Review sentiment is found to have a stronger impact than review length, especially for negative sentiment. The study also suggests that consumers pay more attention to reviews of practical products, and that reviews have less influence on hedonic products. Research implications or Originality - The implications of these findings are relevant for both merchants managing reviews and consumers reviewing products. The results of this research could help businesses and marketers optimize their online review strategies to maximize their impact on consumer behavior.

  • A cyber shopping mall is a place where consumers acquire the product information and make purchase decision in the cyber space. Even though there are many advantages over traditional malls, there are still several limitations to do shopping in an existing cyber mall. One of them is the absence of efficient search tool to handle various products specifications. Existing search systems usually support the "keyword search only" with limited product information. Consumers spend lots of their time and efforts in searching products and comparing them. Recently, some web sites provide the shopping mall comparison service that supports the additional search conditions such as price and maker. These services improve the situation but it is not still acceptable. In this paper, we propose an intelligent product search system based on a mediator which supports various conditional search for each product. Our system provides consumers with search results that satisfy purchase specifications. Our system is implemented in Visual basic and pert and experimental results show satisfactory performance.

After consumers evaluates the products, consumer is satisfactory or dissatisfactory with products. And the satisfaction effects repurchase intention. The criteria which consumer didn't consider can be important to consumer after buying. Therefore the research problems are as follows; 1. To reveal the consumer's post-purchase clothing evaluative criterita and to indentify the dimensions of post-purchase clothing evaluative criteria. 2, To examine a causal model of the repurchase intention by post- purchase clothing evaluative criteria, satisfaction and brand attitude, A questionnaire was developed and administered 530 women living in Taejeon, and social daytime wear was selected as a clothing item for the study. Consumer's post-purchase clothing evaluative criteria were composed of six dimensions; Fit, Utility, Management, Transformation, Wearing/sewing, Esthetic factor.
