The 287 questionnaires were responded, and 15 unusable questionnaires were excluded, then 272 were used for the final analysis(response rate: 85.0%). The result of this study showed that 3 constructs(self-connective attachment, satisfaction and intimacy) of consumer-brand relationship quality have significant effects on the revisit intent(p<.01) and 2 constructs(satisfaction and intimacy) of consumer-brand relationship quality had significant positive effects on the recommendation intent in the family restaurant(p<.01) It meant that as consumer-brand relationship quality became stronger, the customer's revisit intent and recommendation intent became greater. As a conclusion, the foodservice manager in the family restaurant should focus on the marketing strategy to strengthen the quality of consumer-brand relationship especially emphasizing on satisfaction and intimacy in order to increase the revisit intent and recommendation intent of customers.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to investigate the effect of interaction between product category (fresh vs. indulgent product) and shopping options (shipping charge and delivery time) on customer satisfaction and purchase intent in an e-commerce context. When ordering groceries online, consumers begin to allocate a larger share of their grocery budget toward product categories that generally contain healthier items at the expense of product categories that generally contain more indulgent products. Moreover, customers are extremely sensitive to shipping options such as shipping charges and delivery time. Therefore, this research investigates the issue at a more segmented level to focus on the impact that one dimension of logistics service quality - product category, shipping charge, and delivery time have on customer satisfaction and purchase intent. Research design, data, and methodology: To test the theoretically derived priori hypotheses concerning product category, shipping charges, delivery time, satisfaction, and purchase intent, this research presented a scenario-based experiment. Eight treatment groups were assigned by the method of product category (fresh produce vs. indulgent product), shipping charge (free vs. paid), and delivery time (one-day vs. two to three days). A total of 240 subjects were divided into groups and exposed to one of the eight scenarios. Participant's purchase intention was the dependent variable, and ANOVA and L-matrix were used to analyze for main and interactive effects between factors. Conclusions: Results indicated that in tests 1 and 2, free shipping and fast delivery time increased consumer satisfaction as well as purchase intent, and fast delivery moderated the impact of free shipping on consumer satisfaction and purchase intent. Test 3 showed that the effect of free shipping on consumer satisfaction and purchase intent moderated by fast delivery for indulgent products. In contrast, fast delivery for fresh products moderated the effect of paid shipping on consumer satisfaction and purchase intent. Consistent with this proposed mechanism, the relative importance of fresh produce versus indulgent products highlights the effect of shipping options on consumer satisfaction and purchase intent when ordering the target product in an e-commerce context. We conclude with a discussion of the theoretical and practical implications of our findings.

  • Recently, IPTV attracts great attention along with the digital convergence of communication and media technologies. This study examined critical factors on the consumer's continued use of the IPTV service. Based on the expectation-confirmation theory and the innovation diffusion theory, we derived nine key factors in the research model-relative advantage, compatibility, ease of use, image, diversity of contents, interactivity, monetary value, social influence, and user satisfaction. Using the partial least square method, we found that content diversity and compatibility have a significant indirect effect on the continued use of the IPTV service via user satisfaction, and user satisfaction and social influence also have a significant direct impact on the IPTV use. These findings not only provide practical insights on the consumer acceptance of new technology-converging services, but also help managers to plan their marketing strategies better.

For the purpose of this study, the literature in the consumer satisfaction/ dissatisfaction, complaining and noncomplaining behavior was reviewed. A conceptual approach to understanding why consumers complain or not when the dissatisfied was presented. It was suggested that regardless of how dissatisfied a consumer is , an action is taken or forgone only after the costs and benefits of the various alternative are considered and an assessment of the probabilities of success are made. It was suggested that aroused citizens through consumer education, government agency's effort to reduce the consumer's dissatisfaction and seller's marketing strategy in the view of consumerism are three main propositions for the enhancement of the consumer's quality of life in this study. Consumer complaining must be made in virtue of national economic systems( standard of living and the effectiveness of its marketing system, extent of government control and provision of consumer assistances) to achieve high levels of efficiency. Besides national economic systems. the third parties must be promoted for the efficient consumer complaining.

  • The mobile market in South Korea is about 4trillion and the social commerce market is also growing. Social commerce market was started from small venture company and in nowadays, its status is getting higher enough to compete with such as Gmarket and 11st. As social commerce market is rapidly growing, the interest of consumer is getting higher and we need to research about how consumers to recognize and make a purchase. For the research, I set hypothesis about consumer's recognition about social commerce, shopping experience, purchasing disposition, a trust influence on purchase attitude and we analyzed through actual investigation. I did a survey for male and female in 20s. An analysis result showed that the recognition about social commerce, shopping experience, purchasing disposition and a trust can affect on purchasing satisfaction. The most popular category in social commerce market was restaurant and fashion and I also found that consumers visit social commerce market in case of need rather than regular visits. I expect a rapid growth of social commerce market as an advance of smartphones. I hope this research could help for to establish marketing strategy by understanding characteristics of social commerce market and consumer proneness.

  • The ultimate purpose of this study is to build a model on clothing satisfaction which extends the consumer satisfaction model by unifying the exportation antecedents. In the literature study, it is proposed to clarify the concepts on the clothing satisfaction, and to investigate the present paradigms of the consumer satisfaction. It is widely accepted by the clothing researchers that the clothing satisfaction is a comparative process in which the evaluation criteria are used to judge the clothing product and to access the disconfirmation. In the Disconfirmation paradigm, the role of the expectation is very important. We propose to classify the expectation into the expective expectation and the normative expectation. The normative expectation applies when the investment cost and effort are considered. The expectation is shown to be affected by the expectation antecedents of the product characteris-tics, the situation characteristics, and the consumer characteristics. We investigate in detail those clothing satisfaction determinants and their measurement methods. Then, we build a clothing satisfaction model by the disconfirmation paradigm which is composed of the expectation antecedents, the expectation (expective expectation, normative expectation), the perceived clothing product performance, and the disconfirmation.
