  • This paper deals with the control stratege for the constant voltage, constant frequency(CVCF) generation of doubly-fed induction generator. As an induction machine is a nonlinear and multivariable machine, so, the control system is needed a very sophiticated control processes to meet a CVCF condition. In this paper, control system is constructed and tested using the suggested exitation equation. The test results show that the suggested equation and control system are very useful strategy for the CVCF control of induction generator.

  • In order to examine the effect of constant excitation on nonlinear interactions in vibrating modes of circular plates, we added a constant term to a harmonic excitation. A two-degree-of freedom system is derived by using the Galerkin's procedure. The system is shown to have quadratic and cubic nonlinearities subjected to a harmonic excitation.

  • This paper derives a condition foe constant voltage i constant frequency generation of doubly-fed induction generator. The condition is varied by the magnitude of output voltage, load current and its power factor, slip of the machine. Magnitude of output voltage is controlled by exiting voltage which is caculated by derived equation from operating condition. frequency of output voltage is controlled by injecting slip frequency to the rotor which is the difference between wanted output frequency and rotor frequency.

  • This paper deals with the control strategy for the constant voltage, constant frequency (CVCF) generation of doubly -fed induction generator. Since induction machine is a nonlinear and multivariable one, the influential factors for CVCF generation of induction generator are the magnitude of output voltage, load current and its power factor, slip of the machine, etc. To get appropriate control scheme and study the effect of its parameters, the control equation of induction machine is derived and tested. The simulation and test results show that suggested equation and control system are very useful strategy for the CVCF control of induction generator.

  • Succinic semialdehyde reductase, one of key enzyme of GABA shunt in CNS, is inactivated by o-phthalaldehyde, The inactivation followed pseudo first-order kinetics, and the second-order rate constant for the inactivation process was 28 M$\^$-1/s$\^$-1/ at pH 7.4 and 25$^{\circ}C$. The absorption spectrum(λ$\_$max/=377nm), fluorescence exitation(λ$\_$max/=340nm) and fluorescence emission spectra (λ$\_$max/=409nm) were consistent with the formation of an isoindole derivative in the catalytic site between a cysteine and a lysine residues about 3${\AA}$ apart. The substrate, succinic semialdehyde, did not protect the enzymatic activity against inactivation, whereas the coenzyme, NADPH, protected against o-phthalaldehyde induced inactivation of the enzyme. About 1 isoindole group per moi of the enzyme was formed following complete loss of the enzymatic activity. These results suggest that the amino acid residues of the enzyme participating in reaction with o-phthalaldehyde more likely residues at or near the coenzyme binding site.
