Small & Medium construction firms have been faced with demand of environmental changes. construction firms have been required to improve their structures to reinforce the competitiveness. so, these firms are making desperate efforts, which are reorganization, renovation, improvement. this study would be emphasized the Quality Management in construction work. For this, It must be supposed a plan to improve a construction organization. The Construction Firm would be executed Quality Management learning, leadership, understanding of Quality Management to construction workers.

Purpose: This study conducted to identify the effect of learning organization construction and learning orientation on organizational effectiveness among hospital nurses. Method: Data was collected from convenient sample of 296 nurses who worked for the major hospitals in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do and Gangwoen-do. The self-reported questionnaire was used to assess the general characteristics, the level of the learning organization construction, learning orientation and organizational effectiveness. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, pearson's correlation coefficient and multiple regression. Result: The mean score of learning organization construction was 3.61(${\pm}.32$), learning orientation got 3.26(${\pm}.39$), and organizational effectiveness obtained 3.38(${\pm}.42$). The learning organization construction affects of organizational effectiveness by 44.18% and learning orientation by 37.43%. Conclusion: This finding indicates that learning organization construction and learning orientation affects the nurses' organizational effectiveness in hospital.

감리업무가 CM으로 통합되면서 조직의 업무가 확대되고, 업무의 관점 및 목표가 변경되었기에 조직 내 갈등상황이 증가할 가능성이 크다. 조직갈등은 구성원에게 직무스트레스로 작용하여 조직의 성과를 도출하는데 부정적인 요인으로 작용한다. 따라서, 본 연구는 국내 건설현장의 CM기술자에게 발생하는 조직갈등과 직무스트레스의 상관관계에 관해 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구결과 CM기술자의 조직갈등은 대체로 낮게 나타났으며, 직무스트레스도 다른 분야 근로자에 비해 적게 받는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 상관분석 결과 조직갈등과 직무스트레스는 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 CM 현장조직에서 조직체계를 개선하는 데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다.

최근 수주 물량의 급격한 감소, 업체의 무분별한 난립, 해외시장 진출의 어려움과 같은 외부적 환경 요인은 건설업체로 하여금 경쟁력 강화를 위한 자체적인 체질 개선을 요구하고 있다. 이에 대응하여 대형건설업체를 위주로 다양한 경영 혁신이 시도되고 있으며, 정보시스템의 구축을 통해 업무 효율과 회사 전체적인 생산성 향상을 위한 노력이 이루어지고 있다. 이러한 여러 가지 노력은 사업구조의 개편이나 업무 프로세스의 개선 등을 수반하게 마련이지만, 업무를 수행하는 당사자인 조직과 구성원에 대한 고려가 상대적으로 미흡한 것이 사실이다. 본 연구에서는 기업의 성과에서 조직이 차지하는 중요성에 대한 인식을 바탕으로, 건설업체 내 현장 조직이 가지는 변화의 가능성과 그 방향을 검토하였으며, 현장 관리업무 프로세스를 대상으로 관리혁신에 의한 조직 재설계 방안을 논의하였다.

The need for this study must be considerable, as being activate of green roofs research that the organization and construction obtain access to more development technologies. Nevertheless, the green roofs system has begun to apply since 1980's, the green roofs technology was restricted to develop without verification of technologies such as a load or water leakage. There is a limit as urethane waterproofing to almost domestic waterproofing materials and methods of construction for general green roofs. The introduction of materials and methods of construction which are appropriated to property of green roofs could be a decisive factor in a long-range durability and economical maintenance cost, moreover. it support to variety construction system and organization. This present paper describes a necessity of waterproofing and root barrier system is one of the sub-organization based on green roofs construction. which have enormously large impact on the durability.

건설산업은 타 산업과는 다른 특수성을 가지고 있다. 이런 특수한 건설산업에서 지식경영을 실천하기 위해서는 현장을 중심으로 한 시스템적인 접근과 기업문화적인 접근이 동시에 요구된다. 하지만 대부분의 건설기업들은 지식경영을 실천하기 위해 시스템적인 접근에만 몰두하고 있는 것이 현실이고 그러한 이유가 건설기업 지식경영 실패의 원인이 되고 있다. 이러한 구조적 모순을 해결하고자 본고에서는 CoP를 기반으로 하는 건설기업 학습조직에 대 해 연구하였다.

건축프로젝트의 성공적인 수행을 위해서는 현장 조직의 커뮤니케이션 수준을 높여서 조직 구성원의 협업 능력을 향상시켜야 한다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 건축프로젝트 현장 조직을 대상으로 현장 조직 커뮤니케이션이 프로젝트 성과에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 파악하는 것이다. 연구 결과 커뮤니케이션 품질은 프로젝트 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 정보공유는 프로젝트 성과에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 건축프로젝트 성과를 향상시키기 위해서는 현장 조직에서 정보공유를 일정수준 이상 달성해야 하고, 커뮤니케이션 품질을 향상시켜야 한다. 본 연구 결과는 건축프로젝트 현장 조직의 수행관리 체계를 구축하는데 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

우리나라 건설기업들은 최근 경제 위기를 겪으면서 대외적으로 커다란 환경변화의 요구에 직면해 왔다. 내$\cdot$외부의 환경변화는 기업의 경영조직에 많은 영향을 끼치고 이러한 경영조직은 기업의 경영성과와 밀접한 관계를 가지고 있다. 이에 대응하여 건설기업들은 환경변화에 적응하고 경영성과를 증진시키기 위한 일환으로 기업 내 구조조정, 경영혁신, 조직개선 등의 명목으로 기업경영조직의 개선 노력을 기울이고 있다. 즉, 기업성장에 도움이 되지 않는 조직 구조는 오히려 기업에 역효과로 작용하게 되므로 기업은 가치를 높일 수 있는 효율적인 조직구조를 갖추어야 한다. 또한 향후 환경변화에 유연하게 대처할 수 있는 경영조직의 개발과 구축은 기업의 경영성과를 증대할 수 있는 중요한 기반이 될 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 설문 및 자료조사를 통하여 기업의 조직구조를 분석하고 이를 유형화 한 후 OLC측면의 조직구조 형태분석으로 기업발전단계에 적정한 조직을 설계할 수 있는 모형을 제시하고자 한다.

This study is to review and re-establish LH disaster response and safety management system of the construction site and rental apartment complex in order to make an effective response and minimize damage in the face of disaster. I suggest directions for the improvement of disaster management systems. To achieve this, I reviewed the existing disaster response organization and accept opinions of the operating department in order to constitute effective organization which respond quickly and efficiently in emergency, and assigned new roles and responsibilities at each organization. Furthermore, I setup and suggested response manuals for each possible disasters.

최근 급속한 국내 건설환경의 변화속에서 기업은 구조개성을 포함한 다양한 변화를 추구하고 있으나, 이러한 노력이 경영 이익 증대까지 이어지지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 현상의 주요 원인 중 하나는 수주와 관련된 내 $\cdot$ 외부 환경변화를 기업의 경영전략과 조직구조에 반영하여 변화에 적응하고 더불어 수주성과를 극대화하기 위한 다양한 변화노력의 틀 속에서 진행되어야 함에도 불구하고 이와 같은 접근이 이루어지지 못하고 있기 때문이다. 특히 급변하는 환경에서 기업의 경영이익을 좌우하는 수주활동과 관련된 조직의 설계는 전반적 인 건설경기동향, 공공 및 민간의 발주 동향 등을 고려한 전략적이고 유연한 접근이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 수주환경 변화에 따른 수주조직을 전략적으로 설계할 수 있도록 환경변화와 경영성과측면의 관계를 규명하여 이를 대형건설업체의 사업유형 및 발주유형별 수주조직 설계에 반영할 수 있도록 모형과 절차를 제시하였다.
