브랜드이미지와 자아이미지가 제품 선택시 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Congruence between Brand-Image and Self-Image to the Preference of Product Purchase)

  • 브랜드 이미지와 자아이미지가 제품구매 선호에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 살펴 본 결과 브랜드 이미지는 제품의 물적 속성과 상징적 의미를 공유하였으며 이러한 상징은 구매하는 사람의 의미를 다른 사람에게 커뮤니케이션 하는 역할이 될 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 개성을 갖기도 하는데 특히 소비자들의 기억 속에 자리 잡은 브랜드이미지는 구매의사결정 과정 중 대안 평가 단계에 영향을 미침으로써 지속적 반복적 구매 여부의 결정 요인이 되고 있다. 브랜드는 제품의 물적 속성과 아울러 상징적 의미에 의해 그 이미지가 형성되며 제품이 상징적 의미로 사용될 경우에는 그 물적 특성보다는 소비자의 가치 체계가 더 많이 작용한다. 제품 자체가 상징적 의미로 사용될 때 브랜드이미지의 형성은 소비자의 가치체계에 초점을 맞춤으로써 효과적으로 소비자에게 소구 할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 소비자의 가치체계 준거의 틀로서의 자아이미지는 스스로에 대한 주관적이고 객관적인 지각이며 소비자와 관련하여 의식적 혹은 무의식적으로 또는 적극적 소극적으로 자아이미지를 유지 고양하기 위해 노력하는데 이는 소비자의 구매의사 결정 과정에서 자아이미지가 영향을 미친다는 것을 의미한다.

GAP 인증인삼 현황과 4P 전략 (Situations of GAP certified ginseng and 4P's strategies)

  • Ginseng in Korea has not only the big production value but also till a good reputation from overseas in the name of 'Korea Ginseng'. Having spread rapidly nationwide from 2000 year, its production keeps on increasing but its consumption becomes lazy and its price is also falling down because of comsumer's concern about mainly overusing pesticide for ginseng. In order to cope with this problem, the government introduced the GAP certification system to ginseng in 2006 to reflect consumer's needs for food safety. This system will be a good opportunity to promote ginseng consumption dramatically. In this aspect it is very important to know how well this system is established and how ginseng farmers build marketing strategies to draw new wind in the market. This study was carried out to look over the GAP certified ginseng system and show its marketing strategies using 4P's(product, place, promotion and price). The main results are as follows. GAP ginseng system currently has some weaknesses such as lack of systematic certification management and after-service, nonrealistic certification fee and poor linkage from production to consumption. In the marketing mix strategies, product strategy suggests that the most desirable appearance be transplanted ginseng filled with branch roots and 4 to 5 year-ginseng, and it is necessary to choose multi-brand strategy divided for present into for self-sufficiency and family brand strategy by use if its brand enlarges to processed products in the future. In the place strategy, 3 stages like 'producer group' - 'GAP certified facility' - 'sales shop' are based as the physical marketing channel according to traceability, and connected with giant retail market and environment friendly stand, and if its sales volume enlarges, it should be considered the GAP ginseng specialized marketplace which is a type of chain store. In the promotion strategy, the promotion of government level is necessary at first and producer alliances require the promotion targeting at the group of women under 40 with differentiation from price, quality, and safety. In the price strategy, the early stage-high price strategy which sets 20~25% higher for self-sufficiency and 30~35% for present is desirable.

스마트 등산복에 대한 구매의도와 영향요인 분석 : 확장된 기술수용모형(TAM)을 바탕으로 (A Study on The Influencing Factors of Purchase Intention for Smart Mountaineering Garments : An Extended Technology Acceptance Model)

  • 최근 등산객이 급속히 늘어나면서 등산복에 대한 소비자의 욕구도 다양화되고 있다. 또 이를 충족시키기 위해 다양한 기능의 스마트 등산복이 출시되고 있다. 스마트 등산복은 기존 등산복이 제공하는 착용감이나 소재적 특성을 넘어서 다양한 기능성을 제공할 수 있으며, 미래 등산복 시장에서 주요 제품이 될 것으로 기대된다. 본 연구는 기술수용모형(TAM)을 바탕으로 스마트 등산복의 구매의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 20-61세의 등산 경험이 있는 남녀 641명을 온라인 설문조사하였다. 또 기존 TAM 연구에서 제시된 선행변인 외에 유행관여를 추가하고, 기술혁신성에 보건성이나 기계적 기능을 고려하여 확장된 TAM모형을 도입하였다. 분석 결과, 자기효능감은 지각된 유용성, 지각된 사용용이성, 지각된 즐거움에 모두 영향을 미치고, 의복관여는 지각된 사용용이성에, 유행관여는 지각된 유용성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 지각된 사용용이성은 지각된 유용성과 지각된 즐거움 모두에 영향을 주었고, 지각된 유용성과 지각된 즐거움은 구매의도에 직접 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 분석 결과, 등산복이 첨단제품으로서 고객의 자기효능감과 유행관여에 결합되어야 하고, 동시에 의복의 일종이라는 전통적인 이미지를 탈피할 때 스마트 등산복의 기능성과 유용성이 소비자에게 인식될 수 있다는 함의를 도출할 수 있었다.

Microbial Diversity of Commercial Makgeolli and Its Influence on the Organoleptic Characteristics of Korean Rice Sourdough, Jeung-Pyun

  • Sourdough is made by fermentation of dough by lactic acid bacteria (LAB) and yeast to improve bread properties like volume, flavor, and texture. A Korean traditional sourdough was made by fermenting rice flour with rice wine (makgeolli) and used to make sponge-like bread (jeung-pyun). The aim of this study was to investigate the microbial diversity of makgeolli products and their influence on the organoleptic quality of jeung-pyun. Three commercial makgeolli were tested for jeung-pyun production, with each product exhibiting varied dough swelling rates and organoleptic qualities, and among them, J-product was ranked highest in texture and taste. Microbial analysis of the three makgeolli also showed a big difference in their population and diversity. J-product had the highest LAB and yeast counts, and the predominant species were Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus brevis, Leuconostoc pseudomenteroides, and Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Using J-product, sourdough was fermented at $25^{\circ}C$, $30^{\circ}C$, and $35^{\circ}C$, and the microbial growth in and textural properties of jeung-pyun were examined by instrumental and sensory tests. At high temperature ($35^{\circ}C$), the rates of dough swelling and acidification were fast due to rapid microbial growth mainly caused by LAB, resulting in a short leavening time and soft and sour jeung-pyun. Sensory tests showed consumer preference for the soft and mild-sour jeung-pyun. This study shows that LAB in makgeolli play key roles in production of jeung-pyun, influencing the textural and sensory properties. For the production of high-quality jeung-pyun, development of LAB starters with high gas productivity and low acidity and establishment of an optimal fermentation procedure for rice dough are necessary.

미곡시장(米穀市場) 구조변화(構造變化)와 가격지지정책(價格支持政策) (The Rice Price Support Program in the midst of Structural Change)

  • 1990년대에 들어 한국(韓國)의 미곡시장(米穀市場)은 대내외적(對內外的)으로 새로운 변화를 겪고 있다. 대외적(對外的)으로는 "우루과이라운드" 및 쌍무협정을 통해 대외개방(對外開放)과 생산보조금(生産補助金)의 감축에 대한 압력에 직면해 있고, 대내적(對內的)으로도 쌀소비의 감소(減少)로 1989년부터는 정부수매가격(政府收買價格)이 도매가격(都賣價格)을 상회하는 구조적(構造的)인 문제가 나타났다. 이러한 가격역전현상(價格逆轉現象)은 민간상인(民間商人)의 재고기능(在庫機能), 계절적(季節的) 가격안정기능(價格安定機能), 유통기능(流通機能)을 위축시키며, 정부재정(政府財政)에 주는 부담을 기하급수적으로 증가시킬 뿐만 아니라 미곡시장(米穀市場)의 가격구조(價格構造) 및 유통과정(流通過程)을 왜곡시키고 있다. 따라서 미가지지정책(米價支持政策)을 통환 증산(增産)보다는 농촌생활기반조성(農村生活基盤造成) 및 농업구조조정(農業構造調整)으로의 전환(轉換)이 필요하다. 그러나 농민들의 농업정책(農業政策)에 대한 불신, 농업기반(農業基盤)의 취약성, 그리고 정치적인 역학관계를 고려할 때 정부(政府)의 일방적인 지시보다는 농민이 선택할 수 있는 대안(代案)을 제시함이 바람직하며, 점진적인 구조개선(構造改善)이 필요하다고 생각된다. 이 논문에서는 전환기에 처한 한국(韓國) 미곡시장(米穀市場) 현황(現況) 대한 경제적(經濟的) 분석(分析)과 사회적(社會的) 비용(費用) 및 마찰(摩擦)을 최소화(最小化)하며 대내외(對內外) 환경변화에 적응할 수 있는 정책대안(政策代案)을 제시하고자 한다.

A Study on the Bobos Styles in the Contemporary Fashion Trend - Focusing on the Bobos feature in Korea -

  • This thesis has an intention to examine how much Bobos, which has appeared as a new ruling class in the age of digital information economy, has had an influence on the fashion design and which aspect Bobos fashion assumes specifically. The existence of Bobos in Korea and its cultural disposition are examined. To do so, questionnaire survey has been performed for 400 persons. According to the result, it is shown that they control themselves thoroughly through exercise and have much interest in their health; for example, they prefer organic agricultural products and nonpolluting foods. They also consume goods reasonably, emphasizing on their own individuality, rather than purchase high-price articles for no good reason, and enjoy their life while seeking for success in the society. Such a disposition is almost same as that in the U.S, showing a small difference in the occupation or origins. It is examined which aspect Bobos fashion design, a new trend, assumes in more detail. Bobos seeks for a thing that is not cheap, has a recognized brand, and is not behind the fashion. They like the nature friendly, classical, and not vulgar thing. design should be casual and practical, and the quality of the material should be good. Especially, an individual disposition is emphasized in Bobos fashion, in which they disregard a brand and try to be the subject of a trend, by creating a fashion by themselves, to express their originality freely. Bobos fashion the first style it harmonizes the appear things not to be matching with each other and depending on pursuing the mix & match. The second style of Bobos fashion nature is friendship and fight. The hazard which it does like that the fact that it attempts is the composition characteristic of idea. The namely design is an utility cheap assuredly with high-class characteristic of subject matter is not a recognize cheap. The third style of Bobos fashion is expressed in nostalgic about the art. Of course Bobos style is not a possibility fashion as main stream of doing still today, but the effect of Bobos is magnified gradually from cultural, social, economic area. It analyzes style is a tendency where trend of the consumer is gradually converted marketing. This paper is meaningful in the sense that Bobos class, which has not been examined yet systematically, and the fashion are connected closely, and the fashion trend in the next is examined.

  • 디지털 환경의 전자 상거래는 종래의 물리적 환경(현실환경)에서의 상거래와는 마케팅, 유통구조 둥 여러 측면에서 차이를 나타내고 있으나 특히 소비자의 상품 구매형태에 큰 차이가 있다. 기존의 구매패턴은 제품을 보고 만지고 시험하면서 체험적으로 느껴, 제품의 가치를 판단하여 구매하였는데 이에 반해 디지털 환경하의 전자상거래는 컴퓨터 모니터화면에서 얻은 정보에 의해 제품의 가치를 판단하게 되어 구매 판단의사를 결정하게 된다. 현재 출시되고 있는 제품의 대다수는 상거래 공간이 디지털 환경이 아닌 현실환경으로 설정하여 일련의 디자인 프로세스에 따라 소비자에게 어필할 수 있게끔 디자인하였다. 그러나 하루가 다르게 디지털 환경인 사이버공간에서 전자 상거래가 이루어지는 이 현실을 감안하여 본다면 디지털 환경에 적극적으로 어필할 수 있는 디자인물을 내놓아야 할 것이다. 서로 다른 두 환경에서 또 같은 제품디자인의 이미지를 피험자들은 어떻게 인식하고 있는지를 파악하기 위하여 요인분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 제1요인에서 서로 상이한 이미지를 가지고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 상이한 이미지를 가지고 있는 배경에는 각각의 환경에 따를 이미지에 영향을 미치는 조형적 요소의 전달이 상이하기 때문인 것을 알았다.

유통업체 상표의 구매행동에 관한 실증적 연구 (A Study on the Effects of Quality Evaluation Cues on Private Brands Purchasing Behavior)

  • 본 연구에서는 품질지각에 미치는 내재적 단서(intrinsic cues), 외재적 단서(extrinsic cues), 친숙성(familiarity)등의 품질평가 단서둘이 유통업체 상표 구매행동에 미치는 영향을 알아보 는데 목적이 있다. 실증분석 결과 연구의 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지속적인 브랜드 이미지 향상을 위해 고객의 불만사항 요구사항을 수렴하여 고객 을 충족시킬 수 있는 상품의 기획, 상품의 품질 색상 디자인 가격대를 결정하여야 할 것이다 지속적인 홍보 전략을 통해 유통업채 상표를 더욱 친숙하게 만들어야 호의적 이미 지가 창출될 것이다. 둘째, 계획구매자들은 가계의 예산에 맞께 합리적인 구매를 하기 때문에 유통업체 상표를 재구매 할 의도가 더 높다. 그리고 품질평가와 상표인식에 호의적인 구전효과를 가지고 있올 것이다. 이런 구매자들올 유지하기 위해서는 유통업체 상표구매에 대한 혜택옳 인식 시켜 주어야 할 것이다. 셋째 유통업체 상표의 주 소비층이 30$\sim$40대 주부들이고 가족수가 많아 합리적인 구매를 하며 소득은 중간수준의 소비자들로 구분할 수 있다. 이들 소비자들 을 대상으로 유통업체에서는 세분화하여 적절한 전략을 사용하여야 할 것이다.

세대간의 웰빙인식정도와 웰빙관련 실천행동의 비교 (Comparison of Awareness and Practice on Well-being Life and Related Behaviors According to Generations)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the awareness and practice on well-being life and well-being related behaviors, and the various factors affecting well-being related behaviors such as purchasing food materials, food habits, eating out and daily routine activities. A survey was conducted by questionnaire and on a 5-point Likert scale. The subjects of this study were composed of 221 students and their 102 parents who were over 40 years residing in the Ulsan area. The results of this study are summarized as follows: Almost half of the subjects (47.4%) responded that they have good health conditions; to keep a good health condition, 41.2% of the subjects were exercising regularly and 20.4% of them kept diet control. In regard to the meaning of well-being, 66.6% of the subjects thought it is the lifestyle for physical and mental richness (children: 70.6%, parents: 57.8%). 30.3% of the subjects answered that the most important part of well-being was food related. The importance order was mental richness, food related things, physical health for children, and for the parents, it was food related things, physical health, mental richness. Most of population (45.8%) answered that they have a willingness for the pursuit of a well-being life. Among the well-being related behaviors, 69.7% of subjects have purchased items (children: 61.5%, parents: 87.3%). 37.2% of the subjects have acquired information from TV. The average well-being practice score was $61.01{\pm}10.36$. Children's scores were significantly lower than the parent's scores (p < 0.001). And the average practice score of 'purchasing food materials,' 'eating out,' 'food habits,' 'daily routine activities' were $15.3{\pm}3.3,\;15.5{\pm}3.1,\;16.8{\pm}3.3$ and $13.4{\pm}3.5$, respectively. Among five types of purchasing food materials, 'purchasing domestic agricultural food' was greatest ($3.64{\pm}0.91$) and 'purchasing of organic or low agricultural chemical food products' was lowest ($3.15{\pm}0.91$). In regard to food habits, 'eating rice and bread made of mixed grains' was greatest ($3.46{\pm}1.12$) and 'eating uncooked food or zen food' was lowest ($2.46{\pm}0.99$). The practice scores were significantly affected by gender (p < 0.05), monthly income (p < 0.01), educational level (p < 0.01), presence of disease (p < 0.05), subjective health condition (p < 0.05), well-being awareness (p < 0.001) and concern with well-being (p < 0.001). Well-being awareness scores and well-being practice scores are related positively. Therefore various programs in well-being education should be necessary in order to boost the authentic perceptions of well-being and well-being oriented behaviors in any socioeconomic situation, such as different generations; industrial companies producing well-being goods for consumer's needs and satisfaction; and government and local community create various conditions for well-being oriented behavior.

DISCRIMINATION BETWEEN VIRGIN OLIVE OILS FROM CRETE AND THE PELOPONESE USING NEAR INFRARED TRANSFLECTANCE SPECTROSCOPY

  • Food adulteration is a serious consumer fraud and a potentially dangerous practice. Regulatory authorities and food processors require a rapid, non-destructive test to accurately confirm authenticity in a range of food products and raw materials. Olive oil is prime target for adulteration either on the basis of the processing treatments used for its extraction (extra virgin vs virgin vs ordinary oil) or its geographical origin (e.g. Greek vs Italian vs Spanish). As part of an investigation into this problem, some preliminary work focused on the ability of near infrared spectroscopy to discriminate between virgin olive oils from separate regions of the Mediterranean i. e. Crete and the Peloponese. A total of 46 oils were collected: 18 originated in Crete and 28 in the Peloponese. Oils were stored in a temperature-controlled room at 2$0^{\circ}C$ prior to spectral collection at room temperature (15-18$^{\circ}C$). Samples (approximately 0.5$m\ell$) were placed in the centre of the quartz window in a camlock reflectance cell; the gold-plated baking plate was then gently placed into the cell against the glass so as to minimize the formation of air bubbles. The rear of the camlock cell was then screwed into place producing a sample thickness of 0.5mm. Spectra were recorded between 400 and 2498nm at 2nm intervals on a NIR Systems 6500 scanning monochromator. Spectral collection took place over 2-3 days. Data were analysed using both WINISI and The Unscrambler software to investigate the possibility of discriminating between the oils from Crete and the Peloponese. A number of data pre-treatments were used and discriminant models were developed using discriminant PLS (WINISI & Unscrambler) and SIMCA (Unscrambler). Despite the small number of samples involved, a satisfactory discrimination between these two oil types was achieved. Graphical examination of principal component scores for each oil type also holds out the possibility of separating oils from either Crete and the Peloponese on the basis of districts within each region. These preliminary data suggest the potential of near infrared spectroscopy to act as a screening technique for the confirmation of geographic origin of extra virgin olive oils. The sample presentation strategy adopted uses only small volumes of material and produces high quality spectra.
