A Construction and Operation Analysis of Group Management Network about Control Devices based on CIM Level 3 (CIM 계층 3에서 제어 기기들의 그룹 관리 네트워크 구축과 운영 해석)

  • To operate the automatic devices of manufacturing process more effectively and to solve the needs of the resource sharing, network technology is applied to the control devices located in common manufacturing zone and operated by connecting them. In this paper, functional standard of the network layers are set as physical and data link layer of IEEE 802.2, 802.4, and VMD application layer and ISO-CIM reference model. Then, they are divided as minimized architecture, designed as group objects which perform group management and service objects which organizes and operates the group. For the stability in this network, this paper measures the variation of data packet length and node number and analyzes the variated value of the waiting time for the network operation. For the method of the analysis, non-exhausted service method are selected, and the arrival rates of the each data packet to the nodes that are assumed to form a Poission distribution. Then, queue model is set as M/G/1, and the analysis equation for waiting time is found. For the evalution of the performance, the length of the data packet varies from 10 bytes to 100 bytes in the operation of the group management network, the variation of the wating time is less than 10 msec. Since the waiting time in this case is less than 10 msec, response time is fast enough. Furthermore, to evaluate the real time processing of the group management network, it shows if the number of nodes is less than 40, and the average arrival time is less than 40 packet/sec, it can perform stable operation even taking the overhead such as software delay time, indicated packet service, and transmissin safety margin.

  • The purpose of this paper is to develop a framework of software cost estimation guidelines and to derive a mid-long term direction for development of the software cost estimation guidelines. In this paper, all the steps in the software life cycle are researched in the view of cost estimation, and current software cost estimation guidelines and models have been reviewed and analysed first. Second, a plan to separate unit cost per function point from standard procedure in current software cost estimation guidelines is presented to strengthen maket self-regulating function as a mid-long term developmental direction for software cost estimation guidelines. Third, construction of cost repository, making standard procedure for software cost estimation guidelines, development of various kinds of software cost estimation models, and a system for experts on software cost estimation are presented as the prerequisites for the future model framework of software cost estimation guidelines. Finally a roadmap for establishing the future model is proposed.

  • Cracks, which account for the largest proportion of defect lawsuits in apartment buildings, are not clear on the criteria for defect determination, so judgments about defects are mixed. Interlayer cracks, which account for most of the crack defect judgment amount, tend to be judged as defects regardless of the crack width or condition, and repair methods are mostly set uniformly. This starts from the problem that the standards of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and the Construction Appraisal Practice, which the courts use as standards, do not match. It is necessary to establish a defect determination standard that can be applied to all stakeholders through the amendment of laws and the revision of the Court Appraisal Practice. In addition, it is necessary to apply the crack repair method according to the width and condition of the interlayer crack. If the defect determination and the application of the repair method for cracks are rationalized, it could serve as an opportunity to change the current trend of defect disputes that rely only on litigation.

  • Contact type sensors (e.g., displacement sensor and strain gauge) were typically used to evaluate the safety and mechanical properties in machines and construction. However, those contact type sensors have been constrained because of measurement problems such as surface roughness, temperature, humidity, and shape. The Digital Image Correlation (DIC) measurement system is a vision measurement system. This measurement system uses the taken image using a CCD camera and calculates the image correlation between the reference image and the deformed image under external force to measure the displacement and strain rates. In this paper, we discuss methods to improve the measurement precision of the digital image correlation measurement system. A tensile test was conducted to compare the precision improvement effects, by using the universal test machine and the DIC measurement system, with the use of subpixel algorithms, i.e., the Coarse Fine Search (CFS) algorithm and the Peak Finding (PF) algorithm.

  • XKMS(XML Key Management Specification), one of XML Security specification, defines the protocol for distributing and registering public keys for verifying digital signatures and enciphering XML documents of web service applications with various and complicate functions. In this paper, we propose XML Key Information protocol service model and implements reference model of protocol component based on standard specification. Also describes the analysis and security method of Key Information Service(XKIS) for Secure XML Web Service,paying attention to the features of XML based security service. This protocol component supported includes public key location by given identifier information, the binding of such keys to edentifier information. This reference model offers the security construction guideline for future domestric e-Business Frameworks.

  • 최근 많은 중소기업이 자사의 경쟁력 확보, 업무혁신, 원가절감 등의 이유로 ERP의 필요성을 인지하고 ERP 도입을 추진하고 있다. 그러나 기존의 ERP 구축 방법론들은 대기업의 ERP 도입에 맞추어 개발되었기 때문에 중소기업이 이를 적용하기 위해서는 많은 문제점의 극복과 기술력을 필요로 한다. 중소기업이 성공적으로 ERP를 도입하기 위해서는 중소기업에 특성화된 ERP 구축 방법론이 필요하며, 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 ISO 12207 소프트웨어 생명주기 프로세스의 활동을 조정한 중소기업을 위한 ERP 구축 프로세스를 제시한다. 제시한 구축 프로세스는 ISO 12207을 기반으로 하며 ERP 패키지 도입에 따르는 고비용 부담, 전문인력 부족, 경영자 및 종업원의 ERP 도입에 대한 적극적 의식 결여, ERP 도입의 거부감 등 중소기업이 ERP를 도입할 때 발생할 수 있는 문제를 해결하기 위한 활동이 추가되었다.

  • The purpose of this paper is as follow. The first is to investigate ship instrument supplier's and consumer's needs. The second is to study a feasibility of international ship instrument distribution center at Busan port. Therefore, the research scheme was experimented through a questionnaire survey answered by 878 companies. The results of this research indicate the necessity of ship instrument distribution center. The results of this study will be helpful for the success management of ship instrument distribution center.

  • Comparison between photocatalysis and sonophotocatalysis were performed in lab-scale experiments for the treatment of benomyl. The effect of operational parameters, i.e., initial benomyl concentration, $TiO_2$ concentration, $H_2O_2$ concentration on the degradation rate of aqueous solution of benomyl has been examined. The optimal conditions for photocatalysis and sonophotocatalysis processes were determined: initial Benomyl concentration was 3 mg/L, the concentration of $TiO_2$ was 2 g/L and $H_2O_2$concentration was 1.5 mM. Under the optimal conditions, sonophotocatalysis was effective for inducing faster degradation of the benomyl.

  • This study is concerned with the disasters that occure in the field of industrial explosives and analyzed by two side the disaster of the manufacturing factory and that of the field, and is studied about the safety and the countermeasure. The industrial explosives accidents occure just accidentaly and unforeseeable, and reappearance experiments are more difficult. The 3E of J.H. Harvey was applied in this study to establish the counter measure of preventation of accidents, overcoming these restricted factores. As a method of technical safety countermeasures. The blasting vibration formula which had been conformed from the Seoul Subway Construction work during 1980-1984 year, was uilized, and, using the formula $V=Kw^{0.5}D^{-1.5}$ for the gneiss which is widely distributed in Pusan area, an index of the minimum and maximum amount of gun powder, to be used according to safety distance was made, and it helped the gun powder managing technician's practical business. During the fore work discharging, the safety distances of felling were theoretically established based on the writer ${\diagdown}s$ experiences of more than 10 years on this field.
