Till now, the roles of a tradition market were a circulation of the necessities of life, a employment market of local society, a center of community, and a main structure of local economy. Recently, these tradition market is on the decline because it couldn't cope with the internal and external changes. It is recognized that these phenomenon is a factor of economy unbalance. So, to activate the local economy, tradition market should be promoted. Therefore, external changes such as the increase of competition intensity and the changes of consume pattern, internal changes such as the deterioration of facility and old fashioned management were analysed. The activation plan of traditional market were suggested through the decision index for the tradition market in this study.

최근 건설교통부는 일반건설업과 전문건설업간의 겸업제한 관련 법안 폐지를 입법예고 하였다. 겸업제한 폐지는 국내 건설산업체제에 있어서 거대한 변화이며, 이는 일반건설업체 및 전문건설업체 모두에게 적지 않은 영향을 미친다. 본 연구의 목적은 철근콘크리트 전문건설업체가 겸업제한 폐지라는 환경변화에 대한 발전요인을 제시하는 것이다. 본 연구는 SWOT분석을 통하여 철근콘크리트업체의 강점, 약점, 기회, 위기 분석 및 전략을 도출하였다. 다음으로 전문건설업체의 실무자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고, 이를 바탕으로 요인분석을 실시하여 발전요인을 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 철근콘크리트 업체의 효과적인 경영 전략을 모색하며, 나아가 경영난을 겪고 있는 타 업종의 전문건설업체에게 도움을 주고자 한다.

1997년 '건설산업기본법'의 개정으로 CM방식이 도입 된지 10년이 지났고, 관련 연구 또한 활발히 진행되고 있다. 하지만 기존연구에서의 CM방식 적용에 대한 현황 분석은 공공부문에 한정되어 있으며, 활성화 여부를 판단하는 근거 또한 제한적인 자료를 활용하고 있는 것으로 판단되어 2003년부터 실시된 CM능력평가공시자료를 토대로 국내 CM시장 현황을 건수/금액 측면에서 비교, 분석하였다. 국내 건설시장은 2002년 이후 매년 발주건수가 감소하고 있으나 발주금액은 늘어나고 있으며, CM시장은 계약건수, 계약금액 모두 과거에 비해 증가하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 계약건수 점유율 측면에서 민간, 공공부문 모두 활성화 되고 있었으나, 계약금액 점유율 측면에서는 활성화 정도가 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 국내 경제성장과 건설시장의 성장에 비해 CM시장의 성장이 더 크게 나타났고, 이는 CM방식이 활성화되고 있다고 판단할 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study was firstly to provide fundamental data on the activation for the IP-based video phone for the special consumer related to the physically handicapped; secondly to inform empirical data for the consumer public policy in the information technology market, specially for the deaf people. The results of study showed that consumer needs extend to not only simple voice communication for general consumers but also special demands for both the handicapped and the elderly. This study also indicated that VoIP's characteristics of technology would be easily applied to the TRS or VRS which can be adapted to the special consumer market so that VoIP service would be optimal technology for the special consumers like the deaf. In order to successfully implement TRS & VRS business, the paper proposed as follows; 1) the provision of VoIP service enable to satisfying consumers in special market such as the deaf market and the elderly market, 2) the necessity of supporting policy by the related law, and 3) the construction of the system inducing interests from the market participants.

모듈러 건축은 시공 기간의 단축, 건축비용 절감 등의 여러 가지 장점에도 불구하고 국내 건설시장에서 좀처럼 탄력을 받지 못하고 있다. 이러한 원인에는 모듈러 내화 기술 적용의 한계도 있으나 무엇보다 내화구조 제도에 대한 접근성이 쉽지 않은 것이 주요 요인으로 간주되고 있다. 따라서 모듈러 건축 활성화를 위해 주요 저해요인인 내화구조 제도 현황과 문제점에 대해 고찰하였으며, 내화구조 제도적 개선 및 연구개발 방향에 대해 제시하고자 한다.

중소기업제품 구매를 확대하여 중소기업의 경영안정을 지원하는 취지에 의해 2006년 제정된 "중소기업제품 구매촉진 및 판로 지원에 관한 법률"은 제도의 활성화를 위해 최근까지 거듭되어 개정되었다. 이에 따라 중소기업청장에 의해 지정된 설계품목에 대해 공공공사 직접구매를 의무화하였다. 그러나 120여개에 달하는 직접구매대상 품목으로 인해 품질확보 및 납기지연, 현장 자재 담당 근무자의 업무과중 등 문제가 발생하고 있다. 법의 제정 취지는 최근 정부의 대기업과 중소기업의 동반성장이라는 여건에는 부합하지만 현장에서 위법을 기반으로 근무를 하는 담당자들의 입장과 자재 품질 확보, 적기 공급, 비용상승 등을 유발하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 논문은 "공사용 자재 직접 구매제도"의 문제점 파악 및 검증을 통해 향후 효율적이고 합리적으로 적용이 될 수 있도록 기여하고자 한다.

국내 건설산업은 인력관리나 제도의 개선보다는 기술 개발을 통하여 생산성 향상을 할 필요가 있으며 국제건설 시장에서도 기술력 향상을 통하여 경쟁력을 키울 필요가 있다. 정부는 기술 수준의 향상을 위하여 건설신기술지정제도를 제정 $\cdot$ 운영하고 있으나 그 사용실적 또한 처음 기대했던 것만큼의 효과를 보지 못 하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 지정된 신기술의 대부분을 차지하고 있는 전문건설업체를 중심으로 건설신기술지정 현황을 파악한 후 타 관련 제도와의 비교, 문헌조사 및 설문조사를 동하여 신기술 지정제도의 개선전과 이를 통한 건설신기술 개발의 활성화를 위한 방향을 제시한다.

The slowdown of the global economic market due to the pandemic is causing the global construction market to stagnate, and the use of smart construction technology is drawing attention as one of the main alternatives to overcome this problem. In fact, a number of previous studies have been published that smart construction technologies such as building information modeling and drones can contribute to project performance improvement, such as productivity improvement and cost reduction. However, previous studies focus on the application direction and technical effectiveness of smart construction technology, so the analysis in terms of the contribution that the application of the technology has to the project performance is insufficient. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to focus on the effectiveness aspect of the application of smart construction technology on the project performance. The results of this study are expected to be able to be used as basic data for establishing policies related to the activation of smart construction technology promoted by the government and setting the direction for the use of smart construction technology by stakeholders.

This study tries to analyze the possibility of application of project financing to electricity industry and analyze the management of risks happening in the process of foreign project procurement and construction. Those are based on the trends and analysis of project financing in foreign projects. Risks are 'classified as risks before completion of projects and risks after completion. Project financing is key element of exportation and financial strategies and activation of project financing may provide the acceleration of the efficient financial market.
