The classical management is usually conservative and avoids to deal with strategies that do not necessarily involve numbers. Dealing with intangible and so subtle experience is unusual and a huge challenge, but sometimes it is necessary to look beyond the obvious and accessible statistics. If CEM is a strategy to focus on operations and processes of a business around the customers experiences with the company, it is essential to structure it and find out its effectiveness.

  • Costumes of Song Dynasty developed after the patterns of the Tang. The rise of idealist philosophy in the Song Dynasty had a great impact on the life of the people, Under the influence of this ideology, people's views on aesthetics changed considerable. In architecture, for example, white washed walls and black tiles came into fashion. balustrades, pillars and roof beams were left unpainted so as to retain the true colour of he wood. In painting, also, simplicity and delicacy were valued, and the preferred medium was ink or light colours. The desire for simplicity was even more evidently reflected in clothing and related adornment, as public opinion was against excessive display in dress. Consequently, the clothing of the Song Dynasty was quite reserved and conservative, with fewer variations and quieter colours, thus conveying a feeling of simplicity and naturalness. Compared with the dress of Tang, the dress of the Song Dynasty had other variations. Therefore women's dress of Song was also reserved and conservative, with fewer variations and quieter colours, simplicity and naturaliness.

  • When the tooth avulsion occur in accidents the drying damage to the periodontal ligament has extremely detrimental effects on healing. Pulp necrosis always occurs after an avulsion injury, but revascularization can only take place in teeth with immature apexes. Therefore complications after avulsion injuries are common, and treatment must be carried out in a timely and correct fashion to prevent or limit these complications. Every effort should be made to replant the tooth within the first 15 to 20 minutes. If doubt exists that the tooth can be replanted adequately, the tooth should quickly be stored in an appropriate medium until the patient can get to the dental office for replantation. A complication of inflammatory root resorption is occurred by bacterial infection of periodontal ligament and dental pulp. Therefore aseptic endodontic treatment must be carried out in a timely and systemic antibiotics given at the time of replantation and before endodontic treatment are effective in preventing bacterial invasion. Further studies are needed to establish the clinical importance of preparation of the socket and root.

Researchers have recognized the limitations of the traditional cluster analysis technique and this research study analyzes market segmentation using Mixture-model or latent-class segmentation. This study used a questionnaire to determine the characteristics of clothing shoppers using a new technique that proved its superiority over traditional techniques. Questions included items measuring fashion shopping behavior, store choice criteria, apparel consumption styles, price perception by product type, and demographic characteristics. Data were collected from 1074 males and females in their 20s and 30s through an online survey. SPSS 16.0 and Latent GOLD 4.0 were used to analyze the data. The ideal typology of clothing shoppers using the Mixture-model were: 'brand loyalty orientated group', 'group of conservative late 30s', 'group of pleasure-emotion early 20s', 'value oriented consumer product with high-income group', 'group of eco/symbol oriented consumer', and 'group of utility/goal oriented male consumer'.
