장수명화와 시공성을 고려한 새로운 공동주택 모델의 초기 비용절감 가능성 연구 - 구조체와 외장전환 사례분석을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Possibility of Initial Cost Saving in the New Housing Model Considering Long-life and Constructability - Focused on the Case Analysis with Converting Skeleton and Cladding to New Systems -)

  • This study suggested a new model in consideration of long life and constructability of apartment house suggested in the former part. New model suggested the possibility of cost saving based on the idea that people trend to reject because of the recognition that the new model would cost a lot of expense which work as the barrier for the expansion and distribution at the local market so as to prepare the ground for its activation. The Study was aimed at verifying the possibility of cost saving through comparing it with the existing standard apartment house system centered on the skeleton and cladding system among the new structural design models suggested in the former part. Assuming that these existing standard both models should be changed structural design into new model system, the quantity volume, cost and construction period along with the alteration of finished materials between two models were compared altogether. Simultaneously BIM library was built for easy taking-off bill of quantity and consideration of working methodology for construction working cycle, which was translated into construction cost so as to derive the cost of the two subject systems to be counted. Through the analysis, it was concluded that new model would secure variability in the future and constructability along with shortening the construction period (29%) and achieve cost saving (13%) of construction against the those of existing model.

  • The main battlefield of 'made in China 2025' proposed by the Chinese government is the deep integration of industrialization and informatization, among which intelligent manufacturing and new energy vehicles are the key links. New energy vehicle refers to the use of unconventional automotive fuel as a power source (or use conventional automotive fuel, the use of new vehicle-mounted power plant), integrated vehicle power control and driving aspects of advanced technology, the formation of advanced technical principles, with new technology and the structure of the vehicle. BYD's success in the battery, I T and automobile industries has attracted the attention of the industry, making it a shining new star in the Chinese business community. BYD 's innovation, diversification and corporate culture construction have certain enlightenment to the development of China's small and medium-sized enterprises. Therefore, by looking at the Chinese network literature, about BYD's research mainly focused on the development strategy, corporate finance, corporate performance, and corporate marketing, etc. This paper will take BYD as the research object and focus on corporate culture. Through literature analysis and qualitative analysis, it will summarize and further analyze the unique corporate culture of BYD, its important role, and provide relevant theoretical references for the construction and development of corporate culture in other industries.

  • New construction for public transport in congested urban areas will involve tunnel construction adjacent to existing building or bridge foundations and services due to the lack of surface space. Therefore, careful assessment of the important underground structure-soil-tunnelling interaction is relatively new, currently only limited information is available. In this study, the authors carried out FE analysis and the laboratory model test using the photogrammetric technique and suggested the influence zones associated with the normalised pile tip settlement during new tunnel construction.

  • The purpose of current study is about how to construct wall-type APT in slip form and Deck plate applied different connection of materials that wall and slab. A proposal construct's solution is using the continuous a binding string that the main of contents are slab or stairs which horizon structure part construction is joined the vertical structure part, new we Proposed of 2 solution that new technology development. We'll suggest that the development is in the construct of higher stories APT more better other construction method. We expect that the new method is good but we have many things to solute themes. Thus, we decided that this development contents are needed that correct structural investigation and constructor's security of speciality and through a fact construct, correct verification.

  • 리모델링은 기존 건물을 폐기하지 않고 재활용 함으로써 자원의 재활용이라는 측면과 신축과 같은 부가가치를 창출한다는 측면에서 매우 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 그리고 공사에 적절한 공법 선정은 공사비와 공사기간을 줄여주고 품질을 향상시키는 역할을 한다. 또한 리모델링 공사의 경우 현장의 특성과 구조체의 특성이 공사시에 큰 영향을 끼치기 때문에 기존 신축공사 보다 공법선정이 매우 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 그러나 현재의 공법 선정은 시공정보를 반영하지 않고 단지 기존에 주로 사용하던 공법만을 선정하고 있다. 그렇기 때문에 본 연구에서는 공법 선정시 의사결정을 도와주기 위한 tool의 구축 방안을 제안한다.

Better Management (Risk and Change) through NEC Contracts in Hong Kong

  • Project delays, cost overruns, and disputes are becoming a norm for the construction industry in Hong Kong. Researchers argue that the inability of traditional contracts to manage risk and associated changes are perhaps the main points of contention. The Institution of Civil Engineers published a new engineering contract (NEC), NEC4 Suite of Contracts in this to facilitate better risk management through collaborative culture in construction projects. NEC aims to increase the chances of project success thought its flexible nature of contracts, 'simple' and 'clearly written' documents and provision for the incentive by adopting a better management approach. This paper focuses on traditional and NEC contracts to compare risk management and change management aspects. Through literature review and preliminary interviews with three industry professionals, the paper is exploring how a change in traditional contracts can recuperate from disaster. Our interviewees in this work have extensive experience in traditional as well as in NEC contracts. The results suggest a proactive risk management provisions in NEC contracts does make a difference to avoid later escalation of issues. Whereas, management of change helps streamline all identified issues through a structured process without going in mediation or litigation. NEC, with its new approach to collaborative working, allows partners to be vigilant, yet gratifying in the project process.

  • The purpose of this study is to assess economic effects for a new technology-based ventilation system. The study has been performed using LCC technique for the economic analysis. Data for LCC analysis are collected from estimation and interview of estimators and maintenance experts of buildings. Based on the LCC analysis, the economic effect of a new technology-based ventilation system has been predicted as follows: for the investment during 15 years of study period, (1) return rate for the investment is 9.3 times. (2) 7.3% of LCC saving is predicted.

  • As the application of NPM in waste administration branch this paper proposes a new waste management method in order to increase the efficiency of resources and reduce the quantity of waste. First the matrix method is suggested which comprehensively consider and integrate the proposals of different government departments. Moreover the inhabitant's attitude toward the new waste management measures was investigated. Based on the investigation the evaluation function was made, which include three elements: necessary budget, the effect of cost decrease and the environmental burden decrease. The optimal method of budget allocation to maximize social welfare is proposed under the condition of limited budget by the evaluation function. By applying this system further local governments will be able to determine their adequate service level and budget size.

  • Promote competition in local government and the construction of a subway construction in the vicious cycle of debt due to the operating deficit as a greater burden on local finances was leave. However, the domestic business system engineering of light rail-related companies in the developed countries are doing to advance to the national to the local engineering skills of the self-free, hurry will have to be secured. Therefore, this paper applies local light rail project on the status of the systems engineering analysis and based on this source of the latest engineering technology-intensive systems engineering to provide direction to the development of technology.

신도시 개발 후 도시하천의 장래수질 평가 (Estimation of Stream Water Quality Changes Brought by a New Town Development)

  • 도시화 및 산업화 등의 영향으로 인한 도시하천의 수질오염 문제가 사회적 관심의 대상이 되고 있다. 특히, 신도시의 개발로 인하여 유역 내 물순환 특성이 급격하게 변화한다는 사실을 고려할 때, 이에 영향을 받는 도시하천의 장래수질에 대해서도 많은 우려가 제기되고 있다. 그러나 아직 개발이 완료되지 않은 신도시의 장래수질을 정량적으로 예측하는 합리적인 방안은 현 시점까지도 제시되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 환경부가 장기간의 모니터링 결과에 기반하여 제시한 토지계 지목별 발생부하 원단위를 분포형 강우유출모형인 SWMM (Storm Water Management Model)에 연계 적용함으로써 장래 신도시 내 도시하천의 수질을 거시적으로 예측하는 방법론을 제시하는 한편, 현재 신도시 개발이 진행되고 있는 G 신도시 내 대상유역의 장래수질 예측을 위하여 이를 활용함으로써 그 적용성을 검증하였다. '연단위 유량가중 평균농도 (Y-EMC; Yearly based Event Mean Concentration)' 개념을 도입하여 신도시 개발 이후의 장래수질을 예측한 결과, BOD 18.7 mg/L, T-N 16.2 mg/L 및 T-P 0.85 mg/L로 산정되어 목표수질인 하천생활기준 III등급의 달성이 어려운 것으로 나타났으며, 생활계 배출부하량을 80% 이상 저감시켰을 때 이 기준을 만족할 수 있는 것으로 예측되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 신도시 개발에 따른 장래 토지이용 특성의 변화에 대응하여 도시하천의 수질을 효율적으로 예측 관리하기 위한 기초적인 방법론으로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
