Interested in the importance of Consumer Education in school has recognized in modem society, due mainly to the development and change of consumption life. Among the many contributions to the study of consumer issues that Consumer Education in school is the most important thing to be rational consumer. However, There is no any system to support the Consumer Education in school even though we need it. And thus, this paper is used the method of Contents Analysis through critically reviewing the professional web-sites of Consumer Education Center in Japan and Europe in order to investigate what the goal is, what contents are, how they operate their Consumer Education System. Moreover, we compare two web-sites in aspects of system, structure. The Consumer Education in Japan and Europe is toward the value of life which is not the buy-man-ship but the way of thinking and philosophy of life. The school lead the Consumer Education through the integrated system which is invoked all of related subjects. Each related subject is gotten together for the Consumer Education. Most of all the Consumer Education Center in Japan and Europe is in the middle of Consumer Education in school, and then absolutely assist and support Consumer Education in school.
Purpose - Many variables are needed for brand loyalty such as brand attitude, brand attachment, brand love and brand commitment. Thus, we should manage these all variables successfully for strong and differentiated brand equity. This study aims to identify the process of how the brand value propositions affect the brand attitude and brand attachment. This study specially conceptualizes that not only utilitarian value and hedonic value influence the brand attitude but also hedonic value influences the brand attachment. This study focuses on the moderating role of consumer involvement such as cognitive involvement and affective involvement in the causal relationships among brand value propositions, brand attitude, and brand attachment. Research design, data, and methodology - The five hypotheses were proposed and tested in this study. Three hypotheses were about the relationship among the brand value propositions(utilitarian value and hedonic value), brand attitude, and brand attachment. The other two hypotheses were about the moderating effect on consumer involvement in the causal relationships among brand value propositions, brand attitude, and brand attachment. Research data were collected from the students of universities located in Daejeon-Si and Chungchungnam-Do. For the purpose of test the hypotheses empirically, the 208 responses were used. We utilized SPSS18.0 for statistical analysis such as reliability test, factor analysis, and regression analysis. Results - The results show that the utilitarian value and hedonic value have influence on the brand attitude positively. The results also show that the hedonic value has influence on the brand attachment positively. We found that there is a moderating effect on the cognitive involvement in the relationship between the utilitarian value and the brand attitude. However, there is no moderating effect on the affective involvement in the relationship between the hedonic value and brand attachment. In Summary, 4 of 5 hypotheses in this study were supported and 1 hypothesis was not supported. We should identify the reason why the hypothesis 5, the moderating effect of the affective involvement in the relationship between the hedonic value and brand attachment, was rejected in this empirical analysis. Conclusions - Both the utilitarian value and the hedonic value that propose a brand are important for brand attitude. Specially, the hedonic value is important for brand attachment. Companies should provide the consumers with both the utilitarian value and the hedonic value in a balanced way for their favorable brand attitude and strong brand attachment. In the retail industry, the balance between the utilitarian value and the hedonic value is important in that there are many product brands and store brands providing consumers with various benefit and values. Also, there are possibilities that the causal relationships among brand value propositions, brand attitude and brand attachment are moderated by consumer involvement such as cognitive involvement and affective involvement. Companies should understand and consider consumer involvement for their efficient and effective brand management decision making.
This study explored an impact of consumer innovativeness on fashion consumption propensity and clothing satisfaction, focusing on female consumers in 20's and 30's. Specifically, the smart phone users had been the subjects of study because they accept new things earlier than others. The collection of data was carried out for one month in September 2011, and a total of 390 copies were used for final analysis. A statistical package SPSS 16.0 was used for analysis of data. First, the impact of innovativeness on fashion consumption propensity was explored. It was found that the innovativeness has impact on ostentation-seeking propensity and personality-seeking propensity. The impact of innovativeness on the clothing satisfaction was explored. It was found that the innovativeness has negative impacts on tangible value satisfaction and intangible value satisfaction. Second, it was found that if an innovative consumer has less ostentation-seeking propensity and less personality-seeking propensity, the innovative consumer gets more satisfaction from tangible value of clothes. On the other hand, if an innovative consumer has less ostentation-seeking propensity, the innovative consumer gets more satisfaction from intangible value of clothes. Third, the differences in consumer innovativeness, fashion consumption propensity and satisfaction dependent on the age of consumers were explored. In innovativeness and fashion consumption propensity, fashion-seeking propensity and personality-seeking propensity had significant differences between different age groups. In satisfaction, tangible value satisfaction had significant difference between different age groups. However, there was no significant differences between different age groups in ostentation-seeking propensity, economy-seeking propensity and intangible value satisfaction.
Threshold limit value (TLV) test between expert and consumer panel was conducted about absolute, recognition and difference threshold respectively. And we tried to suggest appropriate and minimum acceptable menthol concentration level by consumer panel. Determination of threshold value was based on ASTM E 679-79 method by forced-choice ascending concentration series. In addition, a semi-ascending paired difference method was referred to conduct test. The group threshold value was determined as the value of geometric mean individual threshold. The smokers were dividend by two groups, trained and consumer panel. Trained panel was selected according to sensitivity to menthol discrimination. Consumer panel wasrecruited in proportion as population ratios including female smokers. They were all over twenty years old volunteers and summed up thirty four persons. In terms of sensor evaluation, overall difference test with seven-category scale by both trained and consumer panelists were done. On judging correct or incorrect answer, two by three cut-off levels applied to. Every test was conducted with two sessions, before smoking and during smoking period. And, only two samples served each paneI per test with regard to sensory fatigue and reliable results. All tests were replicated, and in total 32 times per panelist. In conclusion, the recognition threshold about consumer and expert panel was 358 ppm/cig. and 276 ppm/cig. in separately. Besides, absolute and difference thresholds were obtained also. And, we conduct difference threshold test with two different ways, upward and downward. And, The results of each method were 246, 195 ppm/cig., 1414, 1336 ppm/cig. and 1047, 972 ppm/cig.

This study is intended for demonstrating the impacts of different factors on the formation of online consumer engagement behavior of young Chinese moviegoer in Korea. Based on Value-Exchange Model [Itani et al., 2019], we build research model to reveal the relationships among perceived enjoyment, perceived movie information value, multiplex-audience relationship quality, multiplex usage satisfaction, and online consumer engagement through experiments on valid data we collected from 186 participants who had lived in Korea and experienced the multiplex pages of top 3 movie theaters, where Smart PLS 3.0 is the tool used for statistical analysis. The experimental results show that both perceived enjoyment and perceived movie information value positively correlate to multiplex-audience relationship quality, and multiplex audience relationship quality significantly influences multiplex usage satisfaction and online consumer engagement. In addition, it is found that relationship quality plays the role of mediator between perceived enjoyment and satisfaction. The findings from this study offer both academic and managerial implications for movie distributors who are interested in developing potential Chinese consumer market in Korea.

Internet is changing the way consumers shop and buy goods and services, and has rapidly evolved into a global phenomenon. The primary purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of consumer's on-line shopping values on satisfaction and intention to re-use. Economic value, emotional value, convenience value, social value, product variety were identified as affecting factors of satisfaction and intention to re-use of on-line shopping purchasing based on prior studies of on-line shopping behavior. This study tested the hypothesized model using the data from 132 consumers who have purchased products in on-line shopping mall. According to the result, economic value, emotional value, product variety are significantly related to the consumer satisfaction but convenience value, social value are not. Consumer satisfaction of online purchasing was also shown to be related to the intention to re-use. It can provide practical guidelines on effective operation strategies for consumer loyalty.

The purpose of this study is to find out the important factors and efficient strategies concerning internet marketing. This study tries to examine satisfaction of the on-line consumers on internet shopping mall via fashion products. To fulfill this objectives, a survey was conducted from May 15 to May 30 in 2006, and an subject of study is men and women aged from 10s to 40s in purchase experience of the fashion merchandise to internet shopping malls. Data collected over the internet, and analyzed the 205 subjects. The statistical analysis methods was frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, multiple regression analysis. The empirical studies were summarized as follows. First, internet shopping mall's fashion goods attributes(goods characteristics, aesthetic expression, variety of goods) significantly affect consumer's utilitarian shopping value. Second, internet shopping mall good's price attributes(economical efficiency of price, price reasonableness, price value, price information, price discount) significantly affect consumer's shopping utilitarian shopping value and hedonic shopping value. Third, consumer's utilitarian shopping value and hedonic shopping value are positively related to the internet consumer's shopping satisfaction.

The object of this study is to find out the influence of college students' consumption value on consumer attitudes towards environmental awareness and clothing environmental behavior. Questionnaires were administered to 236 college students living in DaeguCity and Kyoungbuk province. Frequency, factor analysis, reliability analysis, regression analysis, and t-test were used for data analysis. Our findings are as follows. Consumption value of college students had factors as differentiated, consumption needs, utility, economies ostentation, others awareness, and belonging. Consumer attitudes towards environmental awareness were found as environmental importance, environmental product purchase, environmental product interest, and environmental action. Clothing environmental behavior were found as up cycle, buying eco-friendly clothing, active participation, saver purchase, and eco-friendly clothing management. The result of this study showed differentiated, others awareness, and belonging had significant effect of environmental product purchase and consumption needs, utility, and belonging had significant effect of environmental action. Differentiated, and others awareness had significant effect of up cycle, buying eco-friendly clothing, active participation, and eco-friendly clothing management. Gender of college students showed significant differences consumption value, consumer attitudes towards environmental awareness, and clothing environmental behavior.
The purpose of this study was to reveal association between medical service quality, consumer satisfaction, service value and customer loyalty. Medical service quality was composed of physical quality, personal quality, technical quality, procedural quality. We thought these factors affect to the consumer satisfaction, service value and customer loyalty. For this study, 221 dental patients in Busan and Ulsan are participated in this study. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, pearson's correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression analysis with SPSS 18.0 program. In conclusion, we obtained the next results. First, the influencing factor in consumer satisfaction were physical quality(${\beta}$=.519), personal quality(${\beta}$=.262), procedural quality(${\beta}$=.110), adjusted $R^2$=.537. Second, the influencing factor in service value were physical quality(${\beta}$=.253), personal quality(${\beta}$=.251), technical quality(${\beta}$=.210), procedural quality(${\beta}$=.136), adjusted $R^2$=.401. Third, the influencing factor in customer loyalty were personal quality(${\beta}$=.343), physical quality(${\beta}$=.302), procedural quality(${\beta}$=.148), adjusted $R^2$=.398. As dental patients' desire to medical service quality becomes diversified, the analysis result is considered to help the future dental service management.
This study conducted an exploratory factor analysis to examine how consumers' confidence on the local foods used at tasty farm eateries influence their purchase behaviors. The four factors of perception of local foods used at tasty farm eateries and the factors of consumer confidence and purchase behaviors were extracted for a reliability analysis, correlation analysis of variables, and simple and multiple regression analysis. The following are the findings: first, among the four factors of perception of local foods used at tasty farm eateries, safety, sociality and product value had statistically significant influences on consumer confidence, whereas regional economic value did not. In other words, safety referring to the nutritional value and sanitary safety of food ingredients used for the native foods at the tasty farm eateries, product value referring to the characteristics differentiated from general Korean cuisine, and sociality referring to the various related experiences for the interests in farm culture and local food, leads to consumer confidence, whereas regional economic value referring to farm household income, local job creation, and development of farm tourism does not. Second, consumer confidence had a statistically significant positive impact on consumers' purchase behaviors. Among the five principles of local foods, reliability is the most important factor. When consumers gain confidence on local food items and are satisfied with them, they make additional purchases and revisits. Therefore, confidence is a very important aspect for the loyalty and sustainability of business.
