. For this the results of the Origin-Destination(O-D) analysis between major Korean ports and top 20 Chinese ports were presented. They also contained the O-D analysis between Chinese major ports and their inland hinterlands.

  • A strategic planning to attain a Marine Logistic Transportation Center on the Far-Eastern Pacific is investigated and is being reviewed at the NTRM Vision IV. Utilizing high speed super-sized container carriers, 15,000TEU and 35knots, between the two hub-ports, a western coast city of the United States and Kwangyang/Busan of South Korea, are motivated by now highly successful shipbuilding and maritime industries. SMART, 330MW thermal power plant under planning, will greatly expedite the transfer of cargoes across the Pacific. A sizable effort is required to achieve the goal, but the reward will also be very great, technically, economically, socially and geo-politically.

  • Variability factors of transship cargo in the container transportation market analysis short term factors. In the past, studies on the factor of variability in container cargo volume have focused on long term volume forecast and increase in investment and competitiveness from strategic perspectives. Unlike previous studies, this paper analyzes factors of variability in transshipment volume rapidly varying in short term and seeks measures. Since it was identified that transshipment volume depends on vessel operation cost and port volume in long term but effectively on special strategies launched by port authorities in short term, the port authority experienced rapid drop in volume should continue to observe strategies of competition ports and to make use of strategies seeking appropriate countermeasures.

  • In the paper We have analyzed the case study of the domestic and foreign railway logistic information systems based on the railway logistic to build the information architect basis system of real-time simultaneous. In case of domestic examples, We have analyzed the logistic information system used in Korea Railroad and the information systems of Kyungin ICD(Inland Container Depot) and Busanjin CY(Container Yard). In case of foreign example, we have analyzed the logistic information system of Japanese FRENS(Freight information network system) and the examples of freight tracking using RFID(Radio Frequency Identification). Through the above analysis, We have induced the main problems and improvement methods. We are able to build the railway-oriented information network system for the massive and efficient railway transportation.

  • PID controller has been used very widely in the industrial applications. But it is difficult tune the PID gains. In this paper, we present a design of optimal 2-DOF PID controller for control of container crane which has to control swing motion and trolley position. For tuning of the 2-DOF PID control gains, we used hybrid evolution program(EP). During operate the crane system in yard, the goal is transporting the load to a goal position as quick as possible without rope oscillation. The crane is generally operated by an expert operator, but recently an automatic control system with high accuracy and rapid transportation is required. However, we developed an optimal controller which has to control the crane system with disturbance.

  • 현재, 유럽에서 중요한 역할을 담당하고 있는 수송모델로서 바다와 강을 연계한 Sea-river 수송모델은 황해권 지역에서의 국내 외 화물수송과 여객수송에 있어 장래에 매우 중요한 역할을 할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 육상수송에 따른 국내 교통 혼잡문제와 극동아시아 국가의 화물량 증대로 인한 물류 문제의 개선을 위해 경인운하의 운항조건에 적합한 sea-river 연계 바아지선단의 수송모델을 제안한다. 즉, 본 연구에서는 경인운하의 형상과 크기 등의 제한조건 등을 고려하여 바아지선단의 수송효율 측면의 경제성을 바탕으로 경인운하를 이용한 황해권의 sea-river 연계 수송모델로서 효율적인 바아지선단 구성의 표준화를 제시하고자 한다.

도선 관점에서 본 초대형 컨테이너 선박의 부산신항 내 안전대책 연구 (A Study on the Safety Measure for Mega Container Ships Calling at Busan New Port from the Perspective of Pilotage)

  • 최근 부산신항은 항계 내의 장해물 제거 공사와 함께 부두 부근 항내 수심을 17m까지 확보하여 컨테이너 선박의 대형화 추세에 지속해서 대응하고 있다. 한편, 2020년도에는 24,000TEU급 초대형 컨테이너 선박이 입항하고 있으며, 이와 같은 흐름에 맞추어 추후 항내 수심을 23m까지 확보하는 것을 계획 중이다. 이처럼 대형선박 입항 시 상황에 따라 주의하여야 할 요소에 대한 사전 점검이 필요하며, 이를 위한 이해관계자 간의 정보 공유가 필요할 것으로 판단된다. 본 논문에서는 초대형 컨테이너 선박의 통항에 따른 해당 항로의 영향을 파악하기 위하여 선박 입·출항 통계자료 및 선박 운항 성능 자료를 바탕으로 통항 안전성 평가를 시행하였으며, 4,000 TEU선박 통항시와 비교하여 최대 8.4%높은 위험도가 발생하였다. 또한, 초대형 컨테이너 선박의 부산신항 내 안전한 통항을 위한 도선 관점에서의 운항 특성 의견을 취합하여 최소안전수심과 예선 운용 방안 등의 안전대책을 함께 제시하였다. 이를 통하여 초대형 컨테이너 선박의 부산신항 입·출항시 사고 예방에 이바지할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.
