철도선형설계의 환경부하량 및 이산화탄소 발생량 평가 (Evaluation of the environmental load and the amount of $CO_2$ emissions on Design for railway Alignment)

  • Following public expectations from the emergence of an international agreement with greater legal force after the expiration of the 2012 Kyoto Protocol, Korea is also making efforts to effectively and systematically initiate the mitigation policy and enforce the terms of the international climate change agreement. The majority of domestic industries are candidates for greenhouse gas emission regulation, thereby requiring the proposal of a method that effectively reduces environmental contaminate substances released from railway facilities, following the prediction of an increase in railway usage as an environment-friendly transportation method in the future. Accordingly, this study has quantitatively calculated the amount of released environmental contaminates through the life cycle assessment (LCA) on railway facility constructions, and has evaluated the environmental load and the amount of greenhouse gas emissions through the resulting values. The results of the LCA analysis showed that the amount of environmental load was the highest at the early stages of material implementation and construction, and that the value of global warming was viewed as the highest among the effects. As officially announced by the World Meteorological Organization and the United Nations Environment Program that $CO_2$ is the main culprit of global warming, the analytical values confirmed that the amount of $CO_2$ emissions accounted for more than half of the released greenhouse gases at 2.90E+04tons. The environmental load and $CO_2$ emission rates analyzed in this study are judged to be used in the deduction of the optimum environment-friendly method and quantitative environmental effect of railway facility constructions in the future, as the values can be evaluated based on their degree of environment friendliness.

서울 정릉(貞陵) 재실(齋室)에 대한 소고 (Study on the Memorial Structure(齋室) in Front of Jeongreung Royal Tomb(貞陵) in Seoul)

  • This study is related to excavation from ruins the memorial structure within the Jeongreung royal tomb. There are experimental assertion on the basis of results of the excavation, historical records. The location of the memorial structure is identified in picture of Sunwonbogam(선원보감), records of Chunkwantongho(春官通考). The memorial structure have 6 rooms where lay in 250 steps(步) from the south of Hongjeonmun gate, lotus pond lay in southeast of the structure recorded on Chunkwantongho that's guide book to manners. It's matched in the location as result of excavation. The building site consists of main house(윗채), outhouse(아래채) that's stationed in stepped. It seems that main house as the memorial structure have 6 rooms. It's used as outhouse for facilities attached to the main. It's characterized the memorial structure within the Jeongreung royal tomb that's stationed main house, outhouse in stepped it using natural ground. It's estimated that it's tried to conservation for building site, fence etc. in next several time. With regard to constructing time of the structure, traces involved to first construction is simple: 2 chimneys in flower bed, fence, a part of stone elevation, drains by using rectangular stone. It shows that the building site had been reconstructed or renovated during Gho-jong King 37s year of the Choson dynasty(A.D.1900). It seems that the memorial structure during approximately 300 years in existence from Hyeon-jong King 10s year of the Choson dynasty(A.D.1669) to the late 1960s.

한옥호텔의 배치 및 공간특성에 관한 사례조사 (Case Study on the Characteristics of Hanok Hotel)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the design characteristics of Hanok hotel. This study was approached by using theoretical investigation and a field survey. The field survey analyzed the current situations by conducting the master plan layout, architecture and interior design of the Hanok hotel. The field survey was tested by examining four different Hanok hotels from February 2014 to July 2014. After all, the results were analyzed based on given categories. The results of this research can be summarized as following. First, the characteristic of the master plan layout in Hanok hotel was appeared as "ㄷ" and "ㅡ" shapes. Those layouts were based on the spatial and the functional aspects of Hanok hotel facilities. Second, three different structural methods such as the korean traditional wooden structure, concrete, and masonry method were used in Hanok hotel construction to deliver the traditional architecture aspects while considering the functionality and convenience of the building. Third, most of Hanok hotels had the limited furniture range. The consideration of using several types of traditional furniture in different rates of the guest rooms help to increase the service quality and customer's satisfaction. Fourth, there were no diversity of using materials and colors in Hanok hotels that only few of them were used to express the traditional look. Fifth, the local characteristics were found in several Hanok hotels. To reflect the local characteristics in Hanok hotel is to construct a suitable environment to fit in nature and also it is easily to convey the local culture to others.

  • This study was carried out to introduce current status and development strategy for an environmental restoration of stream side in Japan, and to consider a methodology which could be effectively applied for the environmental restoration of stream side in Korea. The strategy prospects of environmental restoration in Japan were summarized as follows: 1. We should establish a new paradigm of forest road, forest conservation and erosion control which can emphasize the restoration of the streamside ecosystem and reduce the effects of soil movement change in the areas. And we should maintain the biotic habitats to conserve native biotic community when we practice forest road, forest conservation and erosion control works. 2. In the point of view ecological conservation aspects, we should evaluate the effects of new forest conservation and erosion control methods which is emphasized on the restoration of the streamside ecosystem to apply desirable methodology to the environmental restoration of the streamside area. 3. In the past, the objective of forest conservation and erosion control was to fix a soil by construction of permanent structures. Whereas, the direction of future's forest conservation and erosion control needs to change new forest conservation and erosion control technology to prevent large scale soil movement but allow small scale soil movement to conserve sound ecosystem and biotic habitats. 4. The restoration of the streamside ecosystem should provide continuity of the streamside environment which allows desirable biological habitats, and environmentally sound facilities to harmonize the environment.

도시형생활주택의 거주 후 평가분석 및 활성화대책 (The Post Occupancy Evaluation and Its Activation Plan of The City-Type Housing)

  • 도시형생활주택은 1~2인 가구의 주거 안정을 목적으로 규정을 완화한 새로운 주거형태의 주택이다. 본 연구에서는 도시형생활주택의 거주 후 평가(POE;Post Occupancy Evaluation)를 비교 실시하고 결과를 토대로 정책적 시사점을 검토하였다. 연구대상지역은 서울의 강남, 강북의 4곳을 선정하여 총 200명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. POE분석 결과, 교통문제, 주차공간, 경제성이 문제점으로 나타났다. 강남지역과 강북지역의 차이점은 독립표본 t-test 분석 결과 입지특성, 건물상태, 시공상태, 주택규모, 유지관리, 경제성에서 강남지역이 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 지역간 차이는 크지 않게 나타났다. 따라서 도시형생활주택은 지역적 차이는 별반 없으며 도시형생활주택 전체적으로는 공급면적의 상향조정, 주차공간의 확보를 위한 강제조항의 도입, 설계기술의 개선이 실시되어야 한다.

기장산성 집수지의 구조와 변화양상 (Structure and Change Pattern of Gijang Mountain Fortress and its Receiving Reservoir)

  • This paper looked into the structure of and changes in the building process of Gijang mountain fortress and its receiving reservoir by analyzing data from an excavation investigation. The structure of the receiving reservoir may be classified into a flat form, stone sheath, floor facility, wall facility, and entry and exit facility. The flat form of the Gijang mountain fortress and receiving reservoir is round. Concerning the sectional form, the wall was obliquely excavated in the trapezoid. As a stone sheath building method, it was built by undertaking a range work of oblong stone materials in a clockwise direction on a stamped soil floor. Then, it was treated with stamping using double layers of gray clay and yellowish brown clay on the floor and the wall. Also, in a space between the stamped layers on the floor, herbal plants and a straw mat were laid for waterproofing as well as to prevent sinking. As an entry and exit facility, two facilities were confirmed symmetrically in the southeast and in the northwest. It is believed that they were built additionally during rebuilding after the initial construction. The building process was revealed to have been carried out in 8 stages. Given the structure and excavated remains, the building period is estimated to be the early to mid 7th century for the initial building, the later 9th to 11th centuries for the primary rebuilding, and the later 16th to early 17th centuries for the secondary rebuilding.

연속접촉재 역사이폰 만곡수로 시스템의 수질개선 (Water Quality Improvement Using Inverted Siphon Curved Channel System of Serial Contact Materials)

  • 본 연구는 자갈접촉 산화공법의 단점을 연속접촉재 자유월류형 역사이폰 만곡수로시스템으로 보완함으로써 하천수질의 개선효과를 증대시키기 위한 것이다. 이 시스템은 접촉시간의 확장으로 시설규모를 축소시키고, 접촉재의 필터화를 통해 공극의 폐쇄 시 교체가 용이하도록 개선하였다. 또한 이 시스템은 단일 접촉재 사용으로부터 혼합 연속 접촉재를 사용할 수 있도록 개량된 수질개선 공법으로 개발되었다. 개발된 시스템은 대전광역시 소재 지방하천인 탄동천 일부구간에 설치하여 현장실험으로 수질개선효과를 확인하였다. 몇 차례의 현장실험을 통한 수질개선효과 검증결과는 하천수질의 생활환경기준 검사항목으로 SS, BOD, 총대장균수의 수질 개선효과는 55~83% 감소율을 보여 국내 하천수질 정화시설의 목표치인 60~75%를 상회하는 양호한 것으로 확인되었다.

선형기반 시설물을 위한 Flexible BIM 시스템의 설계 (Design of Flexible BIM System for Alignment-Based Facility)

  • 최근 건설 산업은 BIM (Building Information Modeling)의 도입으로 인하여 많은 혜택을 얻고 있다. 하지만 도로나 철도와 같은 선형기반 설계공종의 경우는 구간별 표준횡단면의 정의와 선형의 배치를 통한 서피스(surface)모델을 생성함으로써 3차원 설계가 이루어지나, 현재 설계 소프트웨어에서 제공되는 횡단면 설계요소가 제한적이거나 국내실정에 맞지 않은 점이 많고, 생성된 서피스모델은 선형구간의 시 종점에 대해 일체화 되어있어 공정, 물량, 단가 등의 BIM 소요정보와 세분화된 연계를 위해서는 모델 수정 등의 많은 후속작업이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 3D 선형기반설계가 적용되는 사회기반시설물을 대상으로 3차원 모델의 분절 및 속성정보의 운용이 자유로운 '선형기반 인프라시설물을 위한 Flexible BIM 시스템'의 설계를 통하여 BIM의 활용성을 극대화 하는 것을 목표로 한다.

군산 비응항 개발사업에 대한 지역주민의 인식 및 활성화 방안 (A Proposed Vitalization Plan based on Residents' Perception for Gunsan Bi-eung Port Development Plan)

  • 본격적인 새만금시대를 맞이하여 군산 비응항은 복합관광어항으로 발돋움하기 위한 개발사업을 진행하고 있다. 하지만 관광개발을 시행함에 있어 지역주민의 인식과 태도가 중요한 영향을 미치기 때문에 본 연구에서는 비응항 개발사업에 대한 지역주민들의 인식 및 태도를 살펴보고, 이를 바탕으로 활성화방안을 도출하였다. 연구결과 비응항의 여건과 문제점에 대한 인식에서는 다소 부정적인 견해를 갖고 있었고, 개발사업의 효과 역시 긍정적이지 않은 것으로 평가하고 있다. 또한 활성화 방안에 대해서는 숙박시설의 고급화와 해양레포츠시설의 개발을 선호하고 있었으며, 비응해수욕장의 활용 방안에 대해서는 해안 데크 조성을 희망하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 비응항 활성화를 위해 종합리조트 조성과 해양레저 스포츠시설을 조성하여 관광객들의 수요에 대응하고, 비응항 홍보를 강화하는 등의 행정적 노력과 상인들의 건전한 상가문화 조성 등 자체적인 노력이 필요하다고 판단된다.

스마트폰 기반의 지능형 수배전반 모니터링 시스템 구현 (Development of Intelligent Switchgear Monitoring System based on Smartphone)

  • 현재 에너지 소비가 증가하면서 환경적인 이슈로 전력 산업의 고도화 및 에너지 효율화에 대한 요구가 증가함에 따라 지능형 전력시스템과 같은 전력 IT 산업이 신 성장 동력으로 주목받고 있다. 지능형 전력 시스템을 통해 전력 수요에 따른 공급의 밸런스를 최적화하게 되면 에너지 수입 및 전력 인프라 건설, 운영에 소요되는 막대한 비용을 절감할 수 있고, 안정적으로 전력을 공급할 수 있게 된다. 하지만, 모든 설비 및 장비를 실시간 관리하기 위해서는 인력낭비가 발생할 뿐만 아니라, 응급 상황을 인지하지 못해 전력사고로 이어지는 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 스마트폰 기반의 원격 제어 및 모니터링 기능을 구비한 지능형 수배전반 통합관리 시스템을 개발하였다. 기존의 수배전반 관리 시스템의 단점을 보완한 본 시스템은 저비용으로 효율성과 안정성을 대폭 향상 시킬 수 있어, 향후 전력 IT 산업의 발전에 크게 도모할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
