국내 건설사업관리 업무지침의 개선(안)에 관한 연구 (A Study on Proposal to improve Domestic Construction Management Service Guide)

  • The Korean government makes an effort to raise the competitive power of nation through CM activation in the construction industry. Since the first CM service was applied to the atomic power plant project in 1986, the number of CM contracts are continuously being increased and will be up to 20% by 2002 in public sector. However, the public projects had been executed without any procedure manual or standard guideline of CM services. Meanwhile the Ministry of Construction and Transportation issued $\ulcorner$CM Service Guide$\lrcorner$, but the guide shows an indefinite description in the responsibility, authority and scope of activity for the project participants. Therefore, it is required the procedures be improved and scope of activities be established for the project participants. This study was generated from the comparative analysis of $\ulcorner$Standard CM Services and Practice$\lrcorner$ Published by CMAA and domestic $\ulcorner$CM Service Guide$\lrcorner$ and the case of Incheon International Airport construction. The purpose of this study is to provide the fundamental data for an improvement in the procedures of project execution and the construction manager's activities/rolls shown on $\ulcorner$CM Service Guide$\lrcorner$

  • Risk Assessment, a basis of health and safety management system, is an calamity prevention activity which regularly measure the level of a risk to passively improve potential hazard. A problem, the assessment not being improved to be applied to the construction work site where requires diversity and complexity, causes the assessment to be inefficient to bring quality results. A study on the investigates and compares the surveyed degree of recognitions of workers who works in companies executing the risk assessment By the investigation and comparison, it is expected to bring the better solution for early and efficient application for those companies which are not taking the risk assessment.

  • In recent years, environments of business are changing due to epoch-making development of information technology and the advent of digital economy ages. It is an active confrontation as to the environments for information. Unlike the large scale enterprises in those days, hower, many small & medium enterprises especially the enterprises which are engaged in the manufacturing industry-aren't participate in information's rank due to the lack of funds, manpower, insufficient management environments, and manager or staff's lack of cognition as to information. So, this paper make a base of establishment for ISP through the establishment of ERP that is used to management activity for small & medium manufacturing enterprises. A way for small & medium enterprises' ERP construction is SMERP S/W for the small & medium enterprises' ERP package which is offered by the Korea chamber of commerce & industry. And, that is applied to the real management environment.

  • Railway safety case is an important measure for demonstrates operating company's capability, commitment and competence in accordance with Railway Regulation 2000 in UK. Safety case describes the scope of operation, definition and boundary of activity, risk analysis, system safety activity, annul safety plan. Relationships between' these components and company's policy, organization, human resource, control measure, investment plan are also included. A case study for Network Rail (infrastructure manager)'s safety case is described in this paper for the construction of safety rule and safety planning.

  • Construction Productivity is one of the most important elements in construction management. It is used in construction process scheduling and cost management, which are significant sector in construction management. It is important to make appropriate schedule and monitor how works are done within schedule. But construction project contains uncertainty and inexactitude, modifying construction schedule is being an issue to manage construction works well. Even though prediction and monitoring of productivity can be principal activity, it is hard to predict productivity with manager's experience and a standard of estimate. A large number of factors influencing productivity, such as drawing, construction method, weather, labor, material, equipment, etc. But current calculation of productivity depends on empirical probability, not consider difference of each influencing factor. In this research, the aim is to present a productivity predicting regression model of form work, which includes effectiveness of influences factors. 5 variables existed inside form work are selected by interview and site research based on literature review of existed various productivity influencing factors. The effectiveness and correlation of productivity influencing factors are analyzed by statistical approach, and it is used to make productivity regression model. The finding of this research will improves monitoring and controlling of project schedule in construction phase.

  • 동적 변화가 상존하는 건설환경에서, 보수·리모델링 프로그램의 관리자는 자원하의 복수 프로젝트를 조정·관리하는데 어려움을 겪게 된다. 프로그램에 내재하는 불확실성과 상호종속성으로 인해, 단위작업의 지연과 그로 인한 연쇄적인 공정계획의 동요는 프로그램 전체의 안정성과 관리가능성을 저해한다. 본 논문은 먼저 건설관리에 적용되었던 생산관리기법들이 프로그램관리에 적용될 수 있는가를 살펴본 후, 프로그램 내부의 자원유동의 흐름에 주기적으로 버퍼를 설치하는 공정 안정화 모델을 제안하고자 한다. 몬테-칼로 시뮬레이션에 의한 비교실험으로 제안된 버퍼 관리모델의 성능을 프로그램의 생산성, 유연성, 그리고 안정성의 관점에서 분석하였다.

  • 공정관리는 건설 프로젝트에서 가장 중요한 프로젝트 성공 요인 중 하나이다. 그러나, 기존의 공정계획 기법은 건설 프로젝트에서 상당한 수작업과 관리자의 판단이 필요하기 때문에 신속한 공정계획과 운영에 많은 어려움이 있다. 본 연구는 공정계획을 자동화하고 시각화하기 위한 새로운 공정계획 기법과 알고리즘을 제안하는 것을 목적으로 하며, 이를 가산 그리드 공정계획 기법(CSM)이라고 한다. 이 기법은 시각화된 도구를 통해 작업 범위를 정의하면 각 작업의 생산성과 작업 가능 조건에 따라 일정계획이 자동으로 생성된다. 날짜별 작업의 위치를 그리드 기반 접근방식으로 시각화할 수 있다. 또한 작업 일정은 진행 상황에 따라 자동으로 갱신할 수 있다. 제안된 기법의 산업적 활용 가능성을 건설프로젝트의 샘플 데이터를 가지고 사례 연구를 통해 검증하였다. 본 연구는 공정관리 프로세스를 자동화하여 건설 산업에 기여할 수 있을 깃으로 기대한다.

안전보건관리자가 인식하는 효과적인 사업장 안전보건교육 내용과 방법에 관한 다차원적 분석 (Multidimensional Analyses on Effective Contents and Methods of Safety and Health Education Perceived by Safety and Health Managers at Workplace)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze safety and health managers' perceptual maps on the effective educational contents and its methods of workplace safety and health education. Self-administered survey was successfully conducted to 582 workers who were 339 in manufacturing, 68 in construction, and 175 in service & others by industry classification. Survey sites were recruited based on business size, incidence of occupational accident, and compliance of workplace safety and health education regulation. Questionnaire included personal factors, workplace factors, and needs of safety and health education at work. Male workers were 85.3% and more than 50% were in their 30s and had university education. Overall needs of educational contents and its methods were greater in manufacturing and services than construction. Two dimensional properties of effective educational contents perceived were 'knowledge structure' which divided to safety and health, and 'behavior outcomes' which divided to indirect and direct. Two dimensional properties of educational methods were 'class activity' which divided to experience-based and verbal-based and 'class participation' which divided to passive and active. Effective educational contents and its methods perceived by safety and health managers commonly included the characteristics of direct, case-based, and participation.
