It is a very difficult task to estimate engineering properties of the ground when designing underground structures, especially in tunnelling. Therefore, a feed-back system to combine the data measured in construction field with priorly estimated information at the design stage is necessary. In this paper, 3-dimensional back-analysis in tunnelling, to which only relative convergence is applied as input values, is carried out to estimate the optimum geotechnical parameters. For this purpose, the Extended Bayesian Method (EBM), which appropriately combines the objective information with the subjective one, is applied to optimize engineering parameters and 3-dimensional numerical analysis is carried out to predict a trend of relative convergence occurrence. The data measured from two tunnelling sites are used to verify the applicability of the proposed back-analysis technique. from the results of analysis, the proposed back-analysis technique is verified.

This paper proposes a new construction method of neural networks. The construction method consists of two fundmental ideas, which are a parallel selection-style evaluation and rules evolution. A new collision avoidance algorithm using genetic and neural network is proposed to avoid moving obstacles such as mobile robots. The input parameters of this algorithm is position of moving obstacles and target. Output is a regenerated direction of mobile robot. This algorithm is very simple and so, it is available to application of real time process. The pattern of collision avoidance is learned through test execution.

The aim of this study is to evaluate the productivity of multilayered modular housing units during the prefabrication phase. Additionally, it shows the results of productivity analysis conducted using the Web Cyclone technique. Initially, an review of literature and prior studies helped outline the comprehensive manufacturing process of laminated modular apartments, examining the range of minimum, average, and maximum work durations along with workforce size. Subsequently, the productivity of the multilayered apartments' prefabrication was assessed using the Web Cyclone technique, focusing on the workflow, duration, and personnel involved. This analysis also included a comparison of productivity against the initial plan based on the outcomes of a sensitivity analysis.

Unlike the projects that the government has implemented recently to develop new cities under the New Deal project, Saeddeul Village projects to improve the environment of the city are gaining attention. The problem has been found to be that many of the buildings in Saeddeul Village are still not earthquake-proof by using drones to review the state of the town. It also revealed that after two years of earthquakes, Pilotis structures are the most vulnerable to earthquakes. However, it is suitable for small spaces in the city because it provides parking spaces as well as residential spaces. Accordingly, the focus should be on repair and reinforcement rather than reconstruction. In this study, a concrete-based seismic design and construction method is developed in the columns of the existing pylotis structure.
CRM(Customer Relationship Management) is now moving to the center of corporate strategy because acquiring customers is usually much more expensive than keeping them. Some successful CRM cases of leading companies are surveyed and their critical success factors are discussed in this paper. For successful construction of CRM system, It must be considered some critical factors as follows (i) improvement of customer loyalty, (ii) higher customer profitability, (iii) reduced cost of sales.
Big data is a key driver of the fourth industrial revolution, represented by ultra-connected, ultra-intelligence, and ultra-convergence, and it is important to create innovation and share, link, and utilize data to discover business models. However, it is difficult to secure and utilize high-quality and abundant data when big data platforms are built in a regular manner without considering shared-linked. Therefore, this paper presents the development direction of big data platform infrastructure by comparing and analyzing various cases of big data platforms to enable data production, construction, linkage, and distribution.

The cooperation with other work types and designing procedure in plant industry and engineering showed clear differences from general construction industries. Current problems are that design's consistency is reduced because of the false system of interface and it ultimately causes frequency changes of design and delayed submission of final book. To solve the problems, the improvements of designing procedure were studied by focusing on the field of architectural designing and the range was limited from power plant construction industry to engineering designing field. If combining GA with the field of architectural designing and receiving data previously, it's possible to conduct expectable designing on small changes in the future, so it's expected to improve greatly cooperation with interface among the work types of power plant engineering received previously from the aspect of consistency. For the application of designing tool, a checklist, interim check will be conducted if progressed by list's division in the designing procedure, not book's completing period. In the interface among the designing work types, direct confirmation and revision must be conducted. In case of 3D modeling, the reflection of input data must be conducted from the basic designing so as to solve interferences intensively.

Major developed countries are seriously considering smart factories to increase their manufacturing competitiveness. Smart factory is a customized factory that incorporates ICT in the entire process from product planning to design, distribution and sales. This can reduce production costs and respond flexibly to the consumer market. The smart factory converts physical signals into digital signals, connects machines, parts, factories, manufacturing processes, people, and supply chain partners in the factory to each other, and uses the collected data to enable the smart factory platform to operate intelligently. Enhancing personalized value is the key. Therefore, it can be said that the success or failure of a smart factory depends on whether big data is secured and utilized. Standardized communication and collaboration are required to smoothly acquire big data inside and outside the factory in the smart factory, and the use of big data can be maximized through big data analysis. This study examines big data analysis and standardization in smart factory. Manufacturing innovation by country, smart factory construction framework, smart factory implementation key elements, big data analysis and visualization, etc. will be reviewed first. Through this, we propose services such as big data infrastructure construction process, big data platform components, big data modeling, big data quality management components, big data standardization, and big data implementation consulting that can be suggested when building big data infrastructure in smart factories. It is expected that this proposal can be a guide for building big data infrastructure for companies that want to introduce a smart factory.

In this study, we analyzed the status of safety management in industrial sites and fatal accident statistics to identify problems and suggest directions for increasing the utilization of convergence engineering. Current industrial site safety management is passive, formal, and unsystematic, and at the same time, the delivery of information on site safety management is very insufficient. In addition, domestic occupational safety and health education was not systematic and could not be considered effective as it was repeating past education forms. Recently, ICT technology has been introduced throughout the industry, and this study suggests several directions for the introduction of convergence safety engineering. Keke is the organization and operation of school curriculum in a convergent manner. In addition, we proposed a plan to apply VR content and experiential education so that safety management education can be conducted in a practical and realistic manner. Lastly, it was proposed to provide differentiated education by industry and type of work, taking into account the characteristics of various industrial sites. It is expected that the results of this study will be able to emphasize the need for convergence and integrated safety education for those involved in the field of domestic industrial safety management and education.
