재무비율을 이용한 건설기업의 도산 예측 (A Study on the Forecast of Construction Business Failure according to Financial Ratio)

  • There was the time of IMF(1998) that management condition of construction business had been the worst. After that time, structural regulation was completed and financial structure was returned to normalcy(2001). At that time, the aim of this paper is that fifteen construction business are researched for process of management condition and capital structure after they is selected as samples for three years, also failure of two-groups is predicted as statistics analysis and multiple discriminant analysis for them. In this paper, It is researched financial statement of business by the forecast experiment of failure and analyzed statistically possibility of failure and success for financial ratio. For them, the fifteen companies of failure and the fifteen companies what were not the failure, for listed company, and the fourteen variables are selected and they are analyzed statistically according to Logit Analysis.

  • The process of building project for planning, designing, construction, maintenance, and waste disposal are related with each other. However, we have a difficulty for estimating building's LCC due not to be flexible each other. Therefore, we analyzed the boundary condition between the process of construction and maintenance, and analyzed the factor of segment. We also suggested the Link System for flexible relation.

  • Recently, the study for practical construction application no recycled aggregate concrete is actively being proceeded, on the purpose of technical development for recycling on the construction waste concrete occurred at the time of destruction of building construction by the rapid increase of building wastes and exhaustion of natural aggregates. But, the durability of investigation with all sorts of fluidity and engineering property for application recycled aggregate concrete to practical construction must be done at the same time. Especially, because of the real condition for chemical attack of concrete construction by the acid rain, acidification of soil, deepening of air pollution and dirty water etc. being come to the fore a serious problem, the study on the chemical soundness of concrete durability must be accompanied. This study is composed as: I series: Analysis for chemical soundness of aggregates. II series: Analysis for chemical soundness of natural and recycled aggregate concrete against $Na_2$$SO_4$ solution in drying and wet curing condition ($at20~80^{\circ}C$).

터널 정보화 시공을 위한 계측 최적방안 분석 (Analysis of optimized survey methods for tunnel construction using IT)

  • D&B method in tunnel construction requires accurate and rapid measurement of the ground movement, which of essential for feedback analysis. Recently, survey technique adapting IT is getting more and more emphasized in the field of construction and tunnel survey also follow the same trend. Case study and adaptability of IT technique for tunnel survey will be discussed in this study. The application of laserscannig method in the field of tunnel construction was reported in several advanced country including Austria and Japan. Survey for the crown and shoulder movements by IT survey method was conducted and the results were compared to those do the conventional method. The pipe-roof, grouting, ring-cut are installed in the this site to prevent expected large ground settlement. The result show that laserscanner system is prefered rather than conventional method in that better understanding for the displacement condition and origin condition was liable by the lasersacnnig method. IT survey solution makes if possible to execute more economic and safe construction.

건설경기와 건설업체 부실화 간의 관계성 분석 (Analysis of Correlation between Construction Business and Insolvency of Construction Company)

  • 건설경기의 악화에 따른 건설업체 경영상태의 악화는 단순히 건설업체만의 문제가 아니다. 즉, 건설산업은 건설업체뿐만 아니라 공공기관, 금융기관, 가계 등 다양한 시장참여자가 공동으로 관계하고 있기 때문에 심각한 경제적 손실을 야기할 수 있다. 이러한 관점에서 건설경기 변동과 건설업체 부실화 변화 과정 사이의 관계를 살펴보는 것은 중요한 의미를 지니게 된다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 건설업체 부실화 정도와 건설경기 간의 관계성을 실증분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 논문에서는 먼저 KMV 모형을 활용하여 예상부도확률을 측정하고 이를 건설업체 부실화의 대리변수로 활용하였다. 건설경기 변수들의 경우 공사종류별로 세분화하였다. 즉 주거용, 비주거용, 토목용 건설투자액을 공종별 건설경기를 대리하는 변수로 활용하였다. 이러한 변수들을 활용하여 본 논문에서는 벡터오차수정모형(VECM)을 활용하였다. 분석결과를 통해 살펴본 바, 건설업체들은 먼저 사업포트폴리오를 다양화할 필요가 있을 것으로 판단된다. 또한 건설업체의 경영상태가 악화되게 되면 시장상황이 좋아지더라도 이를 원래 상태로 회복하는 것은 상당히 힘든 것으로 판단된다. 즉 건설업체의 경영상태가 양호해지기 위해서는 시장상황즉, 외부환경의 변화도 매우 중요하겠지만 그보다 더 기업내부적인 역량강화가 절실할 것으로 판단된다.

  • Latex-modified concrete using ready mix concrete (R-LMC) was developed for application of building construction project (specifically, the rooftop of a parking garage unable to use heavy equipments for bridge deck overlay) due to three major outstanding properties of R-LMC; bond strength, resistance of cracks at early age, and resistance of freezing and thawing. However, R-LMC at the placement stage is required to be sufficiently cured because R-LMC is very sensitive to rate of evaporation of surface moisture. This study focused on effects of different curing methods and climate condition on cracks on the surface of hardened R-LMC considering the chart of rate of evaporation of surface moisture from concrete provided by American Concrete Institute in manual for placement of latex modified concrete.

건설현장 근로자의 안전의식과 안전교육 활성화 방안 (A Study for Construction Workers' Safety Consciousness and Safety Education Activation Methods)

  • This research is the descriptive survey research targeting construction workers for searching a vitalization method on safety education by understanding the real condition of the sense of safety consciousness and the condition of safety education. The collected data of 147 workers are analyzed by using arithmetic mean, t-test, and ANOVA Analysis of Variance through SPSS PC program. This research investigated the real condition of safety consciousness, recognition on safety education, and the differences of safety consciousness depend on the general characteristic of subject. According to the result of the study, development of standardized safety consciousness assessment tool and institutionalization of safety education program is needed.

Freiesleben 함수를 이용한 콘크리트구조물의 새로운 강도관리모델 적용에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Application of New Strength Control Model of Concrete Structure using Freiesleben Function)

  • As a construction technique is developed recently, the construction space and construction period are considered to important matters. Especially, in case of construction period, several method is proposed for strength control in the construction field. However there are very little strength control models for application of internal condition. The purpose of this study is to develop a strength control model for application of variety internal condition at construction field. The results are as follows ; 1) According to the results of compressive strength of concrete evaluated by logistic curve and proposed curve, proposed curve is applicable of construction field because there is similar relation with logistic curve. 2) It is shown that the construction period is shortened by reduction of the formwork removal time, because a predicted compressive strength of using the new curve is higher than the proposed compressive strength of standard.

내한촉진제의 종류 및 혼입양 변화에 따른 모르터의 강도특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Strength Properties of Mortar Under Various Types and Contents of Accelerators for Freezing Resistance)

  • When fresh concrete is exposed to low temperature, the concrete may suffer frost damage due to freezing at early ages and strength development may be delayed. One of the solution methods for resolve these problems is to reduce freezing temperature of concrete by the use of chemical admixture called Accelerators for freezing resistance. In this study, we investigate the effect on strength development of cement mortar using accelerators for freezing resistance with the variance curing condition. As the result of this study, the mortar using accelerators for freezing resistance show that continuously strength development in curing condition of -5$^{\circ}C$. And compressive strength under the variance temperature condition was higher than constant temperature condition in same maturity.

모래지반에서 터널 굴착조건들을 반영한 상부 블록구조물의 거동변화 분석 (Analysis of Response Change of Structure due to Tunnel Excavation Conditions in Sand Ground)

  • 본 연구는 모래지반에서 터널의 굴착조건(터널깊이 및 터널직경)과 시공조건(지반손실량), 지반조건(조밀한 모래, 느슨한 모래)을 변화시키면서 터널상부에 위치한 구조물의 거동변화를 조사 및 분석한 것이다. 분석에 사용된 구조물은 4층 블록식구조물로서 변형 등에 의한 균열발생과 균열폭의 차이로 인해 구조물의 손상정도를 쉽게 파악할 수 있는 특징이 있다. 다양한 터널 굴착조건 및 시공조건, 지반조건에 대해서 발생할 수 있는 터널상부 블록구조물의 거동상태를 파악하기 위해 수치해석적 매개변수 해석을 수행하였으며, 수치해석은 구조물의 실제크랙 발생을 묘사할 수 있도록 개별요소법(DEM)에 근거하여 수행하였다. 다양한 매개변수 해석으로부터 얻어진 구조물의 거동상태에 대한 결과는 터널 굴착조건 및 시공조건, 지반조건과 상호연관하여 함께 반영될 수 있도록 도표화 하였으며, 이를 이용하여 향후 모래지반에서 다양한 터널굴착 및 시공조건, 지반조건으로 인해 유발되는 터널 상부구조물의 손상정도를 보다 용이하게 파악할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
