In evaluating the competitiveness of construction companies and their development strategies, patents are a useful and objective source of technical information. In this study, the cutting-edge technologies of construction industries of China, Japan, and South Korea were investigated based on the data of patent applications filed by a total of 15 construction companies (five companies from each country). The related technologies were classified into six core technology groups based on their keywords. After that, we used four patent analysis methods: time series analysis, IP (Intellectual Property) emergence level analysis, spiral module analysis, and OS (Object-Solution) Matrix analysis, to identify the promising technologies/vacant technologies for global construction companies in China, Japan, and South Korea, and to analyze the technical competitiveness of the three countries. The findings of this study showed that each country can claim a relative technological advantage over the others. Overall, 3D printing and offsite construction technology, data acquisition technology, AR and VR technology are expected to be promising in the Asian region. The present study contributes to the body of knowledge by expanding our understanding of technological innovation for the competitiveness of companies and the technology development strategies pursued by the construction industries of China, Japan, and South Korea.

The differentiators of this study are as follows. I would like to consider the factors that the compensation, considering the characteristics of the members of the ICT construction company, affects the turnover and suggest ways to promote the welfare of ICT construction company members in the fourth industrial revolution. The purpose of this study is to look at how perceived compensation affects the degree of turnover by members of small ICT construction companies through organizational Commitment and job placement. Specifically, the independent variable looks at the causal relationship between organizational civic behavior and organizational trust through Turnover intention. First, in the fourth industrial revolution, the management of the tasks of members of ICT construction companies was found to have a positive impact on their organizational immersion and job alignment. Second, in the fourth industrial revolution, the management of wages by members of ICT construction companies was found to have a positive impact on organizational immersion and job alignment. Third, in the fourth industrial revolution, the promotion management of members of ICT construction companies did not have a positive impact on their organizational immersion and job alignment Fourth, in the fourth industrial revolution, the concentration of members of ICT construction companies' organization is found to have a positive influence on turnover. Fifth, in the fourth industrial revolution, the job alignment of members of ICT construction companies was found to have a positive impact on turnover.

Korean construction industry has developed with national economy growth for a couple of decades. However, because of slump of real estate, the domestic construction industry was intimidated. In this situation, many construction company has no choice but to go abroad to find construction projects. However, almost small or medium-sized construction companies are very hard to operate their business because they have small funding ability and weak labor power. Therefore, this study aims to propose an assessment tool through analyzing risk factors of overseas construction projects for small or medium-sized companies by examining preceding research and interviewing industry experts. Weights of the risk factors are determined through the surveys of the industry practitioners. All of the data is configured into the assessment tool and this converts the quantitative information which leads to the optimal of strategies choice. This paper provides a quantitative measurement of possible performance and detailed assessment of each itemized risk factors. This assessment tool is qualified for industry experts so that it can safely be applied to the future projects. Ultimately, many small or medium sized construction companies will benefit from the tool proposed in this study to examine the potential of the overseas market expansion.

국내 중 소규모 건설 산업은 시공분야를 중심으로 발전하여 왔으며 소프트분야가 상대적으로 취약하다. 또한 다양한 발주 체계가 활용되지 못하는 문제점을 안고 진행되고 있다. 더욱이 현재 국내 건설 프로젝트들은 자금력과 기술력을 갖춘 대형 건설업체들이 경쟁 우위를 점하고 있어 중 소규모 건설업체들의 입지가 줄어들고 있다. 최근국내 외 건설시장의 대형화, 고도화와 함께 기술집약적인 공사가 늘어감에 따라 기술경쟁이 가능한 설계시공일괄(Design-Build)방식의 건설 산업이 늘어나고 있는 추세이며 규모가 작은 중 소건설기업의 상황에서는 더욱 건설시장에서 효과적인 경쟁력을 보유하여야 할 것으로 예상한다. 이에 본 연구는 디자인 빌드 방식의 성공요인과 중 소규모 프로젝트 사례조사를 한 후 AHP 분석을 통해 성공요인 도출 및 중요도 분석을 함으로써 중 소규모 건설업체의 디자인 빌드 방식의 성공적 수행을 위한 중점 관리요인을 제시하고자 한다. 그리하여 향후 중 소 건설업체의 발전과 생산성 향상을 위한 기반을 제공하고자 한다.

The development and utilization performance of the construction new technology was introduced in 2014 according to the detailed evaluation criteria of the construction project of Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. In the case of the construction new technology, the current standard is give 3 points in the "technology development and investment performance" evaluation item. However, construction engineering companies is difficult for to invest the capital required for new technology development. Therefore, in this study, we try to extract the difficult factor that occur in the process of construction new technology development in terms of construction engineering companies. The research results are expected to provide with the support policy guideline for new technology development costs to policy makers.

90년대 이후 전 세계적으로 지식경영(Knowledge Management : KM)에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 특히 기업의 시장가치 중 지식자산이 차지하는 비중이 높아짐에 따라 한국의 건설 분야도 90년대 중반부터 대기업을 중심으론 지식경영을 도입하고 있다. 그러나, 중소${\cdot}$전문건설업체의 경우에는 기업의 재무 및 조직적인 이유로 지식경영에 대한 이해와 정보화에 뒤쳐지고 있는 실정이다. 더욱이, 건설 분야에서 중소${\cdot}$전문건설업체가 차지하는 비중이 매우 높게 나타나기 때문에 이들의 기술 수준이 건설공사의 품질과 직결된다고 해도 과언이 아니다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 회사의 가치와 경쟁력 향상을 위해서 중소${\cdot}$전문건설업체들의 여건에 적합한 지식경영 전략 즉, 지식경영 도입 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

과거 IMF 외환위기와 서브프라임 금융위기는 그 발생의 기원이 다를지라도 거시경제의 변동성에 크게 영향을 주었다. 이는 전체 산업에 상당한 영향을 미쳤을 뿐 만 아니라, 건설산업을 영위하는 개별 건설기업의 경영환경과 밀접하게 연계되어 많은 부실기업들을 양산하였다. 실제로 거시경제변동 전후 건설기업의 부실화 정도는 급격한 변화과정을 겪게 되며, 충격에 대한 반응 또한 기업별로 차이가 존재한다. 따라서 본 논문은 과거 IMF 외환위기와 최근 서브프라임 모기지 사태라는 거시경제변동 상황 하에서 건설기업 부실화의 변천과정을 확인하는데 그 목적이 있다. 거시경제변동 전후에 건설기업의 부실화 정도를 분석하기 위해 KMV 모형을 사용하여 예상부도확률(Expected Default Frequency)을 추출하였으며, 분석에 사용된 건설기업의 표본은 부실기업 20개, 정상기업 20개로 구성하였다. 분석결과 서브프라임 금융위기가 상대적으로 외환위기보다 건설기업에 더 큰 충격을 준 것으로 판단되며, 이는 거시경제 충격 이전의 건설시장의 상황과 관계가 있을 것으로 예상된다. 또한 부실기업과 정상기업을 비교해 보았을 때, 정상기업의 회복속도가 더 빠른 것으로 분석되었다. 이는 정상기업과 부실기업의 내부 사업역량차이에 의해 작용한 것으로 판단된다. 결과적으로 KMV 모형을 활용하여 건설기업의 부실화정도를 시간 흐름에 따라 측정하는 것이 가능함에 따라 각 시기별 부실화의 속성을 유추할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 이는 개별기업의 재무구조 개선 효과 및 투자자의 투자지표로 활용할 수 있음은 물론이며, 리스크 매니지먼트 관점에서 의사결정지표로 활용이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

지식기반 경제라는 패러다임의 등장과 함께 건설 산업 역시 지식이 기업의 경쟁력을 좌우하는 요인이 되고 있다. 국내 건설산업은 90년대 중반부터 대형 건설 회사를 중심으로 지식경영을 도입하기 시작하였으며 현재 지식경영을 위해 많은 투자가 이루어진 상태다. 그러나 최근 지식경영에 대한 건설 조직의 전망은 상당히 회의적이다. 현행 건설 산업의 지식경영은 실무자의 요구사항을 만족시키지 못할 뿐만 아니라 실무자 입장에서 이중 업무의 부담으로 작용하여 활용도가 떨어지는 등 다양한 문제가 지적되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 국내 대형건설회사 소속의 건축프로젝트 시공단계 참여자를 대상으로 지식경영 인프라 만족도를 조사하여 현행 건설 산업 지식경영 전략의 적정성을 진단하고 향후 지식경영 개선 방향을 제시하는데 기초자료로 활용되고자 한다.

While Korean construction companies are adapting themselves to rapidly changing business landscape at home and abroad, intensifying competition among competitors in local as well as global market deteriorates the profitability of construction industry, which leads to another problem. In response to such challenges, many construction companies continue to innovate their business portfolio and organization structure, with strong commitment to business process innovation. Furthermore, they need to analyze the productivity of project site management manpower overhauling business processes systematically and develop effective alternative strategies. This research aims to analyze the productivity of project site management manpower. Current operational practices of construction site organizations have been analyzed with focus on large construction companies in Korea and data gathered from project sites have been analyzed from a wide range of perspectives, In so doing, this research is expected to provide basic inputs for any subsequent attempt to estimate proper resource requirement for site management tasks in construction projects and analyze the management productivity of such resources by enabling construction companies to better understand the current operational status of site organization.

ERP system has been spreaded from large companies to many small and medium sized companies, and it is recognized as a basic system for optimum and efficient work process. The focus is moving from manufacturing companies to various specialized companies. Once ERP system was introduced to those specialized companies, there was attempt to customize an ordinary system which used in manufacturing companies, but it was hard to take effect due to the lack of experience and an inadequate analysis of work process. Some of foreign ERP packages are possible to be constructed for some companies. However, they are originally aim at a large enterprise and it is also very difficult to construct and maintain. For this reason, small and midium sized companies are having a difficulty to construct ERP system. This study deals with the construction of ERP system for small and medium sized design engineering company and introduction of the crucial points throughout the construction and requirements for composition module and customization of each main module. Based on the findings of this study, the specialized non-manufacturing companies are expected to have efficient and practical application of ERP system when they select and customize the ERP package of manufacturing companies.
