This study surveys the herb industry, which plays an important role in the economy activation of the advanced countries, and by which Choongbuk, as one of local authorities, makes the first attempt in Korea. It describes the direction of the policy and application, came to a conclusion as follows. 1. Choongbuk is arranging a Herb garden as the first step in connection with the exsiting plan, It could be highly rated because there has been no example yet in korea and therefore it could involve risks. 2. The selection of site will be decided by the Do-authorities considering traffic network and accessibility. Therefore Shi and Gun authorities could have a passive and formal attitude for this policy. 3. The size of the herb garden, by modeling Japanese and European herb garden, will be 15000 pyung(4545m), From the point of view it is a start, the herb garden has still tasks to solve, e.g. lack of experience, organizational and technological problems.

As the application area of XML extends to the database from simple contents, the technology for the storage and management of XML also grows with the XML. One of the main issues is how to efficiently manage the XML by using the previous DBMS. Many studies have been performed for the efficient management based on the XML application and database interface. However, the XML data is based on the object and has the hierarchical structure. Accorkingly, a modeling plan needs to store the XML data on the variety type of database. In this paper, for easier connection between XML application and database system, we have designed components for the transformation from XML DTD to ORDB schema. The method of the design for the transformation from XML DTD to ORDB schema is chosen the method of CBD.

In this paper, deduced suitable optimization to request output condition after taking closely characteristic data of single phase induction motor(SIM) which is the possibility becoming economic is coming to be demanded. Motor proper move connection data took advantage of result of existing data and iron loss and copper loss, mechanical loss took advantage of statistical data, and decide motor move laking advantage of saving data and secondary resistance and optimum purpose of method that is proposed through single phase induction motor and comparison performance evaluation having on the same output parameter. That decide material factor, electric power damage ratio, and coefficient of utilization for optimum function by method that search request output and optimum values of efficiency case by case and decided is proper that is saved after take magnetizing reactance relationship. This research result which it sees against a material expense with use coefficient of utilization which is included in loss expense decides the same plan variable back the place efficiency is useful and will be applied.

Partial transactions which use computer networks are formed in the cyberspace due to rapid progress of communication and computer technology. Electronic business transactions have security problems according to the special quality of opening networks, while it can be approached easily by anyone without being tied to time and places through Internets. To revitalize the electronic business transactions, security technology which can establish its security and trust is the prior task and both safe information communication and better information security service offer are essential factors. The method to exchange information through Internets must be made after confirming one another's exact connection in the mutual identity certification to prevent a lot of threat which can occur in the use of password techniques. To satisfy these electronic business transactions, we intend to increase understanding of authentication algorithm provided with authentication function of messages and users as well to plan safety and trust of business information and contents in the electronic business transactions.

This article introduces developing trends of an "Ubiquitous Interface" as an access method for use of various network resources, such as public wireless networks and un-licensed wireless networks in ubiquitous sensor network environments, without troublesome settings or operations by users. "Ubiquitous Interface" is include a relatively wide sense meaning not only physical interface of specified device or between processors, but anything method for access USN. These "Ubiquitous Interface" able to provide seamless services that adapt autonomously to the user's movements and changes in the state of wireless resources. Recently, strongly recommended candidates are RFID, NFC, Multi-mode mobile terminal, Wearable computer and OSGi for integrated digital home networking system as a future ubiquitous interface. These candidates are have to have flexibility and multiple physical communication channel for seamless service hand over and serve easy connection at huge USN to user. And, must have flexible software structure and multi-functional middleware. Consequently, for more enhance performance of an ubiquitous interface and developing, need more structured and integrated future plan.

전 세계적으로 반복적인 경기침체가 지속됨에 따라 소비자들의 소비 형태도 양극화되고, 식품 소비 패턴도 빠르게 변화하고 있어 영세 중소기업의 시장 진출이 점점 어려워지고 있다. 또한 지방자치단체마다 경쟁적으로 지역의 농산물가공 산업을 지원하면서 지역별로 생산되는 제품의 차별성을 확보하기 어려워지고 있다. 이런 문제를 해결하기 위해 횡성군은 농산물종합가공센터의 원활한 운영과 농산물가공 산업의 발전을 촉진하고자 사업을 추진하였다. 이는 원료조달 제조 가공 유통채널과의 연계를 촉진시켜 지역농업인, 공업인, 상업인의 협력체계를 구축하고자 지역 특성에 맞도록 농업인, 공업인, 상업인의 유기적 연대를 구성하고 서로의 장점을 살려 잘 팔리는 상품 및 서비스를 개발, 서로 상생할 수 있도록 지원하는 프로그램을 실제로 운영한 사례로 타 지역 식품산업 발전에 도움이 되었으면 한다.

In this study, the seismic performance of connections between filled composite beam (CG beams) and forming angle composite (FAC) column was experimentally evaluated. First, the bending tests were conducted on two CG beams and the axial tests were conducted on two FAC columns. Then, based on these preliminary test results, the cyclic loading test were performed on two interior connections between CG beam and FAC column. The main difference of two specimens is the plate shape of the CG beam. The test results showed that both specimens achieved the maximum story drift capacity over 0.04 radian which is required for special moment frame.

This paper presents the real condition and problems of rural communities, shift of social paradigm, and also discussed the results and efforts of existing energy supporting policy by literature review. The aim of this study is to suggest the new supporting policy of energy saving facilities for rural communities, and to show its necessity, framework, promotion method, and connection plan with existing policy. Based on this study, mainly three results can be drawn as follows; first, this new policy is required that not only suggestive reason such as energy crisis and social atmosphere, but also, financial support and welfare service for resident of rural area. Second, the various rural facilities including residence must be planed sustainable energy saving system by this new policy. And the third, this policy should be simultaneously adopted with rural development policy, and must drive forward that is closely connected with a related policy.

This paper presents a design of network and database structure of the integrated system for power system operational planning and analysis that will be more economical and stable of power system operation. An alias of this system is Highly Integrated Total Energy System(HITES). The Client/server model of HITES is designed as a remote data management model. The input/output-type of application programs and Oracle server is standardized. The separated user-databases from main-database strengthen security of HITES. It is plan to do that tables and relationships are defined by database designs. The connection of application program and DBMS of HITES will be tested through database design and data construction.

CCTV network has been implemented to transmit the image information of platfo gate and transfer section to local headquarters in the KNR(Korean National Railroa But. communication system for transferring image information around accident field has not been established yet. thus, at present implementation of communication equipment is necessary for dyn of unspecified accident to be transmitted to headquarters. Copper cable communication network is run by KNR, but it is processing installatio optics cable in connection with the implemental plan for high-speed network from n And, the capacity of communication channel will be guaranteed much more than een station and station, station and central headquarters when fiber optics cable is This study analyzes the image equipment of field for transmission and estimated m transmit image information of accident field to headquarters with using communicat ucture. And, the study considers implemental method of communication network for nce image transmission from dozens to hundreds kilometers.
