산업부산물 중 석탄회는 전체배출량의 약 30%가 재활용되지 못하고 매립되고 있으며, 매립에 따른 비용 등의 문제가 심각하다. 국내 석탄회 중에서 비회는 건설재료로서 재활용되나, 매립회는 대부분 재활용되지 못하고 매립되고 있다. 본 연구에서 석탄회를 활용하여 개발한 경량기포유동화재는 기존의 유동화재에 기포를 더하여 단위중량을 낮추었으며, 교대 및 옹벽 등의 뒷채움에 적용가능한 경량성과 유동성을 지닌 재료이다. 또한, 단위중량, 일축압축강도, 플로우 시험 등과 같은 실내시험을 통해 적용성을 검토하였다. 시험결과 매립회와 비회의 혼합비 70:30~50:50에서, 기포량 각각 2~3%, 함수량 26.5~29.5% 범위에서 단위중량기준 $12{\sim}15kN/m^3$, 일축압축강도기준 0.8~1.2MPa, 플로우기준 20cm 이상을 만족하는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to identify landscaping costs for apartment landscapes, landscape facility factors, and the transition of spatial composition for landscapes. In addition, based on the questionnaires and analysis results for workers in related fields such as landscape design companies and construction companies, this study aimed at acquiring results for the development of current apartment landscapes and directions for improvement in the future. Through the results, it aimed at providing basic data for apartment landscapes in the future. Results showed that there was approximately a 2.6 times increase for landscaping expenses of actual apartment landscapes, and a 7.0 to 11.5 times increase in the future can be expected. The cause of such increase is the continuously growing demand for a more pleasant environment. Landscape facilities factors have been diversified, and most facilities are used as multi-purpose spaces rather than serving simple facilities. Questionnaires and field investigations showed that water facilities underwent the biggest changes, and the cause for such changes were found to be the introduction of new facilities such as water facilities and environmental structures, as well as the creation of integrated functions and spaces. Spatial composition for landscapes showed that multi-purpose spaces were established, and for the apartment differentiation strategy, there were many different changes such as theming of green areas and places for exchange among residents. For changes, the most changes were in green areas, and studies also showed that there were many changes for rest areas as well. The cause for such change is judged to have been brought about by the increase of landscape space by placing parking areas underground, and investigations showed that compared to green areas composed of large grass patches, recent apartments are establishing diverse and experience-based green areas.

As the construction of multi-family housings, especially apartments, has been increased since 1970s, the multi-family housing becomes one of the main housing types in Korea. With the increase of multi-family housings, managing them becomes an important issue. Since 2010, the government has made a lowest price award system by a competitive bid compulsory to promote the development of housing management systems. Although competitive bids were implemented, the maintenance company was finally selected by the price without any other consideration. Consequently, the quality of management service was not enhanced. The purpose of this study is to suggest the improvement scheme of multi-family housing management system. In this study, the bidding data of "K-apt", the bidding method and the successful tendered price are analyzed. The results of analyzing bidding materials, the proportion of applying a lowest price system was 67.7%. Also many diverse ways to select the best management company were used, but most of these ways were violate the law and guidelines of Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs. It meant that the lowest price award system was not implemented by strict standards and didn't correspond with the needs of residents of apartment. This condition made the housing maintenance quality low and deteriorated the management industry development. To enhance this condition, a new standard to select the management company, which are included contents of quality of managing quality, management expenses and companies' soundness, is necessary.

유비쿼터스 환경의 일환으로 있는 홈 네트워크는 원격제어 서비스, 모니터링, 정보가전기기의 연동서비스, 보안 서비스 등의 다양한 서비스들이 제공된다. 이러한 서비스들이 사용화되기 위해서는 먼저 테스트를 통한 검증과정이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 홈 네트워크의 환경 구축 및 응용 서비스의 테스트와 연구 개발을 하기 위한 홈 네트워크 테스트베드를 설계하고 구현하고자 한다. 홈 네트워크 테스트베드의 솔루션으로 추가로 배선을 설치할 필요없이 기존의 전력선을 그대로 사용하기 때문에 비용이 적게 들고 설치가 용이한 PLC를 이용하였다. 또한, 홈 네트워크 테스트베드의 솔루션으로 Zigbee를 이용한 무선센서 네트워크를 사용하였다. 정보가전기기를 제어 및 모니터링 하는 Home Auto로 구현하였으며, Home Auto와 댁외의 단말기들을 연결하는 Home Gateway로 구현하였다.

인터체인지는 자동차와 보행자의 기본적인 통행기능을 비롯하여 도로 주변시설로의 출입, 자동차와 보행자의 체류기능 등 다양한 기능을 가지고 있다. 이러한 인터체인지는 시대의 변화에 따라 통행기능의 고속성 안전성 및 도심공간기능 등에 대한 사회적 요청이 보다 강해지고 있다. 인터체인지에서의 교통의 안전성과 효율성은 인터체인지 형식에 의해서 크게 좌우된다. 본 연구에서는 다양한 도시부 간선도로에서의 인터체인지를 대상으로 교통량, 차로 수, 좌회전 비율 을 변화시켜가며 인터체인지 형태별 지체정도 및 인터체인지 건설비용을 고려한 상대지체를 분석하였다. 연구는 평면교차 Diamond, Roundabout, SPUI(Single Point Urban Interchange), Echelon 인터체인지를 대상으로 하였고. 교통량은 본선3차로 3000대, 접속도로 교통량은 $1{\sim}2$차로, $500{\sim}2000$대 까지 500대씩 변화, 접속도로의 좌회전 비율은 $10{\sim}30%$까지 10%단위로 변화. 본선에서의 연결로(본선에서 접속도로 진출차량) 교통량은 500, 1000대로 변화시키며 각 시나리오를 작성하였다. VISSIM Simulation을 통하여 각 시나리오별 상대 지체 값을 도출하였고 인터체인지 공사비를 고려하여 개별차량 지체 값을 비교하였다 개별차량 지체 값 비교를 통하여 교통량, 차로 수, 좌회전 비율에 따라 최적인터체인지형태를 결론으로 도출하였다.

본 연구는 영친왕의 일본 생활과 주변 인물들과의 관계를 사회학적으로 분석하여 그 동안 알려지지 않은 골프활동을 찾는 것으로 국내 및 일본의 서적, 논문, 학회지, 신문, 각종 잡지, 사진 등의 문헌분석을 통해 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 영친왕은 일본 황족 마사코와의 결혼으로 일본 황족의 대우를 받게 되어 일본 황실의 영향으로 1924년 골프를 처음 배우게 되었고, 1925년에는 일본 황태자가 개최하는 대회에도 참가하는 등의 골프활동을 보였다. 그리고 1927년에는 1년간의 유럽여행을 떠나며 싱가폴, 파리, 스위스, 영국, 벨기에, 네덜란드, 이탈리아에서 골프 경기는 물론 골프장 시찰, 골프 레슨, 골프 공 제조 공장들을 방문하며 많은 골프활동을 보였다. 유럽에서 돌아온 후에는 경성 군자리골프장 부지, 건설자금, 운영비를 지원해 주었다. 그 후 일본 고급 직업 장교로 생활하는 기간에는 특별한 골프활동을 보이지는 못하였고, 태평양전쟁 이후에는 전시 복구 등의 사회적인 여건과 경제적 문제, 1958년부터는 건강상의 문제로 더 이상의 골프활동은 찾아볼 수 없었다.

홈 네트워크란 일반적으로 PC를 비롯한 가정 내의 가전기기들이 하나의 네트워크로 통합되어 통신이 가능하도록 하는 것을 의미한다. 21세기에 들어서 홈 네트워크 환경을 위한 여러 가지 기술들이 제시되었다. 대표적으로 HomePNA, IEEE1394, ethernet lan, 블루투스 등이 있다. 일반적으로 홈 네트워크를 구현하는데 있어 가전기기간 데이터를 전송 할 경우 표준 직렬 인터페이스인 RS232를 이용한다. 그러나 RS232를 이용하여 홈 네트워크를 구현할 경우 다음과 같은 문제점이 있다. 즉, point-to-point 방식을 사용하여 각각의 기기를 모두 RS232로 연결해야 한다는 것이다. 이를 경우 기기의 숫자만큼 회선이 늘어남으로 인해 시스템 자체가 복잡해지고 비용도 증가한다. 이러한 문제점을 개선하고자 이 논문에서는 RS422 Multi-drop mode 시리얼 통신를 이용하여 흠 네트워크를 설계하였고 임베디드 리눅스 시스템으로 제어하였다. 그리고 홈 네트워크 가상환경을 구현하기 위해서 PIC를 이용하여 모터 및 센서를 RS422와 연결하였다.

Background: Monoclonal antibodies (mAb) of rodent origin are produced with ease by hybridoma fusion technique, and have been successfully used as therapeutic reagents for humans after humanization by genetic engineering. However, utilization of these antibodies for therapeutic purpose has been limited by the fact that they act as immunogens in human body causing undesired side effects. So far, there have been several attempts to produce human mAbs for effective in vivo diagnostic or therapeutic reagents including the use of humanized xenomouse that is generated by mating knockout mice which lost Ig heavy and light chain genes by homologous recombination and transgenic mice having both human Ig heavy and light gene loci in their genome. Methods: Genomic DNA fragments of mouse Ig heavy and light chain were obtained from a mouse brain ${\lambda}$ genomic library by PCR screening and cloned into a targeting vector with ultimate goal of generating Ig knockout mouse. Results: Through PCR screening of the genomic library, three heavy chain and three light chain Ig gene fragments were identified, and restriction map of one of the heavy chain gene fragments was determined. Then heavy chain Ig gene fragments were subcloned into a targeting vector. The resulting construct was introduced into embryonic stem cells. Antibiotic selection of transfected cells is under the progress. Conclusion: Generation of xenomouse is particularly important in medical biotechnology. However, this goal is not easily achieved due to the technical difficulties as well as huge financial expenses. Although we are in the early stage of a long-term project, our results, at least, partially contribute the successful generation of humanized xenomouse in Korea.

최근 들어 무선 네트워크 연동이 중요한 이슈로 부각되고 있으며, 대표적으로 3G 네트워크와 곧 도입될 예정인 WiBro 네트워크와의 연동에 관심이 집중되고 있다. 3G-WiBro 연동망이 구성될 경우 사용자는 서비스 지역에 따라 최적의 서비스를 제공받을 수 있으며, 사업자는 망 구축 및 운용비용을 절감할 수 있기 때문이다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 3G-WiBro 연동망에서 고속 핸드오프 지원을 위한 효율적인 연동 구조 및 세부적인 연동 방안을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 Smoothly Coupled Integration 방안은 Loosely Coupled Integration 방안과 Tightly Coupled Integration 방안의 장점을 수용할 수 있으며, 아울러 3G 네트워크와 WiBro 네트워크가 개별적으로 동작하면서도 고속 핸드오프 지원을 통한 Seamless 서비스와 이동성을 제공할 수 있는 구조를 갖고 있다. 제안한 방안의 성능을 검증하기 위해 OPNET을 이용한 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 수행하였으며, 이를 통해 제안한 방안의 우수성이 검증되었다.

The purpose of this study was to resolve the issues of inferior housing environment and the population decrease in rural community by improving the environment and attracting urban inhabitants. A simulation on the costs and the local programs was operated from a point of view that Pension Insurance House with Long-term Lease and a plan for the program in connection with local resources should be accompanied to attract urban inhabitants. The study was carried out through mainly documents analysis and specialists' opinions. The simulation results are as follows. Firstly, the pre-existing rural housing development projects have only emphasized the hardware, while underestimated the post-management with operating programs. The software should be underlined when Pension Insurance House is developed. Secondly, as a result of the simulation on construction expenditure and the operating and maintenance cost for 30 years, about 82.3 million Wons are necessary residential expenses for 15 years per unit. Thirdly, in case of MUJU County, it has made the most of its pre-existing institutions. It's medical institutions provide medical care system with health education, facilities related leisure and culture offer recreational programs and the local community center and its program of each town helps new habitants adopt to the rural life. Additionally, the employment project of a local welfare center allow people living in a rural community to continue their careers with their talents and interests through local class programs for a life worth living. Lastly, guide for getting information of rural life, local community gathering and preliminary education should be carried out to reduce expectant tenants' incompatibility and assist them settle down early. The community program expansion is also required at the local government level.
