호안끝물막이 설계프로그램 설계프로그램(F/C DIC Ver 2.0) 개발 (Development of a Design Program for Construction of Final Closure)

  • 본 연구는 매립공사를 위한 호안 끝물막이 시공에서 최종 물막이 구간의 유속 예측 및 적정 사석규격 및 시공방안을 설계하기 위한 방안을 수립하고자 실시하였다. 호안의 끝물막이 구간과 호안 제체를 통한 해수의 유출입량을 산정하고, 끝물막이 구간의 유속에 저항하기 위한 적정 사석규격의 선정과 점축식과 점고식 시공법중 수리학적으로 유리한 시공방법을 시공일자별 및 시공단계별로 결정 할 수 있게 함에 따라 효율적인 끝물막이 구간의 설계 및 시공관리를 가능하게 하였다. 본 연구에서는 2001년에 대림산업에서 개발된 프로그램을 업그레이드 하여 보다 사용자가 프로그램을 통하여 쉽게 결과값을 사용하고 분석할 수 있도록 하였다. 그 일환으로 User Interface 업그레이드와 아울러 엘셀 호환 및 도움말 기능 등을 추가하였다. 또한 배수갑문 이외에 중소규모 현장에서 적용되는 배수관거를 모의할 수 있도록 기능을 추가하였다. 이밖에 결과값들을 프로그램 자체에서 분석하여 그래프화 하거나 데이터화 하도록 하여 별도의 결과 분석 없이 결과값을 사용할 수 있도록 하였다.

  • 다수의 시설물을 보유한 기관에서는 유지보수와 리모델링(M/R) 프로젝트들이 동시에 진행되고 있다. 내부기능인력에 의해 프로젝트를 수행하는 자원제약 환경에서 프로젝트 관리자는 각 프로젝트의 완료일과 기관내 가용한 자원에 대한 제한을 고려하며 프로그램을 계획하고 관리하게 된다. 다중 자원제약 M/R 프로그램의 효과적 관리를 위해 이 논문은 장기적인 프로그램 계획축과 단기적인 일정창으로 구성되는 2단계 계층관리모델을 제안한다. 프로그램 플랜을 위한 연동계획기법은 연속되는 프로젝트 요청의 불확실성에 대처하기 위해 제안되었다. 일정창 속에서 마스터-일정계획을 수립하기 위해 개발된 PCR 일정계획 알고리즘은 M/R 프로그램에서의 작업반내 기능인력의 배치계획을 제공한다. 스프레드쉬트 인터페이스를 활용하여 M/R 프로그램의 일정계획 시스템을 개발하였고, 연속된 3개의 일정창으로 설계된 시뮬레이션 실험을 통해 개발된 일정계획 알고리즘과 기존의 자원제약 일정계획 휴리스틱의 성능을 비교하였다.

  • Construction projects are vulnerable to diverse internal and external factors, requiring systematic and consistent performance management along the entire life cycle of a project. In particular, urban renewal projects have a range of performance measures, including policy reconciliation and permits, project development, project financing, design, construction, and occupancy and maintenance. This requires a program-level megaproject approach, which integrates each stage of a project as well as variety of stakeholders' interests in pursuing a project from different perspectives. However, previous research on performance management has focused especially on the limited scopes of factors, including cost, quality, and schedule at the project level or on financial factors at the firm level. Given the lack of current approaches, this study suggests an integrated and systematic performance management scheme to control urban renewal megaprojects at the broadened perspectives of the program level. To this end, this study adopts the balanced scorecard approach and elicits key performance indices associated with various project configurations. Finally, an algorithm is presented for quantitatively assessing the level of performances along whole life cycle of urban renewal megaprojects.

  • As a building is getting large-scale, composition and intelligence, it is required the stability of building electrical facilities. And it is very difficult of rapidly repair on a breakdown of building electrical facilities. Therefore high-reliability and efficiency of building safety is required. And thus, this study presents the repair-maintenance support program for preventive maintenance on a builing electrical facilities. This program makes offer some functions, facilities history input mode, checking and result mode. User can be made offer the cause and effect information of facilities-faults by this preventive maintenance program.

  • To maintain the stability during the operation of railway vehicle, the perfect installation of rail, namely the orbit as well as the performance of the railway vehicle itself is required. The orbit of railway needs the intensity and elasticity that stands the shock and vibration due to the weight of the railway vehicle enough, Also, the driving safety during the operation of vehicle should be guaranteed, comfortable feeling of the passenger should be maintained, and the influence of the noise and vibration to the environs should be minimized. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a program that calculates the change of construction cost according to the selection of railway orbit. This study introduces the orbit design automation program according to the selection of railway orbit, and discuss the principle and the way to use of the program.

유동 소음을 고려한 저소음 머플러 설계 프로그램 개발 (Development of the Low Noise Design Program for Construction Equipment's Muffler under the High Velocity Flow)

  • The exhaust system, including a muffler, is one of the major sources to generate the radiated noise of construction equipment. In general, the muffler is applied to construction equipment in order to reduce the exhaust noise. Sometimes, however, the higher exhaust noise can be experienced due to the flow effect inside a muffler. So, it is required to consider the flow effect to reduce the exhaust noise level of construction equipment. In this paper, various tests were performed to calculate the flow noise effect inside a muffler. Through a series of tests with respect to a variety of design parameters, a new design program for low noise muffler was developed and applied to reduce the exhaust noise of the construction equipments. These results make it possible to understand the dynamic characteristics of the flow noise and to design the low noise muffler for the construction equipments.

  • The small-and-medium sized construction sites are in weak state of safety management because of the variable working environments, the lack of safety techniques and the weak economic conditions, and industrial accidents of these sites were occupied 60% of the total construction accidents. Recently, the safety engineer's number are not to be enough at the small-and-medium sized construction sites. Therefore, the safety engineer's works are addition to more and more. This paper is a development of the integrated program which using composition of construction safety management expenses. It is an management tool which helps to saving time of construction safety engineer. A method of development composition, to used Brain Storming for a place of meeting to construction safety management counselors.

  • 최근 수학의 정의적 영역의 중요도가 더욱 커지고 있지만, 정의적 영역과 관련되어 있는 수학의 심미적 가치는 거의 주목받지 못하고 있다. 이 논문에서는 초등교육에서 아이들의 감성의 발달과 예술성에 바탕을 둔 발도르프교육에서 활성화된 작도 프로그램을 활용하여 심미적 측면이 강조된 영재 사사교육을 실행하고 그 결과를 제시하였다. 특히 이 수업에서는 특별히 '심미적 안목', '통합적 안목', '실질적 기능'의 함양에 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 작도를 통하여 기하학적 구조가 지닌 특성을 심미적 체험이 활성화될 수 있는 방식으로 탐색할 수 있도록 하였다. 전체 프로그램 중에서 이슬람 문양과 관련하여 학생들이 협력하여 만든 공동의 주요 산출물을 제시하였다.

Investigating Main Causes for Schedule Delay in Construction Projects in Bangladesh

  • Delay is the most common problem in the construction industry. It has many negative effects on project's success in terms of time, cost, quality, and safety. From the literature review, a total of thirty-five factors of delay were selected. These factors were divided into seven groups related to materials, manpower, owner, consultant, contractor, construction, and external problems. This study was carried out to identify the main causes of delay for a construction project through their importance level. The importance level was determined based on the frequency of occurrence and severity of impact. The structured questionnaire has distributed to the respondents who have much experience in construction management in Bangladesh. The results of analysis indicated that top five factors of construction delay according to their level of importance are: (1) price of construction materials increased very rapidly, (2) political situation (revolution/ public strikes), (3) shortages of skilled workers, (4) poor site management and supervision by contractor, (5) incompetent/ immature subcontractors. These findings of this study are expected to be significant contributions to Bangladesh construction industry in controlling current performance of project on time overrun.
